11/09/2025: Unfortunately, this place suddenly closed its doors after Easter and never reopened. I don't understand why it's still listed as open, with opening hours included. I even asked the shop next door if they knew what had happened, since I used to go there occasionally until the sudden closure, but they couldn't tell me anything.

14/05/2026: Absolutely not recommended; for over half an hour, all the tables around us were being served, and the waiter ran past us countless times to attend to a group of teenagers. He deliberately looked right through us. Even when we walked directly past the waiter and left the terrace, it didn't matter. ...and this is supposed to be service?! Even our neighbor at the next table shook his head at the staff's incompetence. A poor performance in a beautiful location. A real shame!

10/04/2026: A disappointing experience at the Lloa store located inside the Il Centro shopping center in Arese. Given that the author also works in the food service industry, we visited the store at 9:30 PM, still significantly ahead of the advertised closing time (10:00 PM), confident that the service would be fully operational. However, we were turned away on two separate occasions: initially, my wife, when requesting a juice, was told that the machine had already been cleaned; then, about ten minutes later, my children and I attempted to order frozen yogurt, only to receive the same explanation. This situation raises a rather obvious point: if products are no longer available half an hour before closing, it would be far more appropriate and transparent to indicate an actual end-of-service time, thus avoiding creating unmet customer expectations. Adding to the unpleasantness of the experience was the attitude of the counter staff, who seemed visibly annoyed by the time and reluctant to listen, revealing a sense of impatience with customers. In conclusion, we visited another store (Cioccolati Italiani), which, despite it being close to closing time, served and welcomed us with warmth and kindness, and to whom I offer my sincerest compliments.

21/02/2026: My husband and I stopped in with our 9-month-old baby. We ordered poke, which we said was excellent and fresh, but while we were eating, the owner noticed the baby was sleeping and turned off the music, something he's never done at other places. We thank him from the bottom of our hearts.

The atmosphere is anything but welcoming: you immediately sense a complete lack of respect for customers. The staff is rude, cold, and incapable of handling even the most basic interactions with politeness and professionalism. This isn't just an isolated incident, but a widespread attitude: it almost seems like a culture of hospitality is completely lacking. In a place that should be dedicated to fun and lightheartedness, you instead find yourself immersed in a heavy environment, lacking in human and relational care. What's most striking is the inability to treat people with dignity and care: a fundamental aspect that is completely neglected here. It's a place that leaves a negative, almost bitter, feeling, and makes it difficult to return.

28/04/2026: Discusting! This is for suing, I am still thinking about suing the owner. We came for a tea the other day and we didn’t even came in the owner probably russian or ukraine started yelling at our group (people od 50 plus btw) and we were in shock, something about toilet and how we need spend 6 euros etc, then we ask what kind of tea they have and owner threw a basked with tea at me and my friend swearing at russian language why we even ask for that. We complained and owner and probably her daughter yeelled and sweard at us kicking us from bar, we thought she will kick us in face and we were scared. I am still in shock, please don’t go there and I hope this bar will one day be closed by police. First time this ever happened to me wow what a bad people.

24/01/2026: Greeted at the door with a look of annoyance. No smile, no "thank you," no "you're welcome"... In short, no normal, usual, civilized welcome. Two stars only for the two hot chocolates I ordered.

08/06/2026: ⚠️ RIP-OFF WARNING ⚠️ I paid €67 for 2 cappuccinos, 1 panini, and 4 scoops of ice cream!!!! Even the ice cream at the Galeries Lavish wasn't that expensive... And on top of that, the staff were incredibly unfriendly and extremely difficult. We will definitely never go there again and advise everyone against it.

05/06/2026: This cafe uses unfair practices. They charge locals 1.40 euros for a coffee and tourists 4 euros for the same coffee. I do not recommend it!

26/02/2026: BAD! Stay away! This evening at 6:15 PM I came in with my two grown children, 10 and 13, after having been for a snack at a place where they make pancakes with a courtesy and kindness that this tobacco shop doesn't even know! I got water and would have had a coffee, also so that my parents and kids could use the bathroom too. I asked for coffee and water first and then the bathroom. The person I asked whispered to the owner and they told me the bathroom was occupied... OK, let's drink the water, it's open, let it be free. The bartender, the only kind one at least I think, told me he'd wait to bring it because I needed to use the services. A few minutes passed and I went to see if the bathroom was free and saw the door ajar with a girl who was practically finished, and then the owner came over and told me I had to wait because the bathroom wasn't free. In a very rude way, the girl inside said to me, "It's free, it's free!" At this point, I wanted to argue loudly, but I was with my kids and avoided it. I paid for the water and left. Outside, I explained what had happened to the guys, and from inside, the bartender noticed that I definitely wasn't happy. Terrible! Terrible service! Rating: 0

12/12/2025: I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable bar with excellent staff and a wide range of lottery and SuperEnalotto services, as well as specialized assistance for IQOS and GLO devices. Plus, the lunch and its quality are extraordinary.

09/11/2025: The cashier was rude during payment, paying €4.30 for a frappé is a bit excessive considering it's a small glass.

13/10/2025: I went to breakfast on Sunday morning with my husband. The girl at the cash register was annoyed and didn't even fake a smile. We politely asked for two coffees and two croissants, paid, and went to the girl at the coffee machine, which was practically a copy of the first one. She didn't smile, but was very annoyed!!! I worked in a bar until 15 days ago and NEVER greeted a customer with such an attitude, without ever smiling... not even after a bad day or a terrible awakening!! The coffees were placed on the counter even though we had asked for a tray... we asked for it and managed to put the cups and croissants down ourselves. If you don't want to interact with people, find another job... not all of us are predisposed to do this!!! Empathy should come first, even if you can encounter annoying customers... the service wasn't excellent. We definitely won't be returning!!
