03/01/2026: The staff were rude, especially at the cash register, and the pastries were lacking. It's a real shame, because I'd been there as a child with my grandfather (I lived in Pavia at the time), and it was a whole different story. I still remember the waitress's kindness and the cream canoncino I ate!

14/12/2025: December 8th. We decide to stop for an aperitivo at what's described as one of the most renowned and elegant venues in the city. The place is packed, but despite not having booked, we're kindly shown to the upstairs dining room, which is currently empty. A great start. Too bad that from there begins a sort of sociological experiment on how long a customer can be ignored. We sit for at least twenty minutes without anyone noticing us, while other customers arrive. At a certain point, the waiter in charge of the dining room appears and distributes menus... to all the tables except ours, leaving without even looking at us. Apparently, being the first to arrive didn't even warrant a greeting. After a few more minutes and the intervention of a second waiter, we finally manage to intercept the first and politely ask for the menus. We're asked if we want the herbal tea or cocktail menu. I reply "both," since I want a herbal tea and my partner a cocktail. All hell breaks loose. The waiter snorts dramatically, flares his nostrils, purses his lips, and sighs in annoyance, as if I'd insulted him or as if he were facing someone incapable of understanding, repeating the same question in a rude tone. I calmly repeat that we want both menus. He disappears. He returns after several minutes and, with the grace of an Olympic thrower, tosses us a menu of herbal teas and a dessert menu, before disappearing again. At that point, we both order a cocktail and also ask for two chips, enunciating carefully; perhaps a refresher course was needed. Chaos ensues. Tables receive random appetizers, incomplete orders, customers wait. We see our chips and olives arrive at another table, where a woman, appropriately surprised, asks for an explanation. She's told that "they're included in the aperitif." Too bad nothing else arrives for half an hour, with an increasingly nervous child. The ensuing discussion culminates in a very elegant "go fuck yourself..." from a waiter who evidently thought no one was looking. Pure class. Our cocktails arrive without appetizers, which arrive only halfway through after repeated reminders. Excellent chips and olives, it must be said: probably the only thing that worked. At the cashier, we're asked if everything went well. I try to explain my disagreement, but he arrives: the waiter in question (brown hair shaved at the sides with an upward fade, a perpetually sullen and annoyed expression). He interrupts, draws attention to himself, and effectively ends the conversation. The end. Such behavior is unacceptable in a venue open to the public, regardless of the quality of the food or the location. The disrespect, arrogance, and nervousness of just one person caused inconvenience to customers and colleagues all evening. We have no reason to advise against it. We'll probably return, hoping that the owners will pay more attention to staff training and, perhaps, take responsibility for what happened. Apologies, every now and then, are still in fashion.

20/02/2026: Please note that the opening time is NOT 5:30 AM, but 6 AM... which is also a very unpleasant time, considering there's nothing open at that time! The staff was rude when I asked for the opening time. Furthermore, at 6:00 AM they hadn't even removed the barriers yet!

17/02/2026: EXTREMELY BAD EXPERIENCE. Would not recommend this to anyone. The staff was very rude. I had to shout so they could make me order. She would talk on the phone while I was ordering. I told her to heat the sandwhich she was too lazy to take it out the paper so when I ate it it was frozen. She was also leaving me for like 10 minutes waiting when I was the only one there. She refused to try to understand me in English and spanish even though this is in an airport. Even the food was bad so overall do not recomend and hope this makes the place improve. If I only had time before my flight I would’ve returned the sandwhich and asked for a refund

10/12/2025: Sat outside for over 20 minutes waiting for service. It never arrived.

12/11/2025: €16 for a spritz and a tomato juice with practically nothing to eat (a small bowl of peanuts and a bowl of crisps not even enough for one person). Avoid.

14/11/2025: Tiny and poorly stocked bar, no fruit juices, almost all the brioches are finished and to conclude for the first time since I've lived in Como a bar that charges for table service (6 tables) with us being the only customers 1 coffee, barley and a brioche €6.10......I was complaining about the prices in Parma but here in Como they know how to do even better

26/09/2025: It's a scam! We were charged 16 euros for w cappuccinos and a cookie. Not worth the price at all better caffes at the area.

