14/11/2025: Today, a friend and I went into Starbucks. The line was empty, so I stayed with him even though I didn't want anything to eat. One of the two cashiers, Denise, in an overly arrogant and annoyed tone, rudely told me to leave the line. She used a highly rude and unprofessional tone. I hope action can be taken because the service offered by a chain like Starbucks is important to the customer experience. I've never encountered such a rude employee. I'm truly disappointed, especially since I'm a regular customer at this particular Starbucks.

03/12/2025: The atmosphere is very nice and well-maintained, nothing to complain about. Unfortunately, the service was surprisingly rude, both at the table and at the counter. Added to this, the prices were truly disproportionate for what was offered. The most absurd thing was at the cash register. The clerk claimed that we couldn't each pay our own bill and that one person had to pay for everyone. This, in addition to striking me as unfair behavior toward customers, also seemed like a tax evasion. It's certainly not our job to settle their bills, and there's no requirement that a group pay in a single transaction. Each of us consumed what we wanted and had every right to pay for it separately. We were told that we could only make one card transaction, which is completely unjustifiable in a place like this.

17/08/2025: The atmosphere was great, with lots of people in August, but the prices were very high: a drink you'd typically buy at the supermarket cost four times as much. In my opinion, it was really excessive.

19/10/2025: I ordered two small pizzas and some mini pastries, which I didn't like. I felt very uncomfortable because the clerk was staring at me. The pastry selection is extensive, but it's 1980s-esque, so you have to like it. It's a bit small, so it doesn't allow for much privacy. It had been recommended to me, but I didn't like it at all.

29/07/2025: Dinner with about fifteen friends. The appetizer platter was excellent and plentiful. The pizza was truly exceptional, with a perfectly soft and crispy crust; you can tell they took great care in choosing the right flours. The place wasn't crowded, and the service was friendly and quick. We had a lovely evening. The price was fair. We'll be back soon.

08/07/2025: I stopped for a quick business lunch. I opted for a main course with a side dish and a quart of draft wine. The steak (as pictured) was half-burned and tough... that happens. The focaccia bread was stale... I asked the waitress about it and she said... yes, I noticed 😳. All for the modest sum of €16! (€4 for a quart of draft wine? That's €16 a liter?) Good luck!

26/06/2025: Siamo stati in questo sushi ieri sera, sinceramente, è stata una grande delusione. Appena entrati, nessuno ci ha accolto con un sorriso o un minimo di cordialità: sembrava quasi che dessimo fastidio. Il cameriere era visibilmente scazzato e frettoloso, senza mai un gesto gentile o una parola di benvenuto. Il cibo non ha certo risollevato la serata: l’impiattamento era trascurato, senza cura né fantasia, e il pesce era completamente insapore, come se fosse stato scongelato in fretta e senza attenzione. Un’esperienza anonima e fredda, che non invoglia certo a tornare. Sushi ce n’è tanto in giro, meglio sceglierlo altrove.

18/10/2025: 4 glasses of white wine for €32, and it wasn’t from the top shelf. Avoid this place!

26/06/2025: Good bottle selection, decent prices. That's about it. Just use it for take-away bottle service. No atmosphere, charisma nor service.

09/11/2025: Service has changed a lot since last time. The staff is completely incompetent and has lost their minds. Serious requests were met, like a double espresso in a cup the size of a chocolate bar that was Nesquik, or a coffee requested for later that arrived first, like slices of cake served without cutlery. For the prices they charge, they should raise the bar for their staff. P.S.: hair in the cakes, etc.

09/11/2025: We stopped at this place and found it wonderful! We were welcomed by nice, well-groomed girls, and the staff was young and friendly, fast, and on-point. The food was excellent for an aperitif, and the cocktails were delicious. I'll definitely be back! I highly recommend it! (I honestly don't understand the other negative reviews...)

27/10/2025: Every trip to Desenzano is accompanied by a stop here for a coffee affogato. Delicious! A true treat for the taste buds! The pizza is also delicious! Great location (overlooking the harbor), professional service, and a very pleasant atmosphere. Value for money is within the norm for a tourist area on Lake Garda.

03/07/2025: Best kebab in all of Stradella, clean bathrooms, big TV...but the best part is the perfectly cut meat!

15/08/2025: I know the place, since it's part of my condominium. I had the opportunity to try some of their desserts, which I received as a gift from a former neighbor. They were good, but the price was a bit high for my budget. I tried a good croissant. But I find the prices and variety of products more affordable at Pasticceria Gelateria Brina, which is also located on another side of the building, but still in my condominium.

22/07/2025: Hand's is a small, cute and colorful bar in the center of Treviglio, but it leaves a lot to be desired in terms of kindness and courtesy! The quality/price ratio is very high; you can't afford to pay €14 for two fruit tarts. It doesn't exist anywhere else, and the prices aren't always displayed. Sorry, I'm disappointed.
