12/06/2026: A culinary delight, tucked away in the heart of Pietra Ligure. Impeccable service, incredible taste, and such fresh ingredients. Every plate I saw made me want to try it. I highly recommend it.

11/06/2026: I wanted to eat some good fish, and we ended up here. We were very satisfied. The fish was excellent, the staff were lovely, the atmosphere small and cozy. The mussels were superb.

20/06/2026: Nothing remains of the "Osteria." Now it's a truly excellent restaurant with reasonable prices, but that's only right given the quality of the food. The service could be improved; both the owner and the waiters were a bit cold. Worth a try, it's worth it, but the price is noticeable. Try the fabulous... lean capone.

06/07/2026: Very good service! We had a delicious Orange breakfast! I recommend it, delicious coffee, juice and everything for a very reasonable price. Second time and always satisfied.

04/07/2026: This is the few cafes that opens early for breakfast in La Spezia. It's quiet anf chilled. The young and very cheerful staff makes our morning! Not to mention breakfast was tasty too. As soneone who prefers filter coffee, this place has a variety of options. What a pleasant surprise 😁

14/02/2026: Excellent food. Clean. Good wines, nice atmosphere. Couples, for my taste. The only thing I can say is that the waitresses are too serious. A few more smiles would be nice.

06/07/2026: A must-try restaurant located right near the beach in the center of Levanto, with a covered terrace just a few steps below the road. Quality, quantity, and a warm welcome were all present. All this for a reasonable price in such a touristy resort and location. The grilled fish of the day and the stuffed mussels were delicious. Perhaps a slight disappointment with the wild boar chop (€20), which lacked flavor and was a bit dry. Its side dish, however, was very good. A lovely finale as well, with a pear-chocolate tart and a New York cheesecake (€7), desserts that are less common in Italy. A big thank you to the entire team at Due Lune. We'll be back as soon as we can!

11/06/2026: Aside from the fact that Puerto Venere is very beautiful even though it's not part of Cinque Terre, we ate at La Chiglia and were delighted with the food and the service. Highly recommended.

17/03/2026: A historic Sanremo restaurant in one of the city's most picturesque areas, the old port. A pleasant atmosphere with friendly and knowledgeable staff. A wide selection of fresh catches of the day complements excellent seafood dishes. A must-try for seafood lovers, and beyond. The dessert trolley is an irresistible temptation to round off a great meal.

08/03/2026: On Saturday, February 28th, the day of the Sanremo Music Festival finale, we decided to spend the evening there on the recommendation of a friend, booking well in advance! It was an excellent choice! Refined atmosphere, excellent service, and excellent food! The bill surprised us. Five HUGE pasta dishes, two of which were fish, four desserts, five glasses of wine, and three bottles of water, totaling €170. For the quality of the food, it was worth every penny! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT.

05/07/2026: I had dinner there last week with friends. Excellent food, generous portions. Excellent mussel crostini (mussels, for those who aren't from La Spezia 😅) as an appetizer. Fresh spaghetti with mussels, peppered mussels, water, and wine. Amaro on the house. €40 per person, well spent. We'll definitely be back.

04/06/2026: We traveled from Milan specifically to try this historic and renowned restaurant, drawn in by the many Instagram reels showing inviting dishes. Unfortunately, the experience didn't entirely meet our expectations, especially regarding the quantity/price ratio. What didn't work was the Recco focaccia. From the videos, it looked like a generous and rich portion; in reality, for €10, we were served three decidedly thin and "poor" pieces, one even burned! For the first courses, we ordered pasta with country-style pesto. The flavor was good and savory, but the presentation and richness of the ingredients left much to be desired; there was only one green bean and the potatoes were almost invisible. It's unfortunate to say that service to "non-regulars" is so lacking for such a famous establishment, but we had the distinct feeling that there's a disparity in treatment (both in portions and attention) between regulars/acquaintances and those, like us, who are out of town and are seen as "passing tourists." What worked The five fried anchovies were very good, fresh, and a fair portion for the price. Overall, the food is tasty, but for the prices charged, the presentation and the generous portions leave something to be desired. It's a shame, but given the trip and the small portions, we're unlikely to return.
