06/09/2025: Terrible experience. Avoid this place. The guy at the counter was very self-important and, I assume, the owner's son. 😀 If he were an employee, he might have spoken more politely. But at the nearby bar, they welcomed me kindly and politely. Thanks for the experience 🙏❤️😀
22/08/2025: The place is very neglected; it's clearly seen better days.
The service is a bit slow; the older lady at the cash register isn't very attentive, often plays with her phone, and is very rude if interrupted.

They talk too much and don't serve you because they're too chatty
No one is making the coffee you ordered, and they're all just gathered together and chatting, so when you call them to order, they block your order with their hands and don't even look at you, they just pretend to wait, and they just keep talking in front of a regular customer (an old man)
The other couple table that came in with me and the family table got tired of waiting and left
We also stopped by the cafe to use the restroom, so we got a cup of coffee and left right away.
11/04/2025: Great Aperol Spritz with chips they add to the beverage. Very good sandwiches with focaccia, they warm them and they are really tasty.
Nice, calm musics and welcoming staff. Clean toilets and neat counters.

04/10/2025: Scandalous. We ordered at 8, it arrived at 10:00 PM, and that's it. The meat was dry or raw, and after waiting two hours, for me and many others, it was terrible service, to say the least. I'm sorry, but I wouldn't come back
like many others, and the atmosphere was really warm.

12/09/2025: The pastry shop is also good, with medium-high quality products, but rudeness reigns supreme! I felt uncomfortable the whole time while they made fun of older people! If you're stressed out working with the public, change sectors! A break turned into complete discomfort! I'll never go there again...

18/10/2025: It seems like most people go to the annex instead of the main building. The annex elevator can only hold two people... It feels like an old building. However, the interior is clean and well-decorated! We had no problems resting except for the elevator. There were three of us, so we split the ride into two.
10/10/2025: The hotel bar is terrible. There are restrictions even on drinking soda.
The air conditioning is centrally controlled, and you can't regulate it from your room.

13/10/2025: Rude staff with the smallest ice cream scoop sizes known to mankind - ice cream also pretty ordinary.
10/10/2025: I only bought ice cream, and two gentlemen were chatting among themselves, which made the service a bit unpersonal.
Perhaps that's why a café next to such a major tourist attraction was so empty.

09/10/2025: The staff doesn't empathize with customers, especially the blonde girl with bangs. They do you a favor by serving you, with an angry expression and extreme rudeness... Those who serve customers should be polite and smile.
06/09/2025: Overall, the quality of the products is good. It's in a shopping mall, so the atmosphere is similar. The spaces are adequate, even if they're not exactly clean in the hustle and bustle, and the prices are fairly fair. The problem for us was the girl who served us: she was rude and unwelcoming. When I asked about the ice cream flavors, she responded rudely. Then I ordered a large frozen yogurt and, in addition to giving me a medium cup, she informed me, after I'd already put Nutella on the bottom, that there were only three additions, including the Nutella on the bottom, and that I couldn't put it on top if I wanted two more additions. It didn't ruin my day, but it wasn't a great experience.

19/08/2025: This is a quick-serve diner, serving small Flemish dishes, so there's always a refill and freshly cooked food.
Quality ingredients and generous portions, reasonable prices (displayed on the blackboard outside) are absolutely affordable. Sure, cheaper diners might offer lower prices, but here the food and comfortable atmosphere justify that extra euro.

10/09/2025: Typical Fraschetta in the center of Frascati, very charming, and the little square is full of people.
You can only eat platters and starters.
First courses are served at the restaurant next door, and I love the collaboration between colleagues. We ate okay, but some of the cured meats, like Mortadella, weren't top-notch. Overall, we had a good time, and the service was fast.
06/09/2025: The owners are always smiling and welcoming. They always have a solution to find you a table, whether there are two of you or ten of you.
The small square is a lovely setting where you can enjoy the platter and other specialties. The other night, for example, in addition to the platter, we had an eggplant parmigiana. Very good.
Definitely worth a try.

19/10/2025: Expensive, average quality, terrible service (very disorganized), they need more and younger staff, especially in administration, another management method, half an hour for them to bring us a cold pastry, the sandwich never arrived and the coffee was good but 5 euros for its size... You feel ripped off, not even the music was playing, you could hear a horrible and annoying static in the air, there were too many tables piled up in the place, unnecessary, which made circulation difficult, it was chaos
19/10/2025: Unfriendly treatment. Negative remarks about tourists, right to my wife's face, because she wanted a croissant and not the cream-filled Berliner. Absolutely outrageous. Please check the bill! Ours was €30 too expensive! This can't be an oversight. That was the most expensive and unpleasant breakfast in Rome. Warning.

22/04/2025: Non valuto la qualità dei prodotti (poco sotto la sufficienza, un bel 5.5 pieno) ma la maleducazione del personale. Dopo aver consumato gelati e due bottigliette d'acqua, prima di andare via andiamo a buttare la plastica nei bidoni posti difronte al locale .
4 bidoni, uno con scritto carta, uno organico uno chiuso e uno senza alcuna scritta. Butto le bottiglie in quest'ultimo nel cui interno vedo anche coppette di gelato usate e sporche e quindi penso sia indifferenziata.
Esce un dipendente con fare strafottente dicendo ad alta voce che stavo buttando plastica nella carta, come se fossi un incivile (potevo lasciare tutto sul tavolo ma ho ben pensato di buttare io stesso le cose che avevamo consumato..). Chiedo dove fosse il cestino della plastica e mi risponde che non c'era.
Consiglio ai gestori di valutare bene il personale perché se mancano buone maniere ed educazione non serve a nulla tutto il resto.
Da evitare
10/04/2025: Personale stupido e incompetente. Presuntuoso, incompetente, sgarbato, molto brutto dopo la ristrutturazione, non più accogliente, in pessimo stato. Non più consigliato.

I've been following Mordimi for a couple of months and last night I finally had the chance to meet the place in person, although small, it is very welcoming and cared for in detail, you are served by friendly and professional people who know how to make you feel good and at the same time serve you with truly quality products.
But above all I had the chance to meet Silvia the owner, a person who is nothing short of wonderful, she manages to create a familiar and pleasant atmosphere, where you immediately feel at ease.
