06/10/2025: I've been going to Barley for a while now, and I admit I went there for the variety of beer they offer... I later discovered it's a really interesting place. The guys are always very friendly and help you choose drinks to suit your tastes perfectly. The food isn't bad either, a place to spend a pleasant evening, alone or with friends!!! 🔝

22/09/2025: Excellent selection of craft beers, there's something for everyone! The staff is very friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed the pulled pork croquettes, a real treat! I'd love to come back to try the burgers.

07/12/2025: I have to report something that has happened several times. I ordered a cappuccino with decaffeinated coffee, but unfortunately I received it with NON-decaffeinated coffee (I double-checked the barista's actions, and the coffee doesn't taste the same). Not only that, but at the cash register they charged me for the cappuccino with decaffeinated coffee without even giving me a receipt. I expect clarification; this isn't the way things should be.

08/12/2025: The €40 all-inclusive fish menu is certainly worth it, with good, plentiful dishes. Unfortunately, the only drawback is that the place is overcrowded, making it very noisy, and the service inevitably becomes a bit shoddy. Behind us, a waiter passing by spilled mussel broth on the clothes of half a row of diners; my neighbor found a shrimp stuck in the collar of his coat.

08/12/2025: A good experience: each dish was balanced and rich in flavor, prepared with great care. The service was impeccable and the atmosphere very welcoming. An address definitely worth a visit.

14/09/2025: A small, clean and tidy café with a wide selection of smiles, first and foremost, but also excellent pastries and fresh breakfast cakes from the open-air lab! Delicious lunch at very reasonable prices. Go there, you won't regret it.

14/09/2025: Ordered a birthday cake for the umpteenth time, yet another success. This time it was a chocolate Sacher, which I'd personally tried on other occasions and hadn't been thrilled with. I had to re-invent my taste buds, just as when I ordered tarts or mini pastries, I've always been on the safe side...otherwise, a place where the owners always put their heart and soul into it, courtesy, kindness, and a smile. Delicious breakfasts with filled brioches, excellent pastries, and above all, you get to see the workshop where they continue to shape and bake what's served...A must-try.

17/11/2025: 2 crodini with white wine standing up with two chips and 6 cold canapés that you didn't ask for, moreover, 20 euros!!! The financial police should intervene!!! Not to mention the rudeness of the people serving!! I won't set foot in there again!!!

30/11/2025: We tried this place last night. As soon as we walked in, we didn't even have time to sit down when the waitress came over and asked, "Can I bring you water?" Then, after 1 minute, she brought us the menu. Just 5 minutes later, we hadn't finished choosing, and the waitress rudely turned away. In a hurry to get our order, I pointed out that perhaps we wanted to top up the order... Nothing else, rude and snarky, just to ruin it. I overlooked the evening, but if I were alone, I would have gotten up and gone somewhere else. The food was barely adequate, the wine and dessert were good, but my clothes still smell of food. A terrible experience.

02/12/2025: The atmosphere is a bit dated, but then again, it's a temporary place while we wait for the new location in Meda. The owners are friendly and welcoming, and the staff is friendly. The food is excellent and authentic, typical of Roman tradition.

30/11/2025: Excellent Sunday lunch à la carte with friends. We tried practically all the appetizers, all exceptional, with special mention for the truffled egg and the cod! Then for the first course, I recommend the tonarelli alla gricia! Finally... the exceptional maritozzo! And then... the owner's friendliness! Number 1 👏👏

06/12/2025: Milk tea is wonderful, with a wide selection from mochi to bubble tea. For milk tea and bubble tea, you can choose from many flavors: bubble and tapioca pudding, mousse, and much more. For milk and bubble tea, you can choose between 0, 30, 50, 70, and 100% added sugar, and the same goes for ice. It's suitable for every season because it makes both cold drinks and hot drinks and foods.

26/11/2025: Very refined restaurant, clean and fast service, I was welcomed by the owner, Mr. Silvano... very friendly and smiling, despite his venerable age... he enriched my lunch break with stories and facts both about the place and his life... the restaurant has been open 48 years... .. and so this little gem remains the darling of Chiavenna.... thanks, see you soon 🥰

25/11/2025: Great find! The location seems rustic, but you can immediately sense the attention to detail. The service is friendly, attentive, and, above all, cheerful (a rare commodity these days). The food... excellent! I highly recommend it!

23/09/2025: Product Quality = 9. The Sacher Torte Mignons are a must-try. Service = 8. Place = 7. A bit small; in winter, it's hard to find a free table. Restrooms = 6. They're clean, but you have to access them from outside, requiring a key. The toilet seat is torn from its anchors. I recommend investing a few euros.
