06/01/2026: so tasty food. The chef is good at using herbs. All plates we took were so delicious. also the lady in the service is no nice. It deserves more than 4.3 stars. we loved here.

15/11/2025: Great prices for lunch, spacious restaurant, and a sheltered outdoor veranda for seating. Friendly and patient staff: despite the large number of us, they welcomed us and handled us well, without any endless waits for food or for a coffee at the end, which was added to the bill. Centrally located, accessible only on foot due to the difficulty of parking in Rome's EUR district.

12/11/2025: It's a nice place to go and have a good coffee, the sandwiches are also excellent and you can feel that the products are fresh and well kept.

21/12/2025: I will never go to this place again, cold staff, I asked to go to the bathroom and the cashier arrogantly replied that the plumber is there and you can't go.

17/02/2026: I joined some people for an aperitif and went to a table on a weekday evening when the place was practically empty. No waiter ever came to take an additional order; as a result, it ended up being too late for a quick drink. I would have gladly had something to drink given the time, but I find it absurd to have to seek someone's attention in the dining room.

19/07/2025: I stopped by with a friend last night for a coffee after dinner (9.30pm), we went in and asked for 2 coffees but unfortunately the lady with the fuchsia hair was very arrogant and told us that the car had already been cleaned, it's not the first time, a bad impression inside the bar if I was the owner and I've been sending her packing for a while. I won't add anything else.

11/07/2025: NADA RECOMENDABLE. UN TIMO. Íbamos seis, 3 adultos y 3 adolescentes, todos teníamos que consumir sí o sí, si no consumÍas te decían que no podías estar allí, con lo cual a los que no les apetecía tomar nada en ese momento tuvieron que irse a la calle. De vergüenza. Y todo carísimos para lo que te ponen.

22/06/2025: Hermoso restaurante genial - gran aire acondicionado, donde disfrutamos de un almuerzo ligero, con refrescante té de menta “Noches árabes” y terminamos con Key Lime Pie que era excepcional. Personal muy atento. Muy recomendable. Especialmente el aire acondicionado que fue más útil, ya que Roma está en los años 40 casi!

12/08/2025: My wife and I entrusted Simone and Sara with the open bar service at our wedding. Nothing to say except... Fantastic! They're two young, but already very experienced and very professional guys. They pampered us and made everything right. The cocktails were delicious, and they were always kind and courteous.

04/03/2026: Entering Rocco's on Via Lanza is like stepping into a Scola film, welcomed by Juliet Binochet as the hostess, adding that touch of Parisian flair that never hurts. The slightly bohemian decor, with prints and paintings that in their own way have something to say, starting from the windows before the entrance, and then arriving at the blackboard where the unique specials of the day appear. These are perhaps a bit limited, but even in this, Rocco stands out. The dishes aren't particularly original, but they are firmly rooted in tradition, from the gricia to the broccoli and arzilla soup, to the meatballs and roast beef. The expert hands in the kitchen pamper the diner with bold flavors and an unmistakable taste, reviving memories of grandma's cooking. Without adding 13 sauces or sparing with condiments. The wine list reflects the man himself, as does the wall of paintings. It's not symmetrical, but it's just the right amount of refinement and originality. It's lopsided because it's handwritten, but it's comprehensive. The markups are a bit high, but the balance between quality and wine selection is just right. Talking and smiling, with a room full of people, a thousand different options, but above all, all very original, we arrive at the dessert trolley. He doesn't waste time chatting, either; his taste is decisive, and you can nibble on it on the way to the bathroom. Perhaps that's why that peek-a-boo view that ultimately draws you in and makes you want to order it even before you've finished your meal. The painful part isn't so painful after all. The service is never too invasive, and if the reviews suggest it's a bit harsh, perhaps you should ask yourself how you enter this place: whether with the arrogance of a modern diner or of someone just looking to enjoy an evening. The hostess doesn't mince her words, but she's rightly playing the role of a mother who scolds you if you leave the table without clearing the table first. And with her attire and that touch that makes you cross the Alps, she's perfect in her role. Recommended.

28/10/2025: A highly rated bar, with a wide selection of wines. Space is rare in our neighborhood. Friendly staff, endless tables for a chat. But the rotisserie was awful. I ate peas that tasted like they came from a can. The vegetables were cooked cold, purposely overdone, and unseasoned. In the kitchen, you have to do a little with flavor and goodness. Then, if you want to respect those who don't eat, add garlic, salt, onion, pepper, chili pepper. The kitchen is dying. To do everything. In the end, nothing is good.

25/01/2026: I rarely write reviews, but the other day my husband and I came to this bar and had a much better experience than expected. The atmosphere is welcoming, and what really made the difference was the service. The red-haired waitress greeted us with a smile and joked with us, making us feel at ease. The drinks were high-quality. We'll definitely be back, and we had a great time.

18/10/2025: The guy at the bar treated me ridiculously badly. He didn't have any change to give me (a problem they had, not mine), and he offered me a shot instead. I immediately said no and went to get the beer. Then I came back and told him I'd take the shot, and he yelled at me and attacked me because I was "taking him for a fool." Disgusting.
