My son and I sat for a break from the heat and to regroup after a long day… Mido was our sever and he went over and above making sure we were comfortable and taken care of. Delicious drinks, and charming service made our day extra special 😊 I cannot wait to return for a delicious espresso martini and hug from a new friend ❤️

We ordered a mixed bruschetta appetizer and three first courses; our only words were "Mmmmm," "Yummm," and "wowww." The lemon risotto was delicious. The eggplant parmigiana was wow. The carbonara was FANTASTIC. Very friendly staff, fast service. 100% recommended. I'll be back.

It was hot and so we sat down, scoring a table at this cafe right next to the center of the square. I was expecting bland food, terrible service, and a rushed vibe. Oh boy, was I wrong. The food quality was over the top. Yes the prices were more expensive, but thats expected at a touristy spot right in the heart of Piazza Navona - given how popular it is. But the food quality, presentation, and portions were all worth it. Added to that was the excellent service. Morshid was our server and did an excellent job. Always there when we needed him, yet never hovering. Thanks Domiziano for an awesome experience.

We had a wonderful meal at Caffe Domiziano during our trip to Rome in May. The service was superb with incredibly friendly staff. We ordered 2x pizza’s, 2x pasta dishes, focaccia for the table, water for the table, 2x Fanta, a cocktail and a beer. This came to around €110. The food was absolutely delicious & really fresh, the focaccia is a must! Usually I’m a little weary of restaurants in big tourist spots as the quality can often be a little subpar but it really isn’t the case here! The beautiful view of the fountains on Piazza Navona along with wonderful food- what more could you ask for!? As for pricing, I thought it was extremely reasonable for the location and quality of the food. Obviously there is a service charge for eating in but that is standard for the majority of restaurants in popular places in Rome. I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone wanting a lovely meal with great ambiance when in Rome!

The food is very delicious, the items are varied, the atmosphere is beautiful for family and friends, the service is excellent, and everyone is very classy, ​​especially Amin and Ariana, who are the epitome of good manners, ethics, and respect. I also thank the management for this high taste, high standard, and distinguished service.

I really enjoyed my meal at this charming cafe right in the center of Piazza Navona. The food was excellent—especially the creamy carbonara and the flavorful fish soup. The service was genuinely attentive and friendly, and the overall vibe was perfect for a relaxed yet lively Roman experience. Highly recommended!

The pizza pie, Diavola, was outstanding, crust is amazing if you like a softer style, not crispy. Mi esposa had the Tonnarelli Cacio Pepe and she loved it. Waitstaff is typical Italian style, dudes with tudes...but that is normal around here.
