15/11/2023: Today tasting sweets!!! Very nice and kind girls... Stefy... a profile of sympathy make me of this mix combined with fantastic desserts of the highest quality... in my humble opinion... the best pastry shop in Casteggio Top of the range dry pastries... but also cakes that just look at them make you hungry Nice modern place inside, just a few tables... in summer they extend outside. Well done Ezio for making fantastic panettone cakes and other sweet delights

10/11/2023: For the Christmas holidays I was given an artisanal panettone from this pastry shop. The cardboard packaging where the dessert is stored inside a plastic bag is very elegant and practical. Upon opening the bag you could immediately smell the aromas of the ingredients. Already from the cut you could perceive the softness and freshness of the product. On the palate the lightness and taste of a panettone made to perfection. The simplicity of the ingredients have given added value to a tasty and soft dough where raisins and candied fruit are hidden inside. I usually don't like candied fruit too much but these are tender and not too sweet....very good. On the surface there are whole almonds. Excellent product absolutely worth trying. Easter 2021 with excellent artisanal dove. Soft, tasty with a tasty non-sweet dough that goes well with the icing and almonds. The packaging is also very beautiful for a gift idea, certainly very welcome. 26-12-2022 SPECTACULAR classic panettone again this year. The packaging has changed but the contents are still soft, fragrant and pleasant to the palate. Absolutely worth trying.
