01/06/2025: Convivial but at the same time gourmet restaurant. Appreciable especially for the panoramic terrace. We stopped for a dinner of first and second courses and we can only give compliments. For first courses we can recommend tortellini in broth, green tagliatelle with white rabbit ragù and spaghetti with cicadas and black truffle. For second courses it is absolutely obligatory to try the pigeon and stuffed muscles. The artisanal focaccia that is finished with a cover charge and a large selection of quality wines are fantastic. The only criticism I feel like making is related to the coffee that I cannot explain why but it was not good. Very kind and helpful waiters and good value for money. Highly recommended!

08/05/2025: Small restaurant in a small and delightful village with a fantastic view of the plain and the coast below. Genuine food and family atmosphere. It is necessary to book to avoid an unnecessary transfer (except to enjoy the beautiful view). Honest prices

All at costs absolutely in line with the market. Why have breakfast in a bar with defrosted desserts cooked in unlikely ovens, when for the same price you can enjoy a fresh and well-made dessert? Happy to have discovered it 👍🏻

Adequate wine list. Absolutely average price, in fact, for the quality of the food offered I would have gladly paid something more. 01/06/2025: My partner and I celebrated his birthday here on April 8th. It was a perfect evening, the tasting menu (we had the full version but there is also a reduced version with a few less courses) is a succession of never banal flavors and unusual combinations, focused on the sea. Each dish is a contemporary work of art, also from an aesthetic point of view. In the dining room we were "pampered" by Beppe who made us feel at ease and explained all the dishes. Very well-stocked cellar. Compliments again to chef Perata, an authentic artist, who had the opportunity to briefly tell us the history of the restaurant, since we asked him, amazed, why it didn't have a Michelin star. He would fully deserve it. A spurcacciuna is a pampering that deserves it.

01/06/2025: What can I say? We ate and drank very well at a price I would say more than fair for two first courses, two second courses and two desserts + water and wine. The atmosphere is adorable and intimate, very attentive and careful service, perhaps the only flaw was the heat that was felt in the room. The host is amazing and we happily stopped to chat… and let it not be said that the Genoese do not offer amaro (very good by the way) 😉

31/05/2025: Mixed experience at Osteria Rustichello I recently dined at Osteria Rustichello, a welcoming restaurant located in the heart of Genoa, a few steps from Brignole station.  Strengths: • The crunchy octopus with caramelized Tropea onions was the real star of the evening: perfectly golden on the outside, tender and tasty on the inside, accompanied by sweet onions that beautifully balanced the dish. • The lemon and basil sorbet ended the meal in a fresh and original way, leaving a pleasant memory. • The staff was kind and helpful, helping to create a friendly atmosphere.  Aspects to improve: • The first courses disappointed expectations. The scialatielli with clams, in particular, were excessively greasy and lacked the distinctive flavor of clams. • The waiting times between courses were quite long, making the experience less fluid than hoped. In summary, Osteria Rustichello offers some quality dishes and friendly service, but there is room for improvement, especially in the preparation of first courses and in the management of service times.
