I personally and the Alpine troops of Molveno (Trento) thank you again for your availability! If you pass through Biella it is an obligatory stop!

21/04/2025: Three days in the area for the Easter weekend... we had two dinners in this pub. Sandwiches with really excellent meat and the beers on offer are also excellent. Congratulations to the guys who work there and manage it!

19/04/2025: Locali esteticamente gradevoli e pulitissimi, personale super cortese e professionale, birre e cibo top. Anche se sono onnivora e senza intolleranze ho apprezzato l'attenzione verso coloro che hanno preferenze o necessità alimentari specifiche. Perfetto anche per le famiglie: ai bambini è stato consegnato un micro kit per colorare. Una scoperta, torneremo. P.S. niente foto, non ne ho avuto il tempo, è stato spazzolato tutto in un istante.🤣

13/05/2025: I was lucky enough to have lunch at the Tacabanda restaurant in Asti and I was so impressed by the experience that in June I returned with some friends for dinner. The restaurant is an old Piedmontese tavern, with vaulted brick ceilings and floor-to-ceiling wine shelves. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and the service is attentive and professional. But what really makes Tacabanda special is the social commitment that distinguishes it. The restaurant is in fact part of the Albergo Etico project, which offers a job and training opportunity to young people with disabilities. This aspect struck me a lot, because it shows that it is possible to combine ethics and business, and offer everyone the opportunity to fulfill themselves. The food is excellent, prepared with fresh and seasonal ingredients and the choice of wines is truly interesting. In conclusion, the Tacabanda restaurant is an experience that I recommend to everyone. It is a place where you can enjoy excellent Piedmontese cuisine, in a welcoming atmosphere and supporting an extraordinary social project.

11/11/2024: Dietro ad un passaparola della Zocca emiliana siamo riusciti ad arrivare da Filippo! E che dire…la realtà è stata maggiore della immaginazione: i tajarin,il coniglio,la sua insalatina,la pesca caramellata bastano per inginocchiarsi davanti a questa eccellenza di chef che diventa una persona umile e normale quando passa al tavolo perché vuole sentire le critiche e magari anche due parole sul Blasco per poi dire, grazie di essere stati qui. Circa 310 km ci sono voluti per arrivare ma sicuramente a breve li rifaremo perché meritano la destinazione! Grazie Filippo di questo atelier di arte culinaria!

09/11/2024: Ein Herzlicher Empfang und eine freundliche Aufmerksamkeit den ganzen Abend lang. Wo unsere Italienisch Kenntnisse versiegten, half Filippo in besten Deutsch aus. Wir genossen Kaninchen vom Grill mit besonders zart knusprigen Röstkartoffeln dazu. Da an diesem Abend weniger Gäste da waren, wurde uns als Nachschlag das ganze verbleibende Kaninchen samt Beilagen angeboten welches wir, hungrig vom Radfahren begeistert annahmen. Ich fand dies das beste Essen auf unsrer 5 Tage Piemont Tour.

18/05/2025: We had lunch for my daughter's first communion, simple but good food, staff always available and kind. I recommend it for those with children because there is a large space outside to play. Excellent value for money.

01/03/2025: My wife and I spent one of the most beautiful evenings in Turin, from the food and the explanation of them by GianPaolo they were exceptional, if you come to Turin, I recommend it just for the experience :)) The wine was also excellent!! His passion and knowledge were conveyed great, highly recommended! Very careful about allergies!

21/04/2025: There were five of us and we had an evening that was hard to beat. Everything was perfect for us: the atmosphere in the old monastery, the food, the service. The ravioli was very good, as was the pasta Cacio e Pepe. The veal cheeks were a poem! The whole atmosphere was wonderfully relaxed. A great service that corresponds to the price, but without exaggeration, almost family-like. In addition to the food from the menu, there were delicious amuse gueules, bread, breadsticks and dessert bites (Coperto €4). The wine list is also very nice and the prices are very reasonable for restaurant prices. Depending on the number of courses, you should budget a total of 50 to 70 euros per person (the 4-course menu is 45 euros). As I said, a wonderful evening!

04/03/2025: Everything is excellent, from the coffee to the service, unfortunately the hours on Google are not updated, moreover it is open on Saturday afternoons... Which it isn't. Also I wonder how it can be wheelchair accessible with one step and a narrow glass door...

27/05/2025: Very nice hotel, good location, free parking, very good breakfast, and a lovely rooftop terrace with a beautiful view for dining. Unfortunately, this time I had a rather modest room facing the inner courtyard.

17/05/2025: Really cute place, in the heart of San Salvario. It feels like a cafe taken and pasted from some northern European country. Very popular with tourists, especially Americans and British... probably because of the more "international" bar feel (they serve Iced latte, for example). It's a shame there are very few tables, but once you take a seat it's very nice!
