07/06/2026: We were seated at 7:50 and served at 8:15 for a Crodino and an Aperol.
The bathroom was a disaster, as dirty as the entire interior.
The aperitif was enough to make you cry.
03/06/2026: The place is nice, well-located in front of the lake. It's a shame that two iced coffees cost €9 (€4.50 each?!)

05/06/2026: Terrible service. We had booked the Ultimo tribute evening online well in advance, complete with a response and booking confirmation. When we got there, the reservation wasn't listed, and they told us the evening had been canceled, but we hadn't been notified. They also criticized us for not having provided our number (which wasn't true, as both the number and email address were included in the reservation).
However, we read the reviews, and most were negative, specifying that both the food and the service were poor!!
We will definitely never return!

Small dishes are tasty and worth every €
18/05/2026: It's one of the many bars in Mantua's main square. We opted for the classic spritz, not giving in to the staff's suggestions. We also enjoyed chips, olives, and savory pastries. They also offer ready-made meals.

01/11/2025: We were walking around the area and, on our way back to the apartment, we sat down at this place to have a Spriz and stayed for a second round. Very good and the staff very nice and attentive! How lucky we found them!
26/07/2025: We tried 6 different cocktails and they were all excellent. We also got chips with the cocktails and welcome drinks. Great prices, offer and service!

For the service that we got the service charge of 4.50€ was questionable at least.

23/02/2026: It looks like it was made with my feet, I added extra fries, practically 50 cents per fry. I won't say anything else, the worst pizza. Maybe I should specify that it is pizza + fries, what does that mean for you? The price of the pizza also includes fries, but not a trace of them on the pizza, 2 fries on each slice, truly disgusting, I'm sorry to say it but it doesn't matter...

08/06/2026: It's absolutely terrible. There's an employee who's awful and slow, and if you order something, it takes forever to arrive. I don't even know her name. The worst thing a tourist can do is come and wander around this awful village. I don't know what they think they are.
30/05/2026: The staff was rude and rude, unsuitable for customer service.
I went with 11 friends and we were very disappointed with the service. The girls working were very rude, especially the cashier.
I'm sorry, but I will never return, and I don't recommend anyone else to go either.

The employee with long black hair and a perm is discriminatory. She often intentionally avoids serving me properly and pretends not to hear when I call her, while treating men much better. If this happens again, I will file a formal complaint with headquarters, naming the employee.
12/05/2026: Nice place, we were served promptly, and the caramel latte was truly delicious. We didn't really like the brioches, but that's a matter of personal preference. Otherwise, everything was fine. The awning outside doesn't offer much shelter from the rain; we stopped for a few seconds just to check our phone and the walking directions, but we still got wet. It's basically just for sunbathing.

17/05/2026: Over the years, we've celebrated many family events with your help. I chose you again to celebrate my 40th birthday, and it was suuuuper! The food, drinks, and service were impeccable. Even the cake...super delicious! Thank you for making my party special!
10/01/2026: the opening time needs to be more precise, because it should open at 7:30 but it opens 10 minutes later, however the food inside is very good
