07/03/2026: I purchased a Vespa 125 with Mauro's assistance, and he was truly impeccable. I'll have my Vespa in 14 days!
From the very first meeting, he proved to be extremely knowledgeable and practical in his explanations: I was starting from scratch, but thanks to him, I received all the information clearly, quickly, and precisely, both regarding materials and bureaucratic requirements.
It was a pleasure to find such high-level, professional, and attentive service, right in the heart of Milan.

Otherwise, we had a great time.
The prices were more or less average.
23/09/2025: I came by bike this evening, happy to try the delicious sandwiches and excellent beer. It's a shame the place is supposed to open at 7:45 PM... and at 8:20 PM it was still closed. I don't like this. It's not done that way. You want to open at 10 PM? Fine, but please write it down. That shows little professionalism and disrespect for customers. It's a shame.

08/02/2026: The place is small and poorly ventilated: sitting at the tables on the mezzanine level becomes impossible due to the stagnant hot air. The staff also isn't particularly good in terms of service quality or timing (we've tried them for aperitivo and bar; last time, we had to wait at least 20 minutes—with the place half-empty—for an aperitivo, which was also very thin and not particularly fresh). The savory options are definitely a no-no. The desserts deserve a bit more. Overall, definitely not the first choice in the area.

27/12/2025: Terrible experience with, I believe, the owner. I'd rather go back and buy cream and flavor than be treated like an idiot. It's like losing a customer just because they dared to call you at the cashier.
15/09/2025: I only had one coffee and it wasn't good, very good 😋 a coffee truly made as Palato commands. They roast the coffee directly in their laboratory at the bar. Congratulations. 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ You deserve it.
