28/02/2026: The small terrace is pleasant, and the food is decent. Being French, I can't call them pastries, but the cakes they serve are still acceptable. Prices vary for reasons unknown, but the staff remains friendly based on our experience there over a few days.

23/11/2025: Nice people and good serving. Ok Cappuccino, strong espresso. The pastries were old, not even close to fresh, hard to bite, I'm sure if they will be fresh when you go, it will be amazing. Good focaccia.

17/02/2026: I joined some people for an aperitif and went to a table on a weekday evening when the place was practically empty. No waiter ever came to take an additional order; as a result, it ended up being too late for a quick drink. I would have gladly had something to drink given the time, but I find it absurd to have to seek someone's attention in the dining room.

The coffee is high-quality, served with care, and the selection of pastries and snacks is always fresh and inviting. The staff is friendly, prompt, and professional, making customers feel at ease even during the busiest hours. The consistently clean spaces and relaxed atmosphere make stopping in even for a few minutes a pleasure. A reliable point of reference in the Morgagni area: simple, well-managed, and with a service that truly makes the difference.

23/02/2026: Good, an espresso for €1.20. Seen from Rome Tiburtina, near the bus station. They have good pastries, starting at €2.00. The location is very convenient, and the people in the shop are very kind and cheerful. Thank you!

28/10/2025: A highly rated bar, with a wide selection of wines. Space is rare in our neighborhood. Friendly staff, endless tables for a chat. But the rotisserie was awful. I ate peas that tasted like they came from a can. The vegetables were cooked cold, purposely overdone, and unseasoned. In the kitchen, you have to do a little with flavor and goodness. Then, if you want to respect those who don't eat, add garlic, salt, onion, pepper, chili pepper. The kitchen is dying. To do everything. In the end, nothing is good.

28/03/2026: A truly delightful little place in the Piazza Bologna area. Very elegant interiors, divided into two rooms and two terraces: in the upper room, the decor, as the name suggests, is in Victorian Parisian style, with velvet sofas and armchairs, bistro tables, and Belle Époque prints. There's a piano in the dining room, reminiscent of themed musical evenings. The first room is simpler, with just a cash register and a counter, but still characterized by understated elegance. One of the terraces is very charming and resembles a small greenhouse, with a white metal structure and fairy lights. The savory menu (I had an aperitif) is very good: I quickly looked at the sandwiches, which, in addition to having unique names, also offer very appreciable culinary choices. The wine list is also good, and I saw several bottles in the cellars adjacent to the dining room, suggesting a wide selection. None of us tried the cocktails, so I won't comment. We opted for the platter with a drink (€15, a very fair price), and the quality is immediately apparent. Excellent, refined products: truly superior quality in the selection of items presented (brown bread, pepper bread with vegetables, bresaola, prosciutto, salami (all the cured meats are top-quality), cheeses, fig compote, warm scamorza cheese with speck, toasted bread with raw olive oil, and more I'm probably forgetting!). We also chose to try the off-menu platter with wild boar cured meats: excellent! All without skimping on the price! Along with the wine, which is a positive note, as an entrée, we received samples of mini pizzas and butter croissants with cheese: much appreciated!! It's just a shame it's not very popular from what I saw, as on Friday there weren't many people, which also means the place closes early. I found it to be a real gem for the area, and I really hope that with the new season they change their hours and, as the owner mentioned, they organize themed musical evenings. My only regret is that I don't have any photos. I definitely want to return for a very slow breakfast...

24/03/2026: Tea €5??? Hot water €5??? Everything is fine, it's even a nice place, but it seems absurd to me that a tea costs €5. Then we went in to look at the prices; for a cheesecake it was written in the window €4.50, then we saw on the receipt €5. It's fine that the price goes up with table service, but at least inform the customer. We were also welcomed politely, but that doesn't matter when the receipt arrives and for a breakfast with cheesecake, a snowflake, a coffee, and a tea it says €15.50.

13/03/2026: Apparently réservations here don’t mean much. Ours was cancelled at the last minute by the restaurant - on site. Extremely disappointing and unprofessional.

13/03/2026: Extremely disappointed. We came to celebrate our friend’s bachelorette party and were turned away quite abruptly, even though we had a reservation. I can understand that a technical issues happen on their system, but what I cannot understand is the lack of empathy and willingness to find a solution :(

25/04/2026: Cute little place, simple, like its cuisine. The owners are young, and we like that, giving it a touch of freshness! The cuisine is moderate, perhaps not overly creative, but better, more comforting! I notice that everyone, absolutely everyone, orders dessert, which tells me they're very much appreciated. Yes, and I believe so!!! They're delicious. So remember to leave room for a slice of cake.

14/04/2026: Excellent lunch at Rocco's. The atmosphere is pleasant and friendly, making us want to stop by every day to see what's on the blackboard! Special mention goes to the desserts prepared by the hostess. We felt like family.

07/10/2025: Game night on TV; I'm not sure what it's like normally, but the noise level was acceptable. Excellent beers, but the menu is almost entirely sourced from a nearby supplier. Service was incredibly slow (probably due to the understaffed staff and the game), and most importantly, the burger (from an outside sandwich shop) was completely burned, and when we cut it, we found a hair. In short, go there only for the craft beers, which are always different.

19/04/2026: Never again!! Pizzas delivered late and cold. The delivery guy always leaves the bill empty. Maybe it's a ploy to get a tip; I paid more in tip than I paid for the pizza.

10/03/2026: We've been fooled by the pizza, pizzas are limited by rules dictated and changed on the spot, the place is extremely dirty, fans have accumulated an indescribable amount of dirt, electrical wires taped to the veranda ceiling light without any lights, and rude staff. I won't be returning, nor do I recommend it.

10/04/2026: In this bar/pastry shop I found maritozzi made just like they were in my childhood, with raisins and fresh cream added just before serving!
