13/11/2025: There's no menu to consult (or to check prices on): upon entry, a series of dishes is hastily listed, otherwise they inform you: piadina or sandwich, unspecified. Instinct immediately tells you not to venture into the culinary offerings, and therefore: piadina. The piadina with "cotto" (very salty) is indescribable: in the most modest discount store, I think you could find better ingredients, starting with the piadina itself, followed by the spalla cotta (a cooked ham that didn't make it) that was sparingly stuffed. Of course, no one expected a luxury restaurant, but it takes a lot to make a piadina inedible... I'll let you know if my dog ​​will appreciate it; I put it in my bag, even if I hesitate to give it to him. The place is empty, dark, smells of old cigarette butts. Tables without paper placemats. The piadina costs €7, a fair price if it had been edible. I'd like to add, following the Alternativo's piqued response to my comment, and since this is the only way, that the QR code menu at the tables was nowhere to be found, and we asked for it twice. In response, you told us to sit down and you'd come, and you half-heartedly reeled it off verbally. I understand people don't like a negative review, and "local guide" is a title given by Google regardless, after all, following consistently positive reviews. Except for yours. Oh, don't worry, we know how to use QR codes; we work in networking. I'd say we can close the debate, and you could simply try to present yourself more honestly and, above all, with edible piadinas.

22/09/2025: A nice bar, friendly and polite staff... generous portions of chicken wings... prices a little high... inside the bar there is a television for matches, table football and other entertainment games....

21/10/2025: Coffees that have the taste and color of shower water after 12 hours of work, dirty teaspoons and forks, prices in my opinion too high for such poor quality, tables that need clearing, discolored saucers, dirty tables, I do not recommend at all

21/10/2025: The desserts were amazing, and the waiter serving the tables was absolutely amazing, but the service and layout needed a complete overhaul (Iginio Massari is expected to be on a whole new level). There was even a fly in the window...

11/01/2026: An adult and two children stopped for lunch. No coffee or dessert, just a starter, a paltry main course, and polenta for €84. Small portions and ridiculous prices. We left hungry. New management, but I don't recommend stopping.

06/01/2026: A mountain lodge near the slopes, modernized with tasteful details, impeccable service, and a variety of traditional and non-traditional dishes. The only drawback is the slightly high prices.

02/11/2025: Luckily, only my girlfriend went into this kind of place, because otherwise they would have had plenty to contend with. There's a lady who's rude to say the least, incredibly rude. If I were there, I would have left them on the counter and walked away. Some people should shut down, and from the comments, I'm not the only one who's had this bad and dishonest experience. I strongly advise against it. DO NOT GO, frustrated people, they'll ruin your day.

29/12/2025: We celebrated a friend's birthday. The owner was very friendly and helpful. The food was excellent (I recommend the meat and cheese pie). An evening we'll remember. Highly recommended.

24/12/2025: Never again, not even under torture! I never leave negative reviews, but this place deserves them. The first and only time I've been there, there were about ten of us, and one of us trusted the place with the bill: serious mistake! They charged us for things that never arrived (two cuts of meat ordered, only one arrived), as well as a bottle of wine that they took back because it tasted like vinegar, only to later charge us for it. And who knows what they did with the cocktails. Obviously, no receipt... I prefer to think it's just disorganization. In any case, it's definitely a place to avoid.

03/01/2026: A charming place in the historic center of Iseo. The unwelcoming staff makes you feel uncomfortable. The pastries are sparse and definitely not homemade, with limited selection and nothing special. Nice, but only aesthetically pleasing, and quite noisy. A bit pricey for what you get.

08/12/2025: Unfortunately, my experience at this place was truly disappointing. The staff was rude from the moment we ordered: we asked for a croissant and were rudely told they only had plain ones. Shortly afterward, however, those who arrived after us were told that other types of croissants were also available. This attitude immediately made us feel disregarded. The situation worsened when it came to paying. Even though I had handed over the correct amount, I was rudely told I had given too little. Eventually, the staff found the missing amount... on the floor. Instead of apologizing for the mistake, they insinuated that it was my fault because the bills were slightly curled. A truly unprofessional attitude. Overall, rude and indifferent service.

18/10/2025: I went there several times with my wife and two children from 1990 to 1995, and it was our favorite restaurant. The food was excellent, and the owner was a bit unusual but very friendly. Then the children grew up, and we moved on to another vacation destination. We went again, with my wife, in 2003 or 2004, and the old owner wasn't there, but a young lady welcomed and served us, and we regretted not asking for the old owner...

13/11/2025: If I could, I'd give it 0 stars! Both the guy at the cashier and the blonde girl were incredibly rude and unfriendly. When we asked questions, they always answered arrogantly. We asked about the bathroom service and were rudely told there weren't any. Shortly afterward, we saw that they let a customer into the bathroom. Never again!

13/11/2025: The girls at the counter were rude and impolite. We asked for the bathroom. Even though a customer had come in, another girl with short, straight, black hair and plump skin came in, and without even looking at us, she started gossiping about us. I don't think it's appropriate, especially working downtown. Even a girl came up to the counter to ask for a coffee, and they didn't even look at her to talk to each other. I don't think so! Never again!!!

13/09/2025: Terrible service. I waited at the outside tables for over half an hour. Then, seeing that the waiters were looking at me but didn't come to take my order, I had to go inside and order my aperitif. The waitress arrived looking annoyed and brought me my aperitif without anything to nibble on. So I asked her, "Could you bring me something to nibble on, please?" I waited another quarter of an hour, had to get up and go back to order at the counter. After 20 minutes, I received just two olives. The blonde waitress is rude, arrogant, opinionated, and pissed off. She'd better change her job because she doesn't know how to relate to customers. In a bar in Milan, she would have definitely lasted an hour. I wonder how the owner of this bar can employ such incompetent and unqualified staff, bordering on self-service. I wonder on what basis they hire certain staff. This bar will surely be doomed to close if it employs such shoddy and shameful staff.

01/11/2025: We were walking around the area and, on our way back to the apartment, we sat down at this place to have a Spriz and stayed for a second round. Very good and the staff very nice and attentive! How lucky we found them!

26/07/2025: We tried 6 different cocktails and they were all excellent. We also got chips with the cocktails and welcome drinks. Great prices, offer and service!

27/01/2026: I have bought many pizzas in this restaurant and for the 4 years that I have been taking pizzas there, the restaurant is very beautiful especially with the panoramic view that you can see the lake.
