21/10/2025: Coffees that have the taste and color of shower water after 12 hours of work, dirty teaspoons and forks, prices in my opinion too high for such poor quality, tables that need clearing, discolored saucers, dirty tables, I do not recommend at all

21/10/2025: The desserts were amazing, and the waiter serving the tables was absolutely amazing, but the service and layout needed a complete overhaul (Iginio Massari is expected to be on a whole new level). There was even a fly in the window...

29/03/2026: Bar right in the city center, with a few seats outside. It's a modern and bright place, but as soon as we entered, we were immediately "assaulted" by the waiter, who asked if we wanted to sit or go to the counter—a bit excessive, in short, we hadn't even come in! After that, I noticed a lack of cleanliness and order right from the counter, plus the coffee was truly awful at 1.30. Luckily, I didn't get a croissant, otherwise I'd have had to take out a mortgage. I understand we're downtown, but still, I expect at least some quality and perfect service. Parking is very difficult, as it's pay-and-display.

28/03/2026: Lovely gran coffee bar in the center of Bergamo. Opens at 7am which all good coffee bars should, although 6am would be better lol! It has a 3.6 rating on here as of when I'm writing this. Don't let this put you off as it's way better than that. The staff were fine and the atmosphere was very pleasant. Nice pastries and good coffee.

11/01/2026: We stopped to eat, the food was excellent, the girl was very unpleasant, we wanted to get up and leave only because she was already sulking and how to respond, she seems forced to stay inside, the staff welcomes you before entering, more important sometimes than the quality of the food

29/10/2025: Upon my arrival with my mobile device, I successfully utilized the translation feature on the Fold 7, which performed flawlessly. I proceeded to order a cappuccino and a chocolate croissant. The waiter provided exceptional service, understanding my request and preparing a perfect coffee to begin the day. The beverage subsequently cooled due to my efforts to capture an optimal image for a review. I highly recommend this cafe for its reasonably priced beverages and sweet treats, which are ideal for a morning indulgence. Lastly the decor of the cafe was beauti, somewhere pleasant to start or end your day with the blue and white giving it a seaside theme and cleanliness stunning.

31/08/2025: This is a historic neighborhood pastry shop, but it's a shame... until recently, their croissants were excellent, but recently they've been tasteless, dry, and with very little choice. Service has never been their strong point, but at least they make up for it with their pastries. It always feels like you're doing them a favor by going there, despite the biblical wait times for a cappuccino...

30/01/2026: It may be excellent as a pastry but €10 for two chocolates (just over half a cup) consumed at the counter seems excessive to me.

03/12/2025: Terrible experience. I came to this bar with some friends a few weeks ago and it was like a nightmare. We sat outside because the place is tiny inside, without even a stove or heater. The waiters (who didn't even speak Italian very well) were incredibly insistent, even about what to order. We ordered three cocktails, a Coke, and three portions of chips. The cocktails cost €8 and were served in a water glass with more ice than anything else, a Coke for the modest sum of €5, and the chips were raw and tasteless. When the waiter came to pay, he first insisted on splitting everything between four of us, even though we'd ordered different items. Then, he added a euro to the bill for both of us. When he noticed I was scanning the QR code on the menu again because something wasn't right, he (who had just charged my last friend) said, "Oh, I added an extra €1 to your bill and the girl's (we were supposed to pay the same things)." The problem wasn't the euro, but the waiter's attempt to "rip us off." It's a shame, because the place is very beautiful, but EVERYTHING absolutely needs to be revisited.

30/09/2025: The indoor area is too small, so bring a warm coat if you plan on stopping by for a drink. The staff is rude and lacks Italian. Good selection of beers.

13/11/2025: The girls at the counter were rude and impolite. We asked for the bathroom. Even though a customer had come in, another girl with short, straight, black hair and plump skin came in, and without even looking at us, she started gossiping about us. I don't think it's appropriate, especially working downtown. Even a girl came up to the counter to ask for a coffee, and they didn't even look at her to talk to each other. I don't think so! Never again!!!

13/11/2025: If I could, I'd give it 0 stars! Both the guy at the cashier and the blonde girl were incredibly rude and unfriendly. When we asked questions, they always answered arrogantly. We asked about the bathroom service and were rudely told there weren't any. Shortly afterward, we saw that they let a customer into the bathroom. Never again!

01/11/2025: We were walking around the area and, on our way back to the apartment, we sat down at this place to have a Spriz and stayed for a second round. Very good and the staff very nice and attentive! How lucky we found them!

26/07/2025: We tried 6 different cocktails and they were all excellent. We also got chips with the cocktails and welcome drinks. Great prices, offer and service!

26/01/2026: Excellent coffee and delicious cappuccino!!! I went there with my partner and we were happy. I will definitely go back. I recommend it to everyone.

21/02/2026: A Saturday afternoon among the alleys of Iseo and a coffee break that will reawaken your senses. The place is welcoming, but the real highlight is the staff: extremely kind, fast, and always smiling. A little gem of courtesy in the historic center!

03/01/2026: A charming place in the historic center of Iseo. The unwelcoming staff makes you feel uncomfortable. The pastries are sparse and definitely not homemade, with limited selection and nothing special. Nice, but only aesthetically pleasing, and quite noisy. A bit pricey for what you get.

11/01/2026: Amidst the chaos of the place, we felt it was the best compromise. Elegant, not at all overwhelming like the bars in the area, and there's also a covered outdoor area.

09/01/2026: 2 stars only because I want to be very nice!! The place is fairly clean... the pros end there! On the other hand, the courtesy is best left alone, as is the organization. If you want to save a bit, it's better to go to a jewelry store; a piadina (not exactly what you asked for) is skimpy and a water is 10 euros!!

28/01/2026: Yesterday afternoon we stopped at this sad bar where a rude, unpleasant bartender—and I'll stop here—charged us €6.00 ​​for a coffee and half a cup of tasteless, cold hot chocolate! Perhaps in Lugano I would have paid that much... dishonest, with rude, unpleasant bartenders, it's really awful!

25/01/2026: The place is nice, but… be careful because the pastries are often old: I had sfogliatelle and cannoli, and the cream was sour and dry, a sign that it was two days old! Given the price, something like this should never happen!!! Never again!!!
