01/08/2025: Encontré este restaurante en facebook y IT parecía interesante así que pensé en darle una oportunidad IT. Conociendo la playa de Pompano me sorprendió encontrar IT en la zona de almacenes de la ciudad. Seguro IT estaba ahí. Al llegar nos recibieron con un camarero agraciado que nos dio una mesa y de inmediato nos dio bebidas y delicioso pan Italiano. El menú se veía muy bien. Elegimos la lasaña, la pasta boloñesa y el penne a la vodka. Deliciosa. Este es un pequeño restaurante de unas 10 mesas limpias y súper amable. El servicio era excepcional. ¡Arriesgate a que realmente te encante IT!

14/09/2025: Arriving on Saturday for the flower festival in Monte Isola, we stopped first for a coffee... and then returned for an aperitif. I've never encountered such young, yet super efficient, guys. Quick, kind, and super helpful. One of the guys, who was just starting out, was perhaps supervised by another guy who was teaching him how to take orders, use equipment, etc. A problem in the restaurant's bathroom (caused by the huge crowds due to the event) was promptly fixed by the aforementioned guy. He washed and sanitized everything and replenished what was missing. He was super kind and apologized for the problem and the wait (really only 5 minutes to fix everything). I complimented these guys on their work to the lady (I don't know if she's the owner) in the purple shirt... because it's really hard to find guys this young, yet attentive and precise these days.

One of the two cashiers, Denise, in an overly arrogant and annoyed tone, rudely told me to leave the line. She used a highly rude and unprofessional tone. I hope action can be taken because the service offered by a chain like Starbucks is important to the customer experience. I've never encountered such a rude employee. I'm truly disappointed, especially since I'm a regular customer at this particular Starbucks.

Serious requests were met, like a double espresso in a cup the size of a chocolate bar that was Nesquik, or a coffee requested for later that arrived first, like slices of cake served without cutlery. For the prices they charge, they should raise the bar for their staff. P.S.: hair in the cakes, etc.

09/11/2025: We stopped at this place and found it wonderful! We were welcomed by nice, well-groomed girls, and the staff was young and friendly, fast, and on-point. The food was excellent for an aperitif, and the cocktails were delicious. I'll definitely be back! I highly recommend it! (I honestly don't understand the other negative reviews...)
