03/12/2025: Terrible experience. I came to this bar with some friends a few weeks ago and it was like a nightmare. We sat outside because the place is tiny inside, without even a stove or heater. The waiters (who didn't even speak Italian very well) were incredibly insistent, even about what to order. We ordered three cocktails, a Coke, and three portions of chips. The cocktails cost €8 and were served in a water glass with more ice than anything else, a Coke for the modest sum of €5, and the chips were raw and tasteless. When the waiter came to pay, he first insisted on splitting everything between four of us, even though we'd ordered different items. Then, he added a euro to the bill for both of us. When he noticed I was scanning the QR code on the menu again because something wasn't right, he (who had just charged my last friend) said, "Oh, I added an extra €1 to your bill and the girl's (we were supposed to pay the same things)." The problem wasn't the euro, but the waiter's attempt to "rip us off." It's a shame, because the place is very beautiful, but EVERYTHING absolutely needs to be revisited.

30/09/2025: The indoor area is too small, so bring a warm coat if you plan on stopping by for a drink. The staff is rude and lacks Italian. Good selection of beers.

29/01/2026: Quick pizza before the concert... (alas, it was the only one open) Pizza: I've had worse, but definitely better!!! Cover charge €2.50, even though we ate in the cold and drank from plastic cups. Fast service (we were the only customers). Next time, the SANDWICH STAIRS in front of the Fabrique!

01/03/2026: The elegance of the past is definitely gone. The place isn't clean at all, the pastry shop is disgusting and outdated to say the least!!! We definitely won't be returning.

09/03/2026: One of the few places on the lakefront open. There were only three of them, with a crowd at the tables and getting ice cream. They were under pressure, but they managed things with apparent calm and kindness. Especially the waiter.

22/02/2026: Very disappointing experience. We called in advance and were told there were three starters and four mains available - but no one mentioned it was a mandatory fixed menu. When we arrived, no menu was provided, no prices were explained, and no one clarified how dinner worked. Appetizers were brought to the table without explanation, and even a bottle of wine was opened and placed there without our consent. Only after we asked repeatedly did the owner inform us it was an €80 fixed menu (one starter, one main, and a second course). The lack of transparency was unacceptable, but what made it worse was the owner’s rude and dismissive attitude. We left without eating. This felt misleading and highly unprofessional.

28/01/2026: Yesterday afternoon we stopped at this sad bar where a rude, unpleasant bartender—and I'll stop here—charged us €6.00 ​​for a coffee and half a cup of tasteless, cold hot chocolate! Perhaps in Lugano I would have paid that much... dishonest, with rude, unpleasant bartenders, it's really awful!

25/01/2026: The place is nice, but… be careful because the pastries are often old: I had sfogliatelle and cannoli, and the cream was sour and dry, a sign that it was two days old! Given the price, something like this should never happen!!! Never again!!!

01/11/2025: A spacious and welcoming bar, overlooking the square and with a portico that allows for outdoor service. The interior decor is rustic, offering many services, including phone and charging services, as well as the classic lunch menu and, of course, various breakfasts. The coffee is good, and the gentleman at the counter is very kind and always smiling. I didn't notice any signs of disrepair; the only negative is the outdoor tables, which, exposed to the rain, were left soaking up water—a fact you can tell by the fact that they're worn and discolored. Otherwise, I found the exterior of the establishment clean.

08/10/2025: This bar is beautiful and very convenient. When I come to top up my phone and get my Amazon voucher, I recommend the sandwiches and pasta or lasagna... Anyway, my bartender friend is great and friendly... I'll go every day forever... 👍🏻🙂

05/08/2025: It remains one of the best views in Bergamo, but since the California Bakery chain took over, the food has unfortunately been practically frozen, the service slow and indifferent, and it's also expensive. It's fine for a coffee.

15/07/2025: A bar that, given its location and ambiance, has potential for 100, but hasn't been exploited to the fullest. Mediocre service, with few smiles from the staff, as if the customers were bothering you. Planters with dead plants and vases full of cigarette butts. Clean bathroom, but the paper dispenser is broken and messy. Prices aren't exactly cheap, even for just an aperitif, and the selection isn't great. Bottom line: a place with a magnificent view, but one that, compared to the wide selection available in the upper town, doesn't really stand out!

01/03/2026: I came here and bought a special cake, Km0... I have to admit I was surprised: it's the most delicious. The café is large, clean, and comfortable, and located in the city center. I hope to come back because it's worth it, and I'd love to have breakfast here sometime.

21/02/2026: Unfortunately, it was a negative experience. The waiter (I don't know if he was the owner) was rude, responding rudely even to a trivial request. He also appeared to have a cold and, during service, frequently used a handkerchief while serving tables, which I found unhygienic. I observed behavior in this regard, which is best left unsaid... I understand the organizational difficulties, but I believe it's important to take adequate precautions, such as wearing a mask when a staff member is unwell, to ensure the safety and peace of mind of customers. I strongly advise against this place; Treviglio is full of excellent cafes and pastry shops.

07/03/2026: The place is small, consisting of only two rooms, but it's welcoming and well-decorated. It's located right next to the ski slope; we stopped here for lunch. After looking at the menu, we decided to eat outside at the outdoor kiosk. Our choice was prompted by the price of a first course (€25), which we thought was excessive. They don't offer table service at the kiosk, and the food options are limited: nuggets and three types of sandwiches. The place is very nice and quiet, well-located along the slope, but unfortunately, we thought the prices were a bit high.

04/02/2026: Visited on Friday, January 30th. The atmosphere was dated. We purchased stuffed tortelli and chiacchere. The tortelli cream was sour, but the chiacchere was good. Courtesy and customer service could be improved.

02/02/2026: I was so disappointed!! I chose to stop at this pastry shop for breakfast because it was very elegant and had a beautiful window display. The cappuccino was beautifully crafted, like ginseng, the apple fritters were unfortunately a few days old but still edible, the cream tortelli, or as they're called here, cream fritters, were inedible. They tasted of stale oil and weren't fresh, not even from the day before, in my opinion. I left them, the very kind girl asked me if I wanted them to take away, and I said no, absolutely not, no one asked me if something was wrong... I just hope they gave the lady who was asking for a mixed tray the fresh ones. She sounded like a regular customer... I was just passing through... too bad, I never write negative reviews, I'll overlook it and move on, but I was really disappointed.

26/02/2026: I wouldn't recommend it even to my worst enemy. The waiter took a secret no one asked for—nonexistent glasses of wine—and just because we pointed it out, he responded with an arrogance that was beyond all reason.

25/02/2026: Where to begin: small place, barely enough wine with "Genoese" portions, seats that to call uncomfortable is an understatement. The icing on the cake: one of the managers becomes familiar without anyone giving him the chance. Arrogance is the more appropriate adjective. STAY AWAY.
