12/10/2025: We sat for a coffe and sweet desert. The view was wonderful at the afternoon. The cheesecake was horrible, stale. The spoon for the capuccino was dirty and reused. The cappuccino had something like crumbs . I woudnt recomend the place except for the view

05/06/2026: Terrible service. We had booked the Ultimo tribute evening online well in advance, complete with a response and booking confirmation. When we got there, the reservation wasn't listed, and they told us the evening had been canceled, but we hadn't been notified. They also criticized us for not having provided our number (which wasn't true, as both the number and email address were included in the reservation). However, we read the reviews, and most were negative, specifying that both the food and the service were poor!! We will definitely never return!

22/07/2026: A quick and truly enjoyable lunch. The chicken was very good, well-cooked, and served promptly. The service was courteous and organized. I'll gladly return!

28/06/2026: The food is simple, spicy (less so if you remove the skin), and good. The waitresses are always kind and attentive. The service is always fast and impeccable. It's less expensive than McD's, but I assume it's also better quality. For celiacs, they simply remove the slice of bread; the rest is naturally gluten-free, so it's great. The only downside is that you can't eat here often: the menu only offers rotisserie chicken and fries. Eventually, you'll just get sick of them. 🤣

08/08/2026: What can I say... For bruschetta lovers, this is the best place! Of course, the sandwiches and fresh fruit salads, perhaps with ice cream, are also delicious. In short, it's definitely worth considering for a light but healthy lunch or dinner, and above all, made with love! We'll definitely be back, will you? 😉😊

28/07/2026: Caffè corretto (a coffee with half a glass of water) 2.80 + 2.30 total 5.10, that's all I've said. 🙃 I was served at the table by a nice girl, great location, okay. But the prices are exorbitant and unjustified! Two hundred meters away, caffè corretto is the same price as 1.80.

28/06/2026: Unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing. We had come for a quiet evening with friends, but we left with a completely different impression. From the beginning, we sensed an unfriendly and unprofessional attitude from the owner, who on several occasions addressed us in an annoyed and disrespectful manner. At one point, he even dared to criticize a child's education, behavior we found completely out of place. We were also dissatisfied with the service. Furthermore, we had the distinct feeling that the owner didn't like card payments, creating an unpleasant atmosphere when it came to receiving the bill. It's a real shame, because a place should make its customers feel welcomed and respected. Unfortunately, that wasn't the case for us. Unfortunately, I hadn't read the reviews before coming. After our experience, I went to read them and was truly struck by how many people reported very similar incidents and problems. This made us realize that, unfortunately, this wasn't an isolated case. We definitely won't be back, and based on our experience, we can't recommend this place.

27/06/2026: We've been to this bar several times for aperitivo, hoping that our first impression was just a fluke. 🤷🏽‍♀️ Unfortunately, with each visit, the situation got worse. 🫣 From the beginning, the owner dared to address customers in an arrogant and patronizing tone. For example, when we approached the counter to order, instead of kindly explaining how the service worked, he scolded us, telling us we should stay at the table and wait, even making a comparison to a pizzeria. This was truly inappropriate behavior. 🙄 The last time was the point of no return. The owner yelled at a three-year-old girl, calling her rude and even daring to criticize her upbringing. 😡 Absolutely unacceptable behavior towards a child. The quality of the aperitivo was also disappointing. With temperatures approaching 40 degrees Celsius, we were served a practically lukewarm Spritz, with just one ice cube. 🫪 It almost seemed as if they were trying to save even on ice. 🤷🏽‍♀️ Another problem concerns payments. One gets the feeling that the owner doesn't like card payments. At the end of the evening, the POS terminal suddenly showed up as "out of service." A friend of ours calmly said she would wait for the line to be restored, since she didn't have cash, but this only caused further irritation. Even the simple request to split the bill elicited an annoyed reaction. The most unpleasant episode occurred as we were leaving. The owner stormed out of the place screaming because, due to a simple oversight, a €3 iced tea ordered earlier in the evening for his little girl hadn't been paid for. No one has ever refused to pay for it: it would have been enough to politely point it out. Instead, we witnessed a scene of shouting and aggression. Naturally, the tea was paid for immediately. We also noticed that the price of drinks seemed to change throughout the evening without any explanation. The only positive aspect of the place is that it's quiet. However, it's easy to think that this quietness is due to the fact that many customers, after similar experiences, simply prefer not to return. I rarely leave negative reviews, but this time I think it's right to share my experience. A good place stands out not only for what it serves, but above all for the respect it shows towards its customers. Unfortunately, this respect was completely lacking here.

12/08/2026: The view alone is absolutely worth the visit, but what really made the difference was the extremely courteous staff, always kind and helpful. Excellent cocktails and delicious appetizers. Recommended!

02/08/2026: My visit to this place was completely ruined by the behavior of the waiters. Instead of being polite and helpful, they made us feel uncomfortable. Because of this, the whole experience was very disappointing.

01/01/2026: A DISAPPOINTING New Year's Eve!!! Starting with the service: HALF AN HOUR wait for dinner, scheduled for 8:30 PM, to begin at 9:00 PM. There was no appetizer, while the pasta and stew were served on a card instead of a plate... as if we were at Caritas, and these photos confirm it. From the menu, I only save the lasagna, which I enjoyed, and the pandoro-panenettone mix with cream, making me give it 2 more votes, otherwise my rating would have been 1. The bittersweet icing of the evening was the post-dinner experience, because I expected more disco right after the toast, but instead... only cover songs. €60 THROWN AWAY like this 🙁 NEVER AGAIN 👎

31/12/2025: The place is nice. I really like the idea of ​​​​having converted a bank into a restaurant, the service is pretty standard. The problem is the food, which unfortunately isn't to my liking: the dishes aren't that great. The last time I went there, there wasn't a whole range of dishes offered on the menu, which was strange, especially since I showed up at 6:30 pm and with a group that had already booked the whole place a while ago, so the number of participants was expected. In any case, I've been there more than once and I bring home a bit of a stomach ache, which is actually quite difficult for me...

14/06/2025: En esta maravillosa pastelería, ubicada en el corazón de Cernobbio, a pocos pasos de la lujosa Villa d'Este, podrá encontrar los mejores pasteles, bocadillos dulces y salados, así como diversos alimentos. 01/08/2026: I stopped for coffee at this place several times before permanently moving to Tuscany. The place is elegant and has unique decor (a few hundred roses hanging from the ceiling, truly unique!!!) with the option of being served overlooking the lake, just steps from the pastry shop, during the summer. The coffee was excellent, as were the pastries I tried, accompanied by Ilaria and Giuseppe. I also had a fortunate encounter with (now former) pros Cataldo and Orrico, who were friendly and helpful, as were all the staff. RECOMMENDED

29/07/2026: Perfect place to escape the heat and have a relaxing coffee in the AC (air-conditioned)!! This is a traditional italian pasticceria with amazing pastries and coffee. They are one of the few places in Porto Ceresio that have soya milk and can offer VEGAN food too (bread with tomato, vegan croissants, etc)! Me and my sister came several times and were very happy about this place! Thank you :)

04/05/2026: Drawn by the word "Pasticceria," I expected high-quality croissants, but instead they taste like they came straight out of a photocopier; completely tasteless, you can tell from a kilometer away that they're stale and/or frozen; they definitely don't make them themselves. The old lady serving you coffee, on the other hand, could easily retire or change jobs; she's grumpy, bordering on rude. I definitely won't set foot in there again.

14/02/2026: Excellent quality. The coffee shop staff's obsessions, but no, not really. If you have to sit there sulking, you'll choke on your drink. You might as well have an algorithm serve it to you.
