27/08/2024: Rejected. Few Sicilian desserts, not very inviting in appearance. I took a cannoli, quite good, but instead of chopped pistachios there was a sort of brownish breadcrumbs... it gives the idea that it's also not very clean. Cost: 3.50, not even that cheap... I was served by an Indian who didn't even know cassata and didn't give me a receipt. He put the cannoli in a used bag, on which there were many pen notes. I don't recommend it.
14/08/2024: We got a couple of arancini from the counter and got a horrible food poisoning.

17/07/2024: We celebrated our graduation at the Salotto Morgagni with the "celebrate with us" package (perfect aperitif/lunch, good and also plentiful)
Polite, kind and helpful staff;
Beautiful location (elegant but informal café, with very comfortable and nice sofas and tables), the ideal place for a quick lunch or to celebrate a post-graduation.
The new manager of the place was really kind in granting our requests. I will gladly return!

Came with Sicilian olives , Chips and freshly cut sandwiches !
07/08/2024: El encargado que nos cobró en caja fue extremadamente mal educado. Le comenté que no nos habian gustado los granizados de limón (No sabían a limon) y nos tiró el ticket de muy malas maneras tanto es así que tuvimos que buscarlo entre los paquetes de chicles y caramelos que tienen en el mostrador.
Los camareros, un par de ellos, muy desorganizados. Al final no sabíamos si nos tenían que servir en mesa o en barra.
La calidad de los helados, sin más.

15/02/2024: Sono stata accolta dalle simpatiche Joyce e Sweety che mi hanno anche consigliato cosa prendere. Location ottima per una piacevole sosta nel cuore di Roma. Ottimo per colazione, pranzo, brunch. Posto incantevole.
05/02/2024: As we sat down at an outside table we knew that would be paying a high premium for a cup of tea and a piece of cake. But then we were sitting at the bottom of the iconic Spanish Steps on a sunny winter afternoon in Rome.
The tea was very good as was the flourless chocolate cake, although the cake arrived a cuppa after the tea so no excellent rating. We enjoyed the ambience, position and people watching, especially the police stationed outside apprehending a young lad and blowing their whistles intermittently on the steps should anyone be caught sitting down!

12/07/2024: We came to watch the match, TV was old, screen was lagging, it was big but not very comfortable to watch. Drinks awful, too much alcohol, Bitter not tasty, service clumsy, waitress mistake the drinks and didnt speak english very,well bit she tried. Noone gave us the menu, i asked the bartender if the mojito is in the same prize aż spritz he told us that yes and later on we found out it was almost twice as expensive as spritz. Nonetheless it wasnt nice drinks at all. Chips were nice at least. At the top at the receipt one lady was arguing that she didnt get the room for almost a one hour she was shouting, receptionist couldnt manage the situation so they had to call police. Awful service and place

03/06/2024: It has been an institution for almost 70 years not only for Ostia but also for Rome, they came to enjoy homemade ice cream. It then lapsed until final closure in early March 2024

19/08/2024: Un posto orribile, non fatevi ingannare dal fatto che possa apparire accogliente: la proprietaria è scortese, i camerieri inesperti e i prodotti di scarsissima qualità.
Statene alla larga, a piazza Bologna ci sono molti altri posti dove fermarsi a prendere aperitivi.
Andate altrove e non buttate i soldi.
16/06/2024: Proprietaria maleducata e scorbutica. Non hanno accettato i buono del bed and breakfast sapendo che eravamo turisti e non saremmo mai tornati lì. Cornetti crudi e di bassa qualità

27/06/2024: Got a sandwich and a canoli and actually they were not good. The sandwich tasted weird and the canoli, was not as fresh as I would expect on a morning.
16/06/2024: We popped in as we were looking for a quick breakfast spot.
They have several options, we ordered croissants that were filled with nutella on the spot. Croissants without anything, were not worth much.

25/07/2024: I gave one star because you can't give less than this. Nine euros for two coffees and a small croissant. Then we complain about some cities about the prices. Not even a packaged gluten-free product that didn't even know what to answer to my request or rather the least possible answer and also the chipped glass of water.
18/07/2024: Lunch for two people with hot table service.
We ordered a second course, two portions of vegetables and a first course, with a small water and a piece of bread (small, old but charged extra €0.50) for €30. Definitely excessive price for the type of service and the low quality of the food; the problem is that the prices are not displayed and therefore you only find out after eating how much you spent!! The employees are a bit rude and the bathroom is clean but not well looked after. The environment is nice, nothing new though. The space for tables outside is very large. The place is fine as a bar but for lunch it can only be considered by the employees of the offices around there who have to go there out of necessity (who rightly only get a first course for €8, normal portion and medium-low quality).

19/05/2024: Ottimo Ristorante bello l'ambiente cibo buonissimo e Alessandro è stato gentilissimo nel prepararmi un primo che non era nel menù. Mia moglie è rimasta soddisfattissimo di quello che ha mangiato. Ottimo il dolce profitterol. Sicuramente ci torneremo.

24/05/2024: Ho comprato 3 pangoccioli di cui uno era da mangiare sul momento e gli altri due per la colazione del giorno dopo. Il primo con il ripieno “bacio perugina”, buono ma a lungo andare un po’ stucchevole. Gli altri 2 erano “ripieni” di crema al pistacchio e Nutella, uso le virgolette perché mentre il primo almeno aveva un sentore di pistacchio (che comunque è davvero davvero ottimo) il secondo aveva giusto una macchia della crema richiesta (allego foto). Sicuramente una sbadataggine da parte del proprietario che è stato molto simpatico e gentile, però ho pagato per 2 pangoccioli farciti di cui uno era poco guarnito ed uno praticamente vuoto (quello consumato sul posto invece era bello pieno). Impasto del pangocciolo senza infamia e senza lode.
28/04/2024: Nascosto in un vicolo angusto, ma non scoraggiatevi, è strepitoso! Pangocciole con pistacchio superlativo. COMPLIMENTI
