19/10/2025: Beautiful place with a lovely view overlooking the lake, and friendly, helpful staff. The breakfast/cannoli quality, however, is rather low. I hope this review helps us improve because the location and staff are worth it.

10/10/2025: Just a great realxing spot with a scenic view of the mountains and lake. Simple service and dishes, well priced. Would come back!

07/06/2026: The place certainly enjoys a good location, but honestly, at 12:20 on a Sunday morning, I'm told they only have chips and olives for aperitif (I'd have asked for them otherwise, not even those), or that otherwise I'd have to wait half an hour, I find it a bit out of place. The staff wasn't rude, but courtesy is definitely something else.

02/06/2026: This morning at 11 a.m., the place was almost empty. We sat at the tables for over 5 minutes, but neither of the two counter staff was interested in our order. We got up and headed to the Trive' restaurant next door. Truly remarkable, Dolci Memela, for the care your HR takes in selecting employees.

08/05/2026: This morning, before catching the train, my partner bought a cream croissant. When he got on the train, he discovered it was half raw. He called to report the incident, and the only response was, "I don't know what to tell you. The one I ate was good." Outrageous... not even an apology or an attempt to make amends, offering the option of another croissant next time... that's not professionalism.

04/02/2026: Visited on Friday, January 30th. The atmosphere was dated. We purchased stuffed tortelli and chiacchere. The tortelli cream was sour, but the chiacchere was good. Courtesy and customer service could be improved.

The food was also underwhelming: very poor flavors and a quality far below what you can easily find in Milan, even in much simpler and more honest places.
