13/06/2026: Disappointing experience. While placing my order, I initially asked for one orange juice and one tropical juice, but before finishing the order I changed it to two tropical juices. I had not paid yet, and the order had not been confirmed. However, an employee who had started preparing the drinks in advance insisted that I could not change it and made me take the orange juice that I no longer wanted. I understand that misunderstandings can happen, but if the order had not yet been finalized, the change should have been accepted. I found the situation unprofessional and it left me with a poor impression of the service.

12/05/2026: Mother's Day, seated at 1 pm and after several complaints, the wait for one dish was a good 1 hour and 30 minutes. Not just us, but the entire dining room. The waiter justified himself by saying "upstairs they have 150 seats." Fine, if you can't manage the number of seats you have, increase the staff or reduce the number of seats. And it's not the first time this has happened. When paying (101.50), not even the decency to apologize or offer a small discount. Never again. Otherwise, the pizza is acceptable.

14/03/2026: I've been a customer of the Carillon restaurant for years: I've always had a good experience and the food has always been excellent. The customer service was once top-notch, as was the quality of the food. After a few years away, we returned in November 2025 for a family birthday dinner, but unfortunately, we found the place completely changed, and not for the better. Even though we were a large group of people intending to order dishes from the restaurant, we were seated in the pizzeria. The restaurant is divided into two rooms: a more elegant one dedicated to the kitchen and one for pizza. The room we were seated in was cold, to the point of almost having to eat in our jackets, aesthetically unkempt, and the service was decidedly poor. We had hoped to at least rediscover the quality of the cuisine we remembered, but unfortunately, even that has significantly deteriorated. What a shame. A restaurant that I once considered a reference point has now become a place I can no longer recommend.

21/07/2026: I'd like to give this zero stars, but I can't. This bar is full of racism. I witnessed a scene a year ago that I still can't forget, and that's why I'm here writing this review. There was a foreign woman with her child who asked for HOT WATER (not for money or anything else), and they started making fun of her. I hope this place closes. 02/07/2026: June 30, 2026 My flight was significantly delayed, so I treated myself to lunch at this restaurant. Among the various options, I chose the chicken salad (€20.00). Very fast service, the portion was just right, and the chicken was especially good. The atmosphere was nice, but could be improved. I recommend this place.

14/06/2026: Ordered these two sandwiches and they were both so salty, we couldn’t finish them. Also tried the “Nutella” croissant - didn’t taste like Nutella - it was too sweet and the croissant a bit dry. Get food before passport control, if you can. There is not much near the gates.

06/05/2026: The aperitif was good and the price was reasonable. The only drawback is the service, which must be self-managed at certain times.

27/07/2026: Listed as a postal pick-up and drop-off point, they refuse to collect packages, saying they can only do so until 10:00 a.m. This is clearly not true! I went to another tobacconist to drop off my packages! Rude staff.

18/06/2026: On May 27th at 12 pm I'm in Pavia, I enter this bar where everyone outside is sitting on high stools, I ask if it's possible to eat croissants and drink coffee, who knows if I can have a chair since I have problems... I reply that no one told her to come in, shouting for her to go away... full of people... everyone is silent. I'm speechless .
