11/04/2025: Great Aperol Spritz with chips they add to the beverage. Very good sandwiches with focaccia, they warm them and they are really tasty.
Nice, calm musics and welcoming staff. Clean toilets and neat counters.
03/04/2025: Exquisite girls. It is the meeting point for the Romans of the area. I recommend stopping after visiting the Fountain

Go here if you want to be shouted at just trying to order food. Only went there because it was raining and was almost lunch time. These people hate tourists it seems (read the experiences of other 1 and 2 star reviewers here). This strikes me as an odd business plan given their location next to a major tourist attraction. Highly advise giving it a miss. Best bet is to only go to places rated 4.5 or higher on Google Reviews. Even with the odd positive review for this place, they are a long, long way from 4.5/5.0…..
Avoid at all costs. Walk down the road to Bar Rosso (unfairly given 3.9 and should be 4.5 IMO), for great friendly staff, food and Prosecco!

02/06/2025: It is clear that the main problem was not the fact that they could not prepare an iced latte or a caffè americano freddo – I fully understand that these are not typical drinks in Italy. What left me with a bitter feeling was the lack of professionalism and arrogance shown by both the cashier and the barista. Rude service can completely ruin the experience, even if the order was perfect.
Added to this was a tense and unpleasant work environment, with loud discussions between employees. Even if it was June 2nd, a holiday, it is unacceptable that internal tensions are shown in front of customers, creating an atmosphere that is anything but welcoming.
My decision not to return is more than justified: the quality of the service and the education of the staff are fundamental aspects of a positive experience, and unfortunately, in this case, they were completely lacking.

23/02/2025: Cafeteria, pastry shop and tobacconist. Happened by chance for a quick lunch and the girl at the counter was super friendly, nothing to give to the colleague who served me. Good food, it's still a diner, the idea of bringing toasted bread is nice. I liked the fact that we have a weekly menu, those who work in the area have the opportunity to vary it
Lunch instead of always finding the same things! Average prices, coffee could be improved

28/05/2025: Cappuccino at the counter and another day sitting at the table. Surcharge clearly indicated. Staff all very kind and professional, dressed appropriately. Before criticizing too much, consider that they have to deal all day with a delirium of people from all over the world, plus there is an infernal noise from the street. So, well done. Too bad I have to leave, otherwise I would have stopped for lunch.

19/06/2025: One star because you have to give one to give your opinion. I agree with many of the opinions on the prices but I would be more radical: when the prices don't correspond to what is written on the menu, it's a theft! Plus, they're not friendly at all, so don't go there.
12/06/2025: I do not recommend, after ordering water before using the bathroom we were watched and gossiped about. Very bad feeling.

22/04/2025: Non valuto la qualità dei prodotti (poco sotto la sufficienza, un bel 5.5 pieno) ma la maleducazione del personale. Dopo aver consumato gelati e due bottigliette d'acqua, prima di andare via andiamo a buttare la plastica nei bidoni posti difronte al locale .
4 bidoni, uno con scritto carta, uno organico uno chiuso e uno senza alcuna scritta. Butto le bottiglie in quest'ultimo nel cui interno vedo anche coppette di gelato usate e sporche e quindi penso sia indifferenziata.
Esce un dipendente con fare strafottente dicendo ad alta voce che stavo buttando plastica nella carta, come se fossi un incivile (potevo lasciare tutto sul tavolo ma ho ben pensato di buttare io stesso le cose che avevamo consumato..). Chiedo dove fosse il cestino della plastica e mi risponde che non c'era.
Consiglio ai gestori di valutare bene il personale perché se mancano buone maniere ed educazione non serve a nulla tutto il resto.

10/04/2025: Personale stupido e incompetente. Presuntuoso, incompetente, sgarbato, molto brutto dopo la ristrutturazione, non più accogliente, in pessimo stato. Non più consigliato.

16/06/2025: Unpleasant staff. If you have a non-alcoholic aperitif and you are the only person you cannot sit in their place to enjoy the drink. Absurd, among other things it was empty and there were no other people, needless to say all this clientele for which I occupied their seats perhaps intended for others, since I was alone and I understand it.
Really rude. So yes, TERRIBLE AND RUDE staff

18/06/2025: horrible service, waited for an hour to even get our order taken while it being very overpriced for very little portions. Got yelled at and then served with a very sarcastic attitude. Service includes the slamming of microwaves and eye rolling. Terrible place.
