28/01/2026: Yesterday afternoon we stopped at this sad bar where a rude, unpleasant bartender—and I'll stop here—charged us €6.00 for a coffee and half a cup of tasteless, cold hot chocolate! Perhaps in Lugano I would have paid that much... dishonest, with rude, unpleasant bartenders, it's really awful!
25/01/2026: The place is nice, but… be careful because the pastries are often old: I had sfogliatelle and cannoli, and the cream was sour and dry, a sign that it was two days old! Given the price, something like this should never happen!!! Never again!!!

12/01/2026: I was there on a Sunday. Nice shopping center like many around. Nothing special. There is everything from the supermarket, to bars, to Chinese shops and jewelry stores. I don't know if I'll go back.

25/01/2026: We bought a panettone for Christmas. The packaging was very beautiful (in fact, I gave it 2 stars), but the panettone itself was absolutely mediocre and probably old. The inside was not very soft, dull yellow, and a bit stale. I don't recommend buying panettone.

15/01/2026: This morning I had a terrible macchiato served by an incompetent and unprofessional barista. Staff should be well trained to do certain jobs. You can't put just anyone behind a bar counter.
14/01/2026: Horrible experience.
The staff was extremely rude and completely unsuitable for dealing with customers. The waitress maintained a visibly annoyed attitude throughout the entire service, treating us condescendingly and literally throwing things on the table.
Every request, even the most basic, was met with annoyance and arrogance, for no reason. Unacceptable behavior.
To make matters worse, there were serious hygiene issues: dirty glasses and spoons, as clearly visible in the attached photos.
A shameful experience from every perspective. Absolutely not recommended. We will never return.

14/12/2025: Excellent lunch, well-prepared, fair prices for the quality offered. Very clean bathroom; if the bathroom is clean and tidy, the kitchen surely is too.

Dear Sirs, perhaps keeping the heating at a suitable temperature for a public business is the minimum, because seeing customers sitting inside in coats... well...
Wasting years of hard work just to save a little isn't the best.

14/07/2025: The rooms all need to be redone, everything is very old, the atmosphere is not welcoming. It was a very negative experience, I don't recommend it, we wanted to escape.
20/04/2025: The atmosphere is too familiar, in my opinion. The view from above is nice, the menu needs revising, nothing special, the business could use a modernization, atmosphere, staff, and menu. I wouldn't go back.

11/01/2026: Amidst the chaos of the place, we felt it was the best compromise. Elegant, not at all overwhelming like the bars in the area, and there's also a covered outdoor area.
09/01/2026: 2 stars only because I want to be very nice!!
The place is fairly clean... the pros end there!
On the other hand, the courtesy is best left alone, as is the organization.
If you want to save a bit, it's better to go to a jewelry store; a piadina (not exactly what you asked for) is skimpy and a water is 10 euros!!

30/11/2025: Pasticiotto without amarena cherries, terrible coffee (tastes burnt), 3 Marie croissants (or similar), cannoli made with pre-packaged wafers. Very friendly staff.
