24/06/2025: Nice place with super easy access, I liked the service and the sweets were tasty (of course the marijuana ones don't give that mega effect, but they're ok) I recommend it!

30/05/2025: DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME , THEY DON'T SELL WEED ANYMORE ! And i found an old women working there she can barely speak English ,not helpful at all !

22/10/2025: We had made reservations for 8:30 PM in the afternoon. At 8:20 PM, we were greeted by a very kind young lady who asked if we had made reservations. I said yes. She checked the reservations and said she couldn't find one, but it wasn't a problem because there were free tables. Meanwhile, she invited us into the dining room, which, in fact, was more than half full. We ordered seafood salad, risotto with cream of scampi, pasta for the child, and we decided on the second course later. We had water and a quart of white wine to drink. After 10 minutes I call the girl who welcomed us and I see her "running" between the tables to bring the dishes. I ask her again for water which arrives immediately afterwards with a very full glass of white wine and I tell her look we had ordered a quartino... the answer is we don't have 1/4 carafes we'll bring it like this.... in the meantime I see them setting up a table next to ours... after about 25 minutes from the order the seafood salad arrives and the pasta that we had asked to be brought out first doesn't even appear... in the meantime another couple arrives at the table we had set up next to them, they sit down and take their order... in the meantime I understand that something in the room is going wrong, 3 people argue heatedly with the person managing the room who gets up and leaves... the thing makes me suspicious... after about 40/45 minutes the pasta for our son finally arrives, we think it's done on purpose to bring out the first courses together with ours "it would have been a beautiful story but nothing" I urge the girl, she is very mortified and apologizing, he tells me that he will go to the kitchen to hurry up the exit. In the meantime, at the table next to ours, I see a risotto with scampi cream arriving and I think "now it will arrive for us too" but it won't be like that" in the end the risotto arrived at 10.15pm, almost 2 hours after ordering, we were still hungry but given the delay and the poor management of the kitchen we decide to leave and go eat something elsewhere. Reading other reviews, I note that the problem is very frequent so probably there is no desire to improve.

06/09/2025: It will never happen again, the staff sleeps on their feet and eats, not even the dogs.

10/11/2025: Super friendly, kind, attentive, and helpful. The coffees were very good, and the croissants too.

01/11/2025: I was passing by and was intrigued by the sign "Sicilian sweets." I wanted to surprise my wife, who's from Catania, so I ordered five cannoli. So: The ricotta inside was good, but no chocolate or candied fruit; The cannoli was obviously from the day before, as it was soft when eaten; the staff showed a lack of sincerity, as the chopped pistachios were anything but pistachios. I understand that clothes don't make the man, but knowing the Sicilian way of thinking, I shouldn't have even entered this place; otherwise, as soon as I entered and looked at the clerks and the counter, I should have left immediately. And I'll add that since the only thing Sicilian about them is the sign, I should have behaved like Checco Zalone and taken down the sign. I'm sorry, but whoever gives this place five stars has never been to Sicily, and whoever opened it...

04/10/2025: Dry food too salty and to make matters worse we waited 2 hours for food

04/10/2025: Scandalous. We ordered at 8, it arrived at 10:00 PM, and that's it. The meat was dry or raw, and after waiting two hours, for me and many others, it was terrible service, to say the least. I'm sorry, but I wouldn't come back like many others, and the atmosphere was really warm.

01/12/2025: The bar service is terrible, no one pays attention to you, the bartenders look around and don't listen. The ice cream is horrible, practically colored ice. The bathroom is a disgrace. You'd better change your career!

22/11/2025: The coffee is not bad, the staff should smile more, I know, standing behind a counter is tiring.

18/10/2025: It seems like most people go to the annex instead of the main building. The annex elevator can only hold two people... It feels like an old building. However, the interior is clean and well-decorated! We had no problems resting except for the elevator. There were three of us, so we split the ride into two.

10/10/2025: The hotel bar is terrible. There are restrictions even on drinking soda. The air conditioning is centrally controlled, and you can't regulate it from your room.

10/09/2025: Typical Fraschetta in the center of Frascati, very charming, and the little square is full of people. You can only eat platters and starters. First courses are served at the restaurant next door, and I love the collaboration between colleagues. We ate okay, but some of the cured meats, like Mortadella, weren't top-notch. Overall, we had a good time, and the service was fast.

06/09/2025: The owners are always smiling and welcoming. They always have a solution to find you a table, whether there are two of you or ten of you. The small square is a lovely setting where you can enjoy the platter and other specialties. The other night, for example, in addition to the platter, we had an eggplant parmigiana. Very good. Definitely worth a try.

20/12/2025: I've known the place for over 20 years. But it's no longer the Caffè Farnese it once was. Since the Caffè Farnese disappeared, there's been a resounding indifference. Being treated this way is intolerable. So, it's better to go to the other side of Piazza Farnese. You won't find yourself in front of Michelangelo's palace, but you'll be welcomed with courtesy (and even with better, cheaper food).

09/12/2025: One of the most beautiful corners of Rome, it used to be a place to relax and enjoy Piazza Farnese. Now it's quite a popular spot. The cocktails are good, the food is above average, but the real downside is the lack of empathy and indifference from the staff. If you're lucky, they say "Ciao"... they don't know any manners, they sneeze like at home, they make fun of tourists for their way of speaking, and you can hear the sound of dishes constantly falling to the floor... it's a shame there's not even a modicum of respect. The level is truly appalling.

