21/09/2025: The bar enjoys a truly enviable location: directly overlooking the lake, it offers a breathtaking view that few other places in the area can match. It's the kind of place that makes you think, "I could happily stop here." Unfortunately, the experience didn't live up to expectations. This morning, I went with my family and we ordered two pizzas from the menu, the so-called "Scrocchia gourmet." Despite the not exactly reasonable price—€18.00 each—and a drink that included three aperitifs, a 0.5L bottle of water, and two coffees, the final bill was €61.00. Considering the service we received, the price seems decidedly disproportionate. The table wasn't set: no cutlery, no napkins. After requesting them, we were brought only four napkins (one each) and, subsequently, only one fork for four people. The waiters on hand seemed annoyed, inattentive, and rather slow in serving, with a less than welcoming attitude. It's a real shame, because with a location like this, it wouldn't take much to offer a memorable experience. At the moment, however, I can't recommend it.

14/12/2025: We stopped in this evening for tea. Behind the counter, a woman and a young woman were sipping their coffee. The other woman told us to take a seat...from there, we were distracted, gossiping with other acquaintances. After a while, the young woman, having finished her coffee, asked us what we wanted; it had already been asked. The tea arrived calmly, and just as calmly, someone else arrived at the register... basically, it's fine for their regular customers. They advertise freshly baked croissants, but if they take forever to serve them, they arrive cold.

06/01/2026: The place is cute, very clean, with a lovely atmosphere and impeccable service. They have a wide selection of wines and other drinks. The prices, however, in my opinion are truly exaggerated: €37 for a plate of crostoni (€12), two glasses of wine (€9 each), a shared vegetable side dish, and a shared water are way too high. The wines were recommended to us by a waiter/sommelier, so we didn't know the price until we paid the bill (I'd expect, for such high prices, that they'd at least be informed once you'd chosen your wine). We were also charged a cover charge, but since we ordered food separately, we weren't even served a mini tray with taralli, olives, and other appetizers, which I've seen at other tables. So what does the cover charge include?!

23/11/2025: A lovely place on the Lambro riverside, with soft lighting (wine bar style), good food, and a wide selection of wines. The experience had a few minor hiccups, but the staff resolved them. Prices aren't cheap, but they're in line with the competition.

01/01/2026: A DISAPPOINTING New Year's Eve!!! Starting with the service: HALF AN HOUR wait for dinner, scheduled for 8:30 PM, to begin at 9:00 PM. There was no appetizer, while the pasta and stew were served on a card instead of a plate... as if we were at Caritas, and these photos confirm it. From the menu, I only save the lasagna, which I enjoyed, and the pandoro-panenettone mix with cream, making me give it 2 more votes, otherwise my rating would have been 1. The bittersweet icing of the evening was the post-dinner experience, because I expected more disco right after the toast, but instead... only cover songs. €60 THROWN AWAY like this 🙁 NEVER AGAIN 👎

31/12/2025: The place is nice. I really like the idea of ​​​​having converted a bank into a restaurant, the service is pretty standard. The problem is the food, which unfortunately isn't to my liking: the dishes aren't that great. The last time I went there, there wasn't a whole range of dishes offered on the menu, which was strange, especially since I showed up at 6:30 pm and with a group that had already booked the whole place a while ago, so the number of participants was expected. In any case, I've been there more than once and I bring home a bit of a stomach ache, which is actually quite difficult for me...

06/01/2026: We had a wonderful New Year's Eve vacation. The hotel was equipped with every comfort, excellent food, and helpful staff. Even though there wasn't any snow, we had a great time.

30/12/2025: We made a reservation for a group of 25 people for lunch on November 15, 2025. A few minutes after our arrival, the owner informed us that the chef had been injured and, since he was in the hospital, they couldn't serve us lunch. When we arrived, the restaurant was closed, and the owner wasn't even answering our calls. So, we had to reorganize at the last minute and find another solution. Highly discouraged!

27/11/2025: Nice, spacious place with a great selection for aperitifs. Reasonable prices, and Nicola the owner is friendly. Marco the DJ is excellent!

06/01/2026: It seems to have changed management! Until a few months ago, it was a nice, friendly place. Now the staff is unbearable, as it seems like the customers are just being a nuisance.

02/02/2026: Excellent location in the center of the city surrounded by shops of all kinds, places to drink and eat nearby, very warm and clean welcoming rooms, restaurant in my opinion very well stocked (typical and non-typical dishes) both for breakfast (various both international and classic) and for dinner, a detail that made me very happy and that they were very attentive to my dietary needs (I am celiac), as for the staff I found it very professional, kind and always with a smile on their faces, for those who love skiing it is ideal because one of the exits is right near the slopes, this hotel also offers a wellness area with swimming pool and relaxation areas, Turkish bath and sauna, which after a day on the snow a little relaxation is nice I recommend this hotel to everyone especially for those with children
