14/07/2024: Splendida pasticceria a Cernobbio sulla statale. Vende paste e torte davvero buone e gelati da leccarsi i baffi. Anche un semplice caffè, poi, è servito con molto stile!

26/04/2024: La qualità dei prodotti è molto buona/alta le brioche sono molto ripiene di nutella o un’altra farcitura. Il Krapfen al cioccolato era molto buono. La spremuta d’arancia era ottima. L’ambiente è molto accogliente e curato mi piace tantissimo!

03/04/2024: The most beautiful station in Europe. Inside, there is everything, it's like a shopping centre, every type of shop, bar, ice cream shop, Mac, clothing, pharmacy, florist etc.

30/07/2024: Terrible, it borders on ridiculous. Table of 8 people are presented with 2 menus. They bring drinks and the food arrives 45 minutes later with an incorrect order, one never arriving and a sandwich defined as "gourmet" with a single slice of ham, not even in the worst service restaurants (this one sent back to the kitchen). EDIT: -answer for the owner- I find it quite surreal to hear people talk about manipulating and altering facts when you are describing something that never happened. No rude tone was ever used either by myself or by anyone present at the table. When the sandwich in question was presented, the undersigned showed his disappointment in a calm manner both in tone and manner. There was no response to the complaint from the waiter who, without saying a word, took the dish away from the table as requested. Although the possible incomplete efficiency of the service was communicated, it was the quality and the excessively delayed timing of food and drink orders that were terrible, no less efficient than normal. As a manager you should have refused the request for new customers instead of offering a terrible service in order to grab a few more covers.

22/06/2024: Excellent bar, sandwich shop, pastry shop located on the central street that runs through Aprica. It is a family-run place, not brand new, so internally you can expect non-modern furnishings. What is offered is good, nothing negative to say. The staff is kind and friendly, there is a real family atmosphere. Seats also available outdoors

24/03/2024: TO NEVER AGAIN!!! I pass by there often and the other day I stopped to have a good coffee.... clean place and unfriendly staff as usual. I go to the cashier and say "a coffee" I pay and then I go to the counter, the girl says "tell me" and I reply "a latte thanks" she looks at the receipt and says "you told me at the cashier that you want it latte" and I reply "no, why did I have to say that?" and she said "yes, we need to specify because adding milk costs 10 cents more is the new rule". I'm shocked, I drink the coffee and go out without saying goodbye. ARE WE JOKING!!!

04/08/2024: Ordered with deliveroo and by mistake I placed two orders and immediately canceled the additional one. Nothing they withheld the money reasoning that it is their policy. It doesn't seem fair to regular customers, at least they would have made a better impression if they had given a coupon. Meanwhile, they kept the three chickens together with the €51 They lost a customer and all my family and acquaintances. I hope that whoever reads this post can do the same. Thank you
