12/09/2025: The pastry shop is also good, with medium-high quality products, but rudeness reigns supreme! I felt uncomfortable the whole time while they made fun of older people! If you're stressed out working with the public, change sectors! A break turned into complete discomfort! I'll never go there again...

28/10/2025: First of all, it's expensive and rude, the quality is terrible, the service worse, and the prices are worse than those in Piazza di Spagna. Furthermore, compared to the prices listed on the legal price list, the prices charged are 50%, even 100% higher, so you have to be careful. We therefore join the multitude of disgruntled customers who have been mistreated at this place.

16/03/2026: The opening hours say they close at 3 a.m. on Sundays. Well, it's 12:40 a.m. I drove 30 minutes to get here and saw everything closed with the lights on inside. It's a real joke. A waste of gas, that's all.

28/12/2025: I bought a panettone that was supposed to be covered in white chocolate, but it actually didn't exist, and a pandoro that was supposed to be similar to a Sacher cake. There was nothing inside, not even apricot jam. The total cost was modest, €65. They were already packaged, so I couldn't check what was inside. I gave them away, making a terrible impression.

24/12/2025: For me, the best pastry shop is here. The cakes, pastries, and Maritozzi are fantastic. The staff is always kind and attentive, and the prices are excellent for the quality. 👏👏👏

16/02/2026: Here they sell iodized sea salt for €6.90/kg. The very concept of iodized sea salt is laughable: it's like selling "premium wet water." But the price... that's truly special. And the funny thing? People are happy to buy it. If they can charge you like caviar for salt, I imagine what happens with the rest. For example: you're shocked by zucchini at €4/kg... but if they make fun of you like that about salt, imagine the rest of your shopping. In short, an enlightening experience: more than a shop, it's a sociological experiment.

12/10/2025: Surreal experience: we called to reserve a table for 15 at 11:00 PM on a Saturday night, and they confirmed we could eat. Ignoring the fact that half the dishes on the menu weren't available, we ordered drinks and, after being brought a few beers and five bottles of water, we were told they'd run out of water for the evening (12:00 AM on a Saturday night). We'd ordered a few portions of chicken nuggets, and what we received were inedible chicken strips (left there after just one taste), undercooked chicken, and rancid meat. The best part was the sandwiches, since as soon as the first three arrived (we'd ordered 15), we noticed that the bun was burnt, the bacon wasn't bacon, and, most importantly, that the burger had been cut horizontally and was COLD. Given the situation, we decided to pay and get up without having barely touched any food, and without the staff apologizing or saying a word about what had happened. I think it would have been enough to communicate that they didn't have the resources/staff necessary to provide dinner (and water). I've never had an experience like this before, so if you're thinking of stopping by for a bite to eat, it's definitely worth avoiding.

12/10/2025: On Saturday night, 15 of us sat down, ready for a quiet evening with friends... and instead, we found ourselves in a nightmare. We started ordering drinks: they didn't have still water, only sparkling water. That says it all. Okay, we adjusted and ordered 10 bottles of sparkling water. After a few minutes, the waitress returned to tell us that... they'd run out of that too. We ordered beers: we asked the same waitress for Weiss. After two minutes, the owner appeared to inform us that they'd never had Weiss. Perfect, by now we should have figured out where we'd ended up. Let's move on to the food: "Kitchen Nightmare" quality, and that's not just a figure of speech. All the fried foods on the menu were "unavailable" because—in their own words—"we removed the fryer, now we use the air fryer." Perhaps to save on electricity. We then ordered some fried chicken strips (so to speak). After an hour of waiting, they arrive: sour, inedible. The sandwiches are burnt, with bacon that probably went bad, and the meat seems to have been shared between multiple sandwiches. The quality of the food was simply disgraceful, and the kitchen management is appalling. At that point, we decide to get up and leave without touching practically anything. They also charge us 10 euros each without having eaten practically anything. And, as if that weren't enough, we see the uneaten sandwiches being set aside as if they intend to reuse them in the future. A place like this shouldn't even open its doors to the public. Zero organization, food worthy of criticism, and management that's embarrassing to say the least. I've never had an experience like this. But the final gem... they had a DJ playing outside... there wasn't any still water, but there was a DJ.

15/02/2026: Really recommend to stop on the way to the orange garden/Malta keyhole.. great cappuccino, very good pastries and very friendly and helpful staff.

26/01/2026: This bar is located across from the historic Palazzo Altieri and just a few dozen meters from Largo di Torre Argentina. The decor isn't brand new, but it's well-maintained and more than adequate. The coffee and breakfast pastries are excellent, as is the service. The lady is kind and cheerful! The only inconvenience, which can't be attributed to the management because the building is very old, is that to access the restroom, you have to go to the back room and from there into a sort of light well, where the bathroom is located. A recommended bar in the area! 👍

04/10/2025: Dry food too salty and to make matters worse we waited 2 hours for food

04/10/2025: Scandalous. We ordered at 8, it arrived at 10:00 PM, and that's it. The meat was dry or raw, and after waiting two hours, for me and many others, it was terrible service, to say the least. I'm sorry, but I wouldn't come back like many others, and the atmosphere was really warm.

21/06/2025: First of all, the staff are crazy.. They talk too much and don't serve you because they're too chatty No one is making the coffee you ordered, and they're all just gathered together and chatting, so when you call them to order, they block your order with their hands and don't even look at you, they just pretend to wait, and they just keep talking in front of a regular customer (an old man) The other couple table that came in with me and the family table got tired of waiting and left We also stopped by the cafe to use the restroom, so we got a cup of coffee and left right away.

14/01/2026: The experience of January 12, 2026, was a terrible and paradoxical one. First of all, the hotel is selling rooms located—not adjacent—but about 100 meters away. Mine was one of these rooms that had a faulty hot air supply. The staff member, John, having noted the fault and unable to fix it, asked to move me to another room, 602. This room also had the same problem. Meanwhile, he verified that the hot air supply in the corridor and in another room was normal. After about an hour and forty minutes of trying and waiting until 10:20 PM, I was forced to request an electric heater to heat the room since the outside temperature was freezing. I was provided with a space heater, which also didn't work!!! And two blankets to make up for the inconvenience. Although the incident was confirmed by the staff and the receptionist, whose receptionist the following morning suggested I request a refund, the management denied the refund because "the system was in perfect working order, as no technical anomalies or failures were found on the part of the facility." Unfortunately, for them, I have the video and photos!!! The receptionist refused to give me his name for privacy reasons!!! But his name is Simone and he was extremely rude. In short, a paradoxical experience that prevented me from dedicating the time I should have that evening to studying my home in a cold environment. The facility's total failure to provide a comfortable stay, and the management's inadequate communication with guests, along with a rude and appalling reception, were all completely inadequate. In short, a facility that is highly discouraged.

12/01/2026: The hotel left a very positive impression: a cozy atmosphere, cleanliness, good spa and a genuine feeling that guests are truly cared for. Special praise goes to Giulia, who is in charge of the breakfasts. Every morning she greets guests with a sincere smile, positivity, and kindness, instantly lifting everyone’s mood. Thanks to Giulia, breakfasts feel warm and welcoming, and she definitely makes the stay even more memorable. A truly good hotel that you would happily return to.

22/12/2025: I had a good breakfast this morning, but we asked the lady at the cashier if we could sit inside since it's cold outside, and she said no. Other people came in after us and were seated inside. I also politely asked where the restrooms were, and was laughed at.

18/12/2025: Lovely place...truly excellent food! Very kind and helpful staff! What can I say...highly recommended! It was a truly wonderful surprise!
