18/05/2026: It's one of the many bars in Mantua's main square. We opted for the classic spritz, not giving in to the staff's suggestions. We also enjoyed chips, olives, and savory pastries. They also offer ready-made meals.

09/05/2026: Extremely cute place with a huge selection of delicious desserts (including vegan ones!) and drinks, and the staff is incredibly friendly! Highly recommended! The cinnamon rolls and vegan carrot cake are delicious!!

03/05/2026: Pastries were good, however …… We had an issue with the bill: we were charged for three cocktails we never ordered (we only had coffees). When we came back to fix it, we were only partially refunded. She reimbursed 15€ instead of 16,8€ which were the price of the cocktails, and we are later told that the difference is card fees…. THEN, noticed a discrepancy on the water price (charged €1.50 to us instead of €1.40). It’s not about the amount, but the principle. The manager’s handling of the situation was disappointing and most importantly dishonest.

13/06/2026: He's fine with me smoking outside, otherwise I'd give everything a 0. The coffee sucks. Ask for a glass of water and they bring you a little bowl I can't even wet my lips with, and the prices are crazy. Not recommended.

06/06/2026: A well-kept restaurant located in a central area. Unfortunately, the prices are too high and don't match the quality of the products and the service. For example, €46 for two regular spritzes and a paltry charcuterie board. Madness.

25/10/2025: It's impossible to get any closer to the water, and in the sun! Plus, the food is good and plentiful... provided you can find a table.

12/10/2025: We sat for a coffe and sweet desert. The view was wonderful at the afternoon. The cheesecake was horrible, stale. The spoon for the capuccino was dirty and reused. The cappuccino had something like crumbs . I woudnt recomend the place except for the view

05/06/2026: Terrible service. We had booked the Ultimo tribute evening online well in advance, complete with a response and booking confirmation. When we got there, the reservation wasn't listed, and they told us the evening had been canceled, but we hadn't been notified. They also criticized us for not having provided our number (which wasn't true, as both the number and email address were included in the reservation). However, we read the reviews, and most were negative, specifying that both the food and the service were poor!! We will definitely never return!

04/07/2026: i asked for a caffe freddo, got a shaken coffee i am used to that being like this in italy, however the shaken coffee was seriously one of the worst coffees i have ever tasted, it tasted like dirt cannot recommend

10/05/2026: Terrible experience. There were ten of us for an aperitivo, and the food was truly awful, of very low quality. Furthermore, when a pregnant woman in the group asked to use the bathroom, the owner denied it, saying he'd just cleaned up. It was only 7:00 PM, and the place was still packed. A total lack of common sense and humanity. We won't be returning.

28/06/2026: Tonight I bought a tray of pastries. You know, you used to say I go to Balzer and it was a guarantee!!! Today I won the lottery. If you get it right, you win 4,500 times your stake, which is far from a guarantee. Not knowing how to make a tray of pastries for a pastry shop is pretty bizarre. I won't be going back.

28/06/2026: Of course, getting an order wrong three times with zero seats is really difficult. I understand the difficulty in finding willing staff, but this service is truly terrible: wobbly tables, wet handkerchiefs. What a shame for a historic establishment in the city center. And after the owner's response to my review, I understand a lot about how the staff is trained. No one asked, "Was everything okay?" No one cared why a drink was left on the table. This business is probably only out to extort money from tourists, not to PROVIDE SERVICE. Next time, put the Autogrill logo on the sign so people don't choose to come in or feel bad about the appalling service and write reviews.

08/07/2026: I bought a really beautiful and delicious birthday cake. The only flaw was that I found the sponge cake a little dry. I'll definitely be back.

31/05/2026: I understand the weariness regarding the week, which is Sunday for everyone, not just the business in question. I don't understand the arrogance of the owner over a two-minute difference in the opening hours, who should be setting an example by not only being arrogant but also rude, talking and grumbling about customers.

13/05/2026: A racist place The employee with long black hair and a perm is discriminatory. She often intentionally avoids serving me properly and pretends not to hear when I call her, while treating men much better. If this happens again, I will file a formal complaint with headquarters, naming the employee.

12/05/2026: Nice place, we were served promptly, and the caramel latte was truly delicious. We didn't really like the brioches, but that's a matter of personal preference. Otherwise, everything was fine. The awning outside doesn't offer much shelter from the rain; we stopped for a few seconds just to check our phone and the walking directions, but we still got wet. It's basically just for sunbathing.

15/04/2026: Terrible service. We ordered fondue, and to our great surprise, there were food scraps in our pot. The waiters were extremely unfriendly, the food was inedible, and super expensive. 0/10, not recommended.

