29/10/2024: Convenient location to the ferry to reach the various locations, rooms a little demotic but clean and with a view of the lake, abundant and well-kept breakfast, very kind staff. I highly recommend

02/10/2024: Soundproofing in the rooms is terrible. You can hear even how fly farts in the room next to yours. We were unlucky, while we stayed, in the next room was a couple who probably hadn't seen each other for a long time.... Rooms small. Washrooms old. But fine. Service good. Personal nice. Breakfast is good enough. It costs a lot, but you pay mostly for the view.

17/04/2025: Excellent coffee shop from the famous Illy brand! Elegant environment. I often go when I'm in Gae Aulenti for a coffee break. Today I went to purchase the Illy milk frother and the supplies of coffee capsules (I am now attaching photos of the set to the package). I would like to point out in a decidedly positive way the friendliness and kindness of the staff, in particular Giulia, Anna and Giandomenico, who are very attentive to customers and their needs! I will definitely return not only for a coffee but also to purchase Illy cups and various items.

31/03/2025: This coffee shop is overpriced for what it offers. The prices are unreasonably high, and the service is slow and unprofessional. Definitely not worth it—I won’t be coming back.

16/02/2025: I was present at the inauguration of the restaurant 45 years ago and the wise skill of the chef Scinetti created a widespread network of enthusiastic customers who contributed to maintaining and extending the knowledge of a restaurant with the charm of simple elegance. Naturally over the years the menu has changed several times even if some dishes appear unchanged over the years because they are excellent.

05/02/2025: Excellent restaurant, delicious and quality food. definitely worth trying. Compliments to the chef and the service!

06/04/2025: A bar that apparently seems nice, well furnished but has many defects in terms of cleanliness. The counter at which you request coffee is cluttered with dirty cups and receipts and the tables at which you consume coffee are full of crumbs. I was disappointed. Maybe it depends on the few staff present.

21/02/2025: Mi fermo verso le 8 di mattina per fare colazione, ci sono due stanze con numerosi tavolini, tutti sporchi perché l'unica persona presente è impegnata a fare i caffè e non ha tempo per rassettare. Impossibilitato a sedermi decido di prendere solo un cappuccino al banco per il quale mi ci vuole circa un quarto d'ora. Capisco che il personale costa, ma non è possibile lasciare un bar così grande e frequentato ad una sola addetta che è comprensibilmente scazzata e ovviamente per nulla gentile. Da evitare.

29/03/2025: Inedible strawberry tart!!!! €16 cake for 6 people with a shortcrust pastry that isn't shortcrust pastry, but a dry biscuit, strawberries that don't taste like strawberries, but like syrup. Tasteless custard. BAD!

12/03/2025: Insider tip! Here you can get first-class pizzas at surprisingly reasonable prices. Plus wonderful coffee and sweet delicacies that you wouldn't expect in Livigno. Great winter garden. Very friendly and quick waiters. It's better not to eat in the expensive center, but to drive here. We'll be back!
