14/09/2025: Arriving on Saturday for the flower festival in Monte Isola, we stopped first for a coffee... and then returned for an aperitif. I've never encountered such young, yet super efficient, guys. Quick, kind, and super helpful. One of the guys, who was just starting out, was perhaps supervised by another guy who was teaching him how to take orders, use equipment, etc. A problem in the restaurant's bathroom (caused by the huge crowds due to the event) was promptly fixed by the aforementioned guy. He washed and sanitized everything and replenished what was missing. He was super kind and apologized for the problem and the wait (really only 5 minutes to fix everything). I complimented these guys on their work to the lady (I don't know if she's the owner) in the purple shirt... because it's really hard to find guys this young, yet attentive and precise these days.

10/08/2025: For €8.50, you'd expect a decently filled piadina. A lettuce leaf, four tomato slices, and six strips of meat. There was practically no mayonnaise. The dough was rubbery, thin, Rimese-style. Lukewarm. It's definitely fine if you've never been to Romagna and therefore don't know what a piadina is.

03/09/2025: Quality aperitivo This bar is the perfect choice for a post-work aperitivo. The prices are fair and the service is excellent. We ordered two glasses of white wine, which were served with a truly delicious appetizer platter. Recommended for those looking for a quality aperitivo, with an excellent price-performance ratio.

06/10/2025: My family and I had a great time, both at the restaurant and in the rooms.

05/10/2025: The owner stands in front of the restaurant to recruit customers by offering pizzoccheri and sciat. I don't recommend them, they have nothing to do with the original recipes and are in terrible taste.

12/09/2025: Extremely poor service. It wasn't busy, yet no one showed any interest in us for 15 minutes. The food was mediocre at best. Never again.

11/09/2025: The sandwich was average, nothing special!!! Unfortunately, the service leaves much to be desired. After waiting 30 minutes for a sandwich, I told the waitress they were serving customers who arrived after us, and she told me they were from the city and didn't have much time! Well, you don't know if we have time or not! So if you're not from the city, be patient!

17/08/2025: The atmosphere was great, with lots of people in August, but the prices were very high: a drink you'd typically buy at the supermarket cost four times as much. In my opinion, it was really excessive.

01/08/2025: Encontré este restaurante en facebook y IT parecía interesante así que pensé en darle una oportunidad IT. Conociendo la playa de Pompano me sorprendió encontrar IT en la zona de almacenes de la ciudad. Seguro IT estaba ahí. Al llegar nos recibieron con un camarero agraciado que nos dio una mesa y de inmediato nos dio bebidas y delicioso pan Italiano. El menú se veía muy bien. Elegimos la lasaña, la pasta boloñesa y el penne a la vodka. Deliciosa. Este es un pequeño restaurante de unas 10 mesas limpias y súper amable. El servicio era excepcional. ¡Arriesgate a que realmente te encante IT!

15/09/2025: I've never eaten chicken like this... tough and dry, definitely from the day before, inedible. A terrible experience, never to be repeated. €28 down the drain. I'm used to eating at the Beefed restaurant in the Le Torri shopping center... it's another planet.

06/09/2025: Very hot rooster, well spiced, but above all it remained soft inside, a real surprise, with the touch of class of the sauce that accompanies the chips, but I would put an emphasis on the service girls, kind and always smiling

20/09/2025: I've never eaten a worse pizza in Italy. This wasn't pizza dough, but something else. No spices, oregano, salt, or anything similar. 1 out of 5 points. Even the spaghetti aglio e olio that my wife ordered was just spicy. And the portion was a bit too much for my stomach.

17/09/2025: Reviews from a few years ago are positive, but... From a few years ago. The food is tasteless, the meat smells stale, the prices are terrible, and the toilet is dirty.

29/07/2025: Dinner with about fifteen friends. The appetizer platter was excellent and plentiful. The pizza was truly exceptional, with a perfectly soft and crispy crust; you can tell they took great care in choosing the right flours. The place wasn't crowded, and the service was friendly and quick. We had a lovely evening. The price was fair. We'll be back soon.

08/07/2025: I stopped for a quick business lunch. I opted for a main course with a side dish and a quart of draft wine. The steak (as pictured) was half-burned and tough... that happens. The focaccia bread was stale... I asked the waitress about it and she said... yes, I noticed 😳. All for the modest sum of €16! (€4 for a quart of draft wine? That's €16 a liter?) Good luck!

05/08/2025: It remains one of the best views in Bergamo, but since the California Bakery chain took over, the food has unfortunately been practically frozen, the service slow and indifferent, and it's also expensive. It's fine for a coffee.

15/07/2025: A bar that, given its location and ambiance, has potential for 100, but hasn't been exploited to the fullest. Mediocre service, with few smiles from the staff, as if the customers were bothering you. Planters with dead plants and vases full of cigarette butts. Clean bathroom, but the paper dispenser is broken and messy. Prices aren't exactly cheap, even for just an aperitif, and the selection isn't great. Bottom line: a place with a magnificent view, but one that, compared to the wide selection available in the upper town, doesn't really stand out!

29/09/2025: What a shame!! I remembered it as a good place!! I had a spritz and a large barley, but the spritz wasn't even served with a single potato chip :-) The restrooms were dirty and out of paper!!

24/09/2025: I couldn't have met a more rude person. I asked if I could plug my computer into one of the many available outlets and was told a curt "no." I ordered a Coke Zero (for the modest sum of €4) and was given a regular one, claiming I hadn't specified it. I asked for the Wi-Fi password and was told they didn't have one, even though there were several networks with the bar's name on them. When it came time to pay, they didn't even have the courtesy to say hello. One of the worst services I've ever received.

01/09/2025: If you charge €2.50 per portion for the "appetizers" offered with your aperitivo (1 plate of pasta, 2 potatoes, 2/4 of a sandwich, and olives), you MUST SAY SO when you offer them, not at the cashier. Sorry, I live in the area and haven't been there in a while; it'll be a few more years. PS. The olives were dry; please change the product.

16/04/2025: Coffee €1.20. Coffee with POS €1.50. Customer orientation is something else. Furthermore, it is a practice prohibited by Legislative Decree no. 124/2019, converted into Law no. 157 of 2019.

12/07/2025: Honestly, I've never seen boxes, even sealed ones, stored in the bathroom next to the toilet. Disgusting.

13/06/2025: Ordered smoked salmon bagel, fresh pomegranate juice, an almond croissant with Americano, together with English Breakfast tea with plain croissant. All the food was delicious and we enjoyed the breakfast very much. Cute little cafe with friendly service.
