16/12/2024: Terrible and disappointing experience. After the school assembly, there were ten of us and we decided to stop in this bar to have something together, but the treatment we received was shameful. The staff made us move several times for no reason and, in the end, practically kicked us out, falsely accusing us of having left dirt the previous time, which was absolutely false. We were told that we were "occupying the whole bar", even though there were no other customers there, and it all seemed like a simple excuse to send us away. To make the situation worse, they directed sarcastic comments at us such as: "Aren't you going to school?", a disrespectful and inappropriate behavior. Perhaps this attitude is due to the fact that we are eighteen years old, but treating kids like this who consume regularly and respect the place is unacceptable. It's not clear to us why they showed us such arrogance, but we definitely won't be going back. An experience to forget and a place that I do not recommend to anyone.

15/04/2025: Good coffee, insensitive service. Upon my request for a table to eat at, they tell me "eh, but you pay the extra price at the table". As if I didn't know and they had done the math in my pocket! Rude

15/06/2025: Péssimo. Tentaram cobrar acima dos preços que estão expostos, bebidas de lata a 5€ com a desculpa que era serviço de mesa. Sandes a 3 e a 5€ e cobraram mais do dobro. Na conta tentaram cobrar 54€, tendo reclamado e ficado a conta pelos 37€!!! Quando deveria ter pago 27€. Este local deveria ser fiscalizado pelas práticas que tem, não recomendo a ninguém.

05/05/2025: We stopped in this place to eat an ice cream, after an entire afternoon visiting places we really needed something fresh. We bought two large cups with 2/3 flavours, and they cost €9.50 each Fairly high prices, excellent ice cream, very friendly and approachable staff

06/06/2025: Was staying very close and having just arrived decided to eat here - didn’t see the reviews till after visiting but can only speak as we found - I had meatballs while the wife had a tuna salad sandwich - both were lovely 👌🏻 and the staff were pleasant.

17/03/2025: Mi sobrina y yo vinimos esta tarde a almorzar y el hombre del frente se resistía a dejarnos entrar. Se burló cuando nos vio. Vi dos mesas que estaban disponibles y no tenían carteles reservados. ¿Por qué hizo esto? La respuesta era clara para nosotros. No somos blancos, de piel. Todos los demás en ese restaurante obviamente lo eran. Estoy disgustada.

25/06/2025: Wish I could give zero stars. Rude staff, the food tastes bland and horrible. Don’t even get me started with how overpriced it was either. Save yourself the money and walk 20 more feet to any other cafe in Rome. This is the worst cafe I’ve ever been to.

22/06/2025: Terrible service, as soon as you arrive they ask you to “order quickly” but no one serves you and then they confront you as if blaming you for their terrible service, too expensive for what it is, they beg for tips as if it were an obligation, they give you dirty cutlery and the bathroom is disgusting, absolutely horrible… 0 recommended

20/06/2025: I couldn't agree more with the reviews. In our case, we went to this place for breakfast because it was next to our hotel without looking at the reviews (a big mistake). They have the coffee menu prices on the walls, which we thought were reasonable (€1.50-€2). Two lattes with two chocolate-filled croissants came to €16.50. We asked the waitress, and she pulled out another menu from a table with different prices, claiming it was table service. The price of the coffee was triple the price posted on the walls. I understand that in Italy the service/cover price is included in a LUNCH/DINNER meal, but for breakfast, and with the prices not clearly stated on the website, it seems like an unfair practice.

24/05/2025: A format that has now become a classic. Inside the Village of Parco de Medici, it remains one of the best options for eating something while waiting for the film in the theater.

14/06/2025: Nuestras dos parejas tenían cada uno un sándwich de Focaccia Salami, eran 6 €. 50 cada uno y bastante grande. El lugar parecía tener muchas reglas. Tratamos de pedir en el mostrador y nos dijeron que nos sentáramos fuera en las mesas y hacer su pedido. Tardamos un tiempo en esperar solo para descubrir que teníamos que sentarnos en las otras mesas con sillas de plástico si solo estábamos recibiendo sándwiches. El servidor era muy agradable y ayudó a mover mesas para que pudiéramos sentarnos juntos. Por estos asientos nos cobraron 3€ cada uno. Las bebidas, el agua y una Coca-Cola eran de 4 €. 50 cada uno. Pedí hielo y tenemos unos 5 cubitos de hielo cada uno. Nuestro amigo tenía una Cesar Insalata por 15€ y dijo que era muy bueno. Añada el impuesto del IVA y nuestro almuerzo llegó a 60 €.

03/06/2025: Manager discriminates clients, was very rude and offensive against a neighbouring table of two people that were very gentle to pay the bill anyhow at the end . Never again. Please avoid this restaurant until the manger get retired.

30/05/2025: Chicken was dry, felt like school food. Paid 14 euros for bread, coke and ice tea (they said the bread was free).

11/10/2024: I had breakfast in this bar and we mostly had coffees and stuffed croissants. First of all it must be said that the products already at 8.30 in the morning are really minimal, there were 4 chocolate croissants, 4 with jam and 4 with sour cherry jam (which among other things when one of us asked what the sour cherries were precisely as he wasn't from the area, the bartender couldn't even tell us what they were and even turned annoyed towards us) so this lack of availability of products creates discomfort also because we were a group of 5/6 people and we had to settle for the flavors available without even being able to ask for anything else. The brioche dough was truly indescribable: it must have been something like 3 days old and they stuffed them with a bit of Nutella this morning, inedible. Very few times have I eaten such a bad brioche. The coffee is impossible to drink, in fact I haven't finished it: it's practically dirty water and who knows since when they haven't washed the coffee machine because it's so obvious that the coffee has an unrefined flavour. It is a bar that has an agreement for breakfast with a hotel located on the opposite side of the street and the agreement is really exclusively for coffee and a croissant, literally, because we only asked for a fruit juice instead of coffee and a croissant and they told us that we would have to pay for it separately because it was not included. I already knew that the bar had a somewhat negative name and I never had the opportunity to try it but now that I have tried it I will stay away from it for good.