13/10/2025: Rude staff with the smallest ice cream scoop sizes known to mankind - ice cream also pretty ordinary.

10/10/2025: I only bought ice cream, and two gentlemen were chatting among themselves, which made the service a bit unpersonal. Perhaps that's why a café next to such a major tourist attraction was so empty.

28/10/2025: First of all, it's expensive and rude, the quality is terrible, the service worse, and the prices are worse than those in Piazza di Spagna. Furthermore, compared to the prices listed on the legal price list, the prices charged are 50%, even 100% higher, so you have to be careful. We therefore join the multitude of disgruntled customers who have been mistreated at this place.

18/10/2025: The guy at the bar treated me ridiculously badly. He didn't have any change to give me (a problem they had, not mine), and he offered me a shot instead. I immediately said no and went to get the beer. Then I came back and told him I'd take the shot, and he yelled at me and attacked me because I was "taking him for a fool." Disgusting.

12/10/2025: Surreal experience: we called to reserve a table for 15 at 11:00 PM on a Saturday night, and they confirmed we could eat. Ignoring the fact that half the dishes on the menu weren't available, we ordered drinks and, after being brought a few beers and five bottles of water, we were told they'd run out of water for the evening (12:00 AM on a Saturday night). We'd ordered a few portions of chicken nuggets, and what we received were inedible chicken strips (left there after just one taste), undercooked chicken, and rancid meat. The best part was the sandwiches, since as soon as the first three arrived (we'd ordered 15), we noticed that the bun was burnt, the bacon wasn't bacon, and, most importantly, that the burger had been cut horizontally and was COLD. Given the situation, we decided to pay and get up without having barely touched any food, and without the staff apologizing or saying a word about what had happened. I think it would have been enough to communicate that they didn't have the resources/staff necessary to provide dinner (and water). I've never had an experience like this before, so if you're thinking of stopping by for a bite to eat, it's definitely worth avoiding.

12/10/2025: On Saturday night, 15 of us sat down, ready for a quiet evening with friends... and instead, we found ourselves in a nightmare. We started ordering drinks: they didn't have still water, only sparkling water. That says it all. Okay, we adjusted and ordered 10 bottles of sparkling water. After a few minutes, the waitress returned to tell us that... they'd run out of that too. We ordered beers: we asked the same waitress for Weiss. After two minutes, the owner appeared to inform us that they'd never had Weiss. Perfect, by now we should have figured out where we'd ended up. Let's move on to the food: "Kitchen Nightmare" quality, and that's not just a figure of speech. All the fried foods on the menu were "unavailable" because—in their own words—"we removed the fryer, now we use the air fryer." Perhaps to save on electricity. We then ordered some fried chicken strips (so to speak). After an hour of waiting, they arrive: sour, inedible. The sandwiches are burnt, with bacon that probably went bad, and the meat seems to have been shared between multiple sandwiches. The quality of the food was simply disgraceful, and the kitchen management is appalling. At that point, we decide to get up and leave without touching practically anything. They also charge us 10 euros each without having eaten practically anything. And, as if that weren't enough, we see the uneaten sandwiches being set aside as if they intend to reuse them in the future. A place like this shouldn't even open its doors to the public. Zero organization, food worthy of criticism, and management that's embarrassing to say the least. I've never had an experience like this. But the final gem... they had a DJ playing outside... there wasn't any still water, but there was a DJ.

21/06/2025: First of all, the staff are crazy.. They talk too much and don't serve you because they're too chatty No one is making the coffee you ordered, and they're all just gathered together and chatting, so when you call them to order, they block your order with their hands and don't even look at you, they just pretend to wait, and they just keep talking in front of a regular customer (an old man) The other couple table that came in with me and the family table got tired of waiting and left We also stopped by the cafe to use the restroom, so we got a cup of coffee and left right away.

21/11/2025: The prices are outrageous and extremely high, especially for tourists. The food is okay, but nothing special. The receipt doesn't include any itemization of the products. We questioned the lady and paid €4 for an Americano (a type of coffee) and €1.50 for a biscuit. A disgrace!

21/11/2025: Two cakes and two Americanos for 14.5 euros... proceed at your own risk, I cannot recommend them.

08/07/2025: La comida es insípida y sosa para los precios que se cobran. La pasta está demasiado salada para disimularlo y los productos cárnicos son gomosos. Sin embargo, lo que me motivó a tomarme el esfuerzo de crear una cuenta para escribir esta reseña fue la forma tan grosera en que nos apresuraron y trataron al final de la comida. Nos pidieron que enumeráramos lo que habíamos pedido y nos molestó que no diésemos una respuesta inmediata. Aunque hay varios camareros, en realidad interactuamos con cuatro personas diferentes que tomaban nuestros pedidos de comida y bebida. No parece que tengan una estructura lógica sobre cómo atienden a los clientes o dividen responsabilidades y mesas. Se convierte en un caos la tarea de conseguir que los clientes entren y salgan lo más rápido posible y hay mucha incompetencia por todos lados.

08/07/2025: ¡Una verdadera experiencia si estás en Roma! Mimmo te trata como a una familia. La comida es excelente. El ambiente es increíble. La decoración es perfecta. Las mesas estaban alineadas afuera y la gente seguía entrando. Fue un final increíble para nuestras vacaciones.