10/04/2026: I am extremely disappointed with the food and the staff in the hotel restaurant. The food is terrible and a disgrace to the reputation of Livigno and Italy in general. We ordered ribs, sea bass fillet and tagliatelle with mushrooms. They served us everything in literally 1 minute, from which we realized that everything had already been cooked and warmed up. The fish was beyond criticism, tasteless and as if boiled, the mushrooms in the tagliatelle seemed to have been poured from a can, and the ribs caused heartburn in my husband and he could not sleep. On top of all that, they lied to us most blatantly about the bill, saying that the appetizer we had ordered was taken by our friends from the company (they were on separate table) but in fact we paid for it and our friends paid separately too, it was included in their bill. Overall no one was happy with the dinner and we left feeling like we were screwed. I regret going to this place. And knowing what the restaurant is like, I can only imagine what the hotel will be like. I do not recommend this place to anyone.

28/06/2026: Unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing. We had come for a quiet evening with friends, but we left with a completely different impression. From the beginning, we sensed an unfriendly and unprofessional attitude from the owner, who on several occasions addressed us in an annoyed and disrespectful manner. At one point, he even dared to criticize a child's education, behavior we found completely out of place. We were also dissatisfied with the service. Furthermore, we had the distinct feeling that the owner didn't like card payments, creating an unpleasant atmosphere when it came to receiving the bill. It's a real shame, because a place should make its customers feel welcomed and respected. Unfortunately, that wasn't the case for us. Unfortunately, I hadn't read the reviews before coming. After our experience, I went to read them and was truly struck by how many people reported very similar incidents and problems. This made us realize that, unfortunately, this wasn't an isolated case. We definitely won't be back, and based on our experience, we can't recommend this place.

27/06/2026: We've been to this bar several times for aperitivo, hoping that our first impression was just a fluke. 🤷🏽‍♀️ Unfortunately, with each visit, the situation got worse. 🫣 From the beginning, the owner dared to address customers in an arrogant and patronizing tone. For example, when we approached the counter to order, instead of kindly explaining how the service worked, he scolded us, telling us we should stay at the table and wait, even making a comparison to a pizzeria. This was truly inappropriate behavior. 🙄 The last time was the point of no return. The owner yelled at a three-year-old girl, calling her rude and even daring to criticize her upbringing. 😡 Absolutely unacceptable behavior towards a child. The quality of the aperitivo was also disappointing. With temperatures approaching 40 degrees Celsius, we were served a practically lukewarm Spritz, with just one ice cube. 🫪 It almost seemed as if they were trying to save even on ice. 🤷🏽‍♀️ Another problem concerns payments. One gets the feeling that the owner doesn't like card payments. At the end of the evening, the POS terminal suddenly showed up as "out of service." A friend of ours calmly said she would wait for the line to be restored, since she didn't have cash, but this only caused further irritation. Even the simple request to split the bill elicited an annoyed reaction. The most unpleasant episode occurred as we were leaving. The owner stormed out of the place screaming because, due to a simple oversight, a €3 iced tea ordered earlier in the evening for his little girl hadn't been paid for. No one has ever refused to pay for it: it would have been enough to politely point it out. Instead, we witnessed a scene of shouting and aggression. Naturally, the tea was paid for immediately. We also noticed that the price of drinks seemed to change throughout the evening without any explanation. The only positive aspect of the place is that it's quiet. However, it's easy to think that this quietness is due to the fact that many customers, after similar experiences, simply prefer not to return. I rarely leave negative reviews, but this time I think it's right to share my experience. A good place stands out not only for what it serves, but above all for the respect it shows towards its customers. Unfortunately, this respect was completely lacking here.

15/07/2026: A bar-restaurant near Linate where we stopped for a quick lunch. The staff was friendly and attentive. We ordered generous salads. Prices were average. Plenty of parking nearby. They also have a pizza section.

16/05/2026: I'm giving one star because I can't give 0. Rude bar owner. I only went into this bar because I was in line for a concert but had to use the bathroom. Obviously, I consumed a coffee before going, and the owner came out with something like this: "But you can't go until 2:30/3 because the bathroom is currently open to those who consume food." Point 1. I consumed a cup anyway. Point 2. Does it bother you that I'm clearly not spending 20 euros on you, but only 1.50? Things I didn't tell him, but I thought, especially because he was also rude to my girlfriend, who also wanted to consume a hot chocolate. He also turned around and said she had been rude by demanding that he use the bathroom, when in fact she had been kind and courteous from the start, even with the bartender. To top it off, he started by saying, "I'm the owner, I choose who goes to the bathroom." It should be noted that when she went, there were about four people sitting at the table, and all the while she was waiting for the hot chocolate to be made because they couldn't make it for her right away because the bartender was finishing another errand, but that's understandable; she could have just gone in that time and then gotten the hot chocolate on the way out. That said, I don't recommend it due to the owner's rudeness. There are much better bars four minutes away.
