22/05/2025: We recently tried this restaurant and it was a pleasant discovery. The environment is modern, well-kept and clean. The staff is very kind. The menu is extensive, good raw materials and nice combinations. The portions are generous. Right value for money. Strategic location, between Loreto and the Central Station. We will definitely be back. I would only recommend investing in some sound-absorbing material, because when the tables were almost all full, the noise started to get a little annoying.

20/05/2025: The service is good everyone is very nice and the restaurant is very pretty. However, the Milanesa was the worst milanesa I have ever had. It had no flavor at all. The orange risotto on the other hand was pretty good.

24/05/2025: Always kind and smiling, you can have a sweet or savory breakfast with a great choice. The pastries and biscuits are delicious. You can find fresh and good bread even on Sundays!

20/04/2025: We often buy desserts from this pastry shop, they are absolutely incredible and delicious! Cakes, pastries, single portions of incredible quality! Among the best desserts I've ever tasted! My favorite chocolate and raspberries😍

03/02/2025: We like to go there for breakfast because they have vegan cornetti here and we can even choose what to fill it with. You can also enjoy a very, very tasty cappuccino with soy milk and cinnamon here. Many thanks to the lovely team here, there are also a lot of other things, for example I bought stamps here for myself. Even when I'm on my racing bike, I like to go there to have a drink for a little refreshment. There's also a small outside pavilion. 🩵D💙A💚N💛K🧡E❤️

Cibo buonissimo, cura nei dettagli, grande disponibilità e gentilezza. Hanno accolto ogni mia richiesta, anche quelle dell’ultimo secondo, con il sorriso. Il tutto a prezzi giusti. Consigliatissimi!

12/05/2025: Abbiamo scelto Kilomangiaro Catering per la comunione della nostra Gioia e non potevamo fare scelta migliore! Tutto è stato semplicemente perfetto: dalla qualità eccellente del cibo, alla cura per ogni dettaglio, fino alla gentilezza e professionalità dello staff. Il buffet era ricco, vario e preparato con ingredienti freschissimi — ogni piatto è stato un successo tra gli ospiti, dai più piccoli ai più grandi. La presentazione era elegante e curata, perfettamente in linea con l’atmosfera della giornata. Un grazie speciale va anche all’organizzazione impeccabile: ci siamo sentiti seguiti e supportati in ogni fase, con grande disponibilità e attenzione alle nostre esigenze. Kilomangiaro Catering ha contribuito a rendere questa giornata ancora più speciale e indimenticabile. Consigliatissimo per chi cerca qualità, gusto e un servizio che fa davvero la differenza!

14/04/2025: Metà enoteca metà ristorante, non eccelle in nessuno dei due. La scelta di vini è buona, il servizio è la presentazione del vino è buona, il costo delle bottiglie abbastanza alto con rincari da ristorante pur essendo un’enoteca. Il servizio sul cibo lascia a desiderare, eravamo in 4 ad abbiamo espressamente chiesto un aperitivo di formaggi ed uno di salumi per QUATTRO. Arrivano al tavolo due taglieri con TRE PEZZI per ciascun tipo di formaggio e salume. Tutto molto “studiato” evidentemente. Probabilmente avremmo fatto margine con quei tre pezzettini di formaggio e salumi risparmiati. Sicuramente hanno perso 4 clienti poco entusiasti che alla fine sono andati di fronte a mangiare

The food was fresh, plentiful and really excellent, as were the cocktails, prepared with care and taste. The service was impeccable: professional but also warm and attentive. A special thanks to Laura, very kind, super helpful and very nice, who made everything even more pleasant. They reserved a room just for us, allowing us to celebrate in total tranquility and joy. Highly recommended!

16/05/2025: Very good food, shame about the chef/person in the dining room who was really aggressive and rude. We paid and left without finishing what we had on the table. It was a birthday with a lot of bitterness. Some people should stay closed and calm down before ruining the evening of those who can't afford a fish dinner every month.

03/05/2025: Die Osteria di Mezzo liegt in einer ruhigen Gasse im Zentrum von Salò – nicht direkt am Wasser, aber atmosphärisch und stilvoll eingerichtet. Das Lokal wirkt persönlich und überwiegend familiengeführt, das gesamte Team ist sehr freundlich, engagiert und aufmerksam. Die Küche ist qualitativ hervorragend. Alles, was wir gegessen haben, war handwerklich sehr gut gemacht und schön präsentiert. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die ausgeprägte Getränkekultur: Weine werden in sorgfältig ausgewählten, jeweils passenden Gläsern serviert – auch das Bier kommt stilvoll auf den Tisch. Sehr angenehm und ungewöhnlich konsequent. Ein kleiner Punkt, der die Professionalität des Hauses eher bestätigt als schmälert: Eine Tagliata war zunächst etwas zu durch, wurde aber umgehend, freundlich und selbstverständlich ersetzt – inklusive mehrfacher Entschuldigung. So geht man vorbildlich mit Feedback um. Am Ende des Abends gab es beim Bezahlen sogar noch eine kleine Aufmerksamkeit: ein hübsch verpacktes Tütchen mit feinem Gebäck. Eine schöne Geste – aufmerksam, herzlich und keineswegs selbstverständlich. Die Preise sind absolut angemessen für das, was geboten wird – sowohl kulinarisch als auch im Service. Wichtig: Eine Reservierung im Voraus ist unbedingt zu empfehlen – das Lokal ist sehr gefragt. Fazit: Ein rundum gelungener Abend. Wer Qualität, Atmosphäre und ehrliche Gastfreundschaft sucht, ist hier genau richtig.

24/02/2025: Locale con ampia scelta di ottime birre sia alla spina che in bottiglia, Paola prepara ottimi panini, focacce e invitanti taglieri. Consiglio vivamente per una serata informale anche con bambini perché la musica non è alta.

09/06/2025: There were four of us there and we had made a reservation in advance – but we still had to wait for a table to be assigned. After being seated, it took another 20 minutes before anyone even took our order, and that was only because we actively asked. The starter arrived reasonably promptly, but we had to wait another half hour for the main course. Again, no information or apology in between. When we finally asked for the dessert menu, most of the desserts were already sold out. Overall, it feels like a restaurant that relies almost exclusively on its good location, not on quality or service. I never thought I'd write a Google review, but after that evening, it was important to me to share our experience. We definitely won't be coming back.

07/06/2025: Ordered two pizzas to go. We were told we were not allowed to sit and wait for the pizzas to be done, so we had to stand for 30 minutes. Little weird when we are also paying customers. Pizza was alright, a little hard, but at least had plenty of topping.
