18/08/2025: The vegan bagel and coffee were both very nice. We really liked the little snack that came with the coffee as well. The vegan caesar was a disappointment though - plain mayonnaise does not work as a caesar sauce replacement. The service was very good and we appreciated the ac inside!

26/10/2025: After 5 days in Italy and St.Moritz and paying way too much for very little food a bottle of water for 12 euros😢. I was pleasantly surprised to find this place. Denise and the staff were friendly and not pretentious. The food came and I was surprised by the size, freshness and taste of the salad. The pizza was fantastic and the penne al salmone was very good. And keep in mind the prices were fair to low. In this very beautiful tourist filled place Denise serves good food at fair prices. Thank you for the pleasant surprise.

11/11/2025: The place itself is beautiful, but the service leaves much to be desired. The staff is very sullen and unfriendly, (sadly), which is a shame, considering that service is such an important part of the experience. It's strange behavior, especially considering that the staff should be there to make customers feel at home and provide excellent service. "If I were the employer, I'd leave them at home." My family and I were disappointed. The staff needs to be more professional and kind, and there should be no room for rudeness in customer service. I hope this negative experience of mine can help to focus more attention on improving service in the future, for those who sit down to enjoy a pleasant dinner.

02/10/2025: Ordered a cheeseburger... How you didn't put cheese on it, I don't know. Burnt fries Fast service, but if you have to do it like this, take five extra minutes. FORMAGGIOtto means you need at least a slice of cheddar... You can eat the burnt fries when you close. 15 euros for a hamburger. Disgusting. Never again.

12/10/2025: I went to this place with my roommate for an aperitivo and we ordered sangria. When I asked if they had anything gluten-free, the answer was a firm "no"—not even simple packaged chips, which are usually gluten-free. I was disappointed, especially since many places these days (even the ones near the square) offer at least a basic option for those with intolerances. Furthermore, the staff wasn't particularly friendly, which detracted from the experience. It's a shame, because the place has potential, but the lack of attention to dietary needs makes it less than inclusive.

28/09/2025: Excellent aperitif with a glass of white wine and various appetizers. Friendly and attentive staff, fair price. Beautiful location in a characteristic square in the historic center.