01/02/2026: We had a great pizza, pasta and amazing house wine here (the premium option fully recommend). All the staff was also really kind and helped us a have great evening, overall amazing Italian restaurant. The restaurant is reconstructed and looks very nice, but prices are still absolutely reasonable.

29/01/2026: Worst pizza ever. I don’t even know how is this allowed in Italy. Peperoni was awful and the cheese wasn’t real cheese just some cheese adjacent product.

26/01/2026: The lady who works here, and who I believe is the owner, is very elegant, kind, and professional. The quality of the pastries is truly excellent. Overall, the place has a very pleasant atmosphere: after browsing the shops, stopping here to sit and enjoy a good coffee is highly recommended.

06/03/2026: Rude staff, both the waiter at the counter and the cashier. This is the only place in Naples I wouldn't recommend going to.

23/11/2025: I stayed in room 106 for two nights. The hotel was excellent and clean, the room was clean, and the staff, Mahmoud (Egyptian) and Suzi (Tunisian), were friendly, courteous, and hospitable. The breakfast was wonderful. It's conveniently located near the city center, overlooks the lake, and is next to the metro and bus stations, and opposite a Carrefour supermarket.

09/11/2025: It is hard to believe that a gorgonzola hotel exist in Italy and this one is vecchio borgo. I stayed in 102 room and the smell of mold was terrible. I slept with the window open widly, even outside were 10 degree. Terrible hotel, should be closed because is insanely dangerous to health. Never again there.

09/03/2026: Poor hot chocolate (lumpy and bitter) for €5. A tasteless XS-sized cannoli costs a whopping €2.50. The only redeeming feature is the veranda. Staff is poorly trained. Never again.

07/07/2025: So, I ate here on April 30th, I just wanted a kebab piadina. First of all, he gave it to me with dirty tinfoil (with grease, meat, etc.), the kebab while I was eating it, was dripping with OIL (not sauce). And it was the FIRST time in my life that I couldn't eat a kebab completely. I threw away the remaining 1/3 because I couldn't take it anymore, it only tasted like oil. Exactly 30 minutes later I got a stomach ache that I wanted to throw up. And I don't have a very fragile stomach, stomach ache (due to something I ate) happens to me like 1 time every 3 years when I eat really rubbish. The gentleman was very kind, but personally I will never go there again

28/06/2025: ZERO hygiene. Dishes and utensils rinsed (not even washed) by hand. Mediocre food.

06/01/2026: If you're looking for a soft, filled croissant, then move on, save your money (€2.10) and avoid the illusion of no filling... what you see on the croissant is what you get... not a drop more!

21/12/2025: I had cake and a cappuccino. Unfortunately, there weren’t many milk options available — only regular milk and soy. I was hoping to find almond or coconut milk, but they weren’t offered, so the choices felt quite limited. On the positive side, the staff member was extremely kind, polite, and welcoming, which really made a difference. The place itself is quite small with limited seating, so it may not be ideal for staying long. Overall, it was an average experience. I hope they expand their menu and improve the space in the future.

21/02/2026: My husband and I stopped in with our 9-month-old baby. We ordered poke, which we said was excellent and fresh, but while we were eating, the owner noticed the baby was sleeping and turned off the music, something he's never done at other places. We thank him from the bottom of our hearts.

15/02/2026: The only thing missing is the balaclava, 2 euros for a carton of tea, which obviously wasn't written on the price list near the cash register, first and last time

14/03/2026: DO NOT GO THERE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES!!!! Such a HORRIBLE restaurant is located in such a beautiful location... The staff is a NIGHTMARE. It's dirty... the staff's belongings are scattered around the tables - computers, bags, backpacks. When I commented on the dirty place, the bartender said: "It's not my fault..." In short, it's just awful. DISGUSTING.

14/03/2026: With a €40,000 Panigale in the dining room and not even a waiter checking that the chairs are clean, not even an apology, shameful.
