29/09/2025: What a shame!! I remembered it as a good place!! I had a spritz and a large barley, but the spritz wasn't even served with a single potato chip :-) The restrooms were dirty and out of paper!!

30/09/2025: The indoor area is too small, so bring a warm coat if you plan on stopping by for a drink. The staff is rude and lacks Italian. Good selection of beers.

13/11/2025: If I could, I'd give it 0 stars! Both the guy at the cashier and the blonde girl were incredibly rude and unfriendly. When we asked questions, they always answered arrogantly. We asked about the bathroom service and were rudely told there weren't any. Shortly afterward, we saw that they let a customer into the bathroom. Never again!

13/11/2025: The girls at the counter were rude and impolite. We asked for the bathroom. Even though a customer had come in, another girl with short, straight, black hair and plump skin came in, and without even looking at us, she started gossiping about us. I don't think it's appropriate, especially working downtown. Even a girl came up to the counter to ask for a coffee, and they didn't even look at her to talk to each other. I don't think so! Never again!!!

17/11/2025: My favorite place!! Friendliness first and foremost... You feel right at home, excellent food, superb wines, and then how can I not mention their events, music, tastings, and more. It's definitely not to be missed!

02/11/2025: Luckily, only my girlfriend went into this kind of place, because otherwise they would have had plenty to contend with. There's a lady who's rude to say the least, incredibly rude. If I were there, I would have left them on the counter and walked away. Some people should shut down, and from the comments, I'm not the only one who's had this bad and dishonest experience. I strongly advise against it. DO NOT GO, frustrated people, they'll ruin your day.

04/10/2025: I want to sincerely thank Valentina (the manager) and Joyce for their professionalism in managing and resolving a problem. I was completely satisfied, returning to the Starbucks in Milan Central for the third time. I was served courteously and on time; the cookies were excellent, which I still fondly remember!

30/09/2025: This is the main Starbucks in the city and unbelievably they don’t have lactose free milk!!!

17/10/2025: My partner's plate was questionably clean: barley with feta. My partner got sick after lunch at this restaurant. Fast-food atmosphere, unsmiling, unfriendly staff. The tuna in my meal wasn't fully cooked... So we'll avoid chain restaurants in favor of more traditional establishments. Stay away...

29/10/2025: Upon my arrival with my mobile device, I successfully utilized the translation feature on the Fold 7, which performed flawlessly. I proceeded to order a cappuccino and a chocolate croissant. The waiter provided exceptional service, understanding my request and preparing a perfect coffee to begin the day. The beverage subsequently cooled due to my efforts to capture an optimal image for a review. I highly recommend this cafe for its reasonably priced beverages and sweet treats, which are ideal for a morning indulgence. Lastly the decor of the cafe was beauti, somewhere pleasant to start or end your day with the blue and white giving it a seaside theme and cleanliness stunning.

31/08/2025: This is a historic neighborhood pastry shop, but it's a shame... until recently, their croissants were excellent, but recently they've been tasteless, dry, and with very little choice. Service has never been their strong point, but at least they make up for it with their pastries. It always feels like you're doing them a favor by going there, despite the biblical wait times for a cappuccino...

30/09/2025: We ordered a tray of pastries, and besides the price, which seemed disproportionate to me (we ordered less than a kilo of pastries and it cost more than the advertised price per kilo), the quality was nothing like other pastry shops in the valley. They were certainly aesthetically pleasing, but inedible.

20/09/2025: I went today for brunch and was honestly really disappointed! We spent €31.50 each, and it's not clear what for! I'll start by saying I went there because I was persuaded by reviews and various videos on social media (reviews I don't understand at this point, probably fake). The place was completely empty, so the atmosphere was less than zero. I expected someone to be there... we left at almost 1 pm, and only two people had come in. But the worst part was the food/price ratio. Tiny portions, they started brunch with four pineapple cubes and a small bowl of yogurt and honey to give you an idea of ​​the size (it was basically a gravy boat). Drinks... included supermarket-quality orange juice... water... American coffee and tea... the cappuccino cost an extra €2.50!!! Really sad drink selection. The main courses were two basic ones... I got their bagel... all in all, it was probably the only thing I liked on the entire menu. It was decent... for dessert, I got pancakes... tiny!! Don't expect the usual pancakes... these were three and looked more like canapés. Plus, they were also very dry... the fruit on the side was a strawberry chopped into tiny pieces that I don't know if they could cut any smaller, and probably a spoonful of blueberries. All this for the modest price of €31.50!!! Honestly, the most I would have paid for something like that was €20! Honestly, a sad brunch. I won't be back. I'm sorry I was fooled by their online presence.

22/08/2025: I moved to Rome a few years ago and am constantly craving risotto. Once in Milan, I called Tel Chi and ordered a risotto alla Milanese: they made me one of the best risottos with saffron (and 40-month-old Grana) I've ever eaten in my life: that's why I give this place an excellent rating!
