16/11/2025: A traditional restaurant in the center of Viterbo, just steps from the medieval town center. Welcoming, family-run, and with a timeless charm. Local cuisine, quality food, and a peaceful, relaxing atmosphere. Everyone was so friendly, we complimented them and will definitely be back!

22/10/2025: We had made reservations for 8:30 PM in the afternoon. At 8:20 PM, we were greeted by a very kind young lady who asked if we had made reservations. I said yes. She checked the reservations and said she couldn't find one, but it wasn't a problem because there were free tables. Meanwhile, she invited us into the dining room, which, in fact, was more than half full. We ordered seafood salad, risotto with cream of scampi, pasta for the child, and we decided on the second course later. We had water and a quart of white wine to drink. After 10 minutes I call the girl who welcomed us and I see her "running" between the tables to bring the dishes. I ask her again for water which arrives immediately afterwards with a very full glass of white wine and I tell her look we had ordered a quartino... the answer is we don't have 1/4 carafes we'll bring it like this.... in the meantime I see them setting up a table next to ours... after about 25 minutes from the order the seafood salad arrives and the pasta that we had asked to be brought out first doesn't even appear... in the meantime another couple arrives at the table we had set up next to them, they sit down and take their order... in the meantime I understand that something in the room is going wrong, 3 people argue heatedly with the person managing the room who gets up and leaves... the thing makes me suspicious... after about 40/45 minutes the pasta for our son finally arrives, we think it's done on purpose to bring out the first courses together with ours "it would have been a beautiful story but nothing" I urge the girl, she is very mortified and apologizing, he tells me that he will go to the kitchen to hurry up the exit. In the meantime, at the table next to ours, I see a risotto with scampi cream arriving and I think "now it will arrive for us too" but it won't be like that" in the end the risotto arrived at 10.15pm, almost 2 hours after ordering, we were still hungry but given the delay and the poor management of the kitchen we decide to leave and go eat something elsewhere. Reading other reviews, I note that the problem is very frequent so probably there is no desire to improve.

06/09/2025: It will never happen again, the staff sleeps on their feet and eats, not even the dogs.

04/10/2025: Scandalous. We ordered at 8, it arrived at 10:00 PM, and that's it. The meat was dry or raw, and after waiting two hours, for me and many others, it was terrible service, to say the least. I'm sorry, but I wouldn't come back like many others, and the atmosphere was really warm.

24/06/2025: Nice place with super easy access, I liked the service and the sweets were tasty (of course the marijuana ones don't give that mega effect, but they're ok) I recommend it!

05/10/2025: Not only an amazing coffee and croissant, the staff are beyond friendly and helpful. We could not get a taxi on the aps and phone. The staff tried for us for 15 minutes and got us a cab. They did not have to do it, but they go that extra mile! Highly recommend it if you want great coffee and great service!

28/09/2025: We were served very well, but the pastries were spoiled. We bought a ricotta canolino and two chocolate ones, and both looked like they were made five days ago.

11/11/2025: I love the place, but the fact that you smoke inside in such a small place makes it really bad for me.

18/10/2025: The guy at the bar treated me ridiculously badly. He didn't have any change to give me (a problem they had, not mine), and he offered me a shot instead. I immediately said no and went to get the beer. Then I came back and told him I'd take the shot, and he yelled at me and attacked me because I was "taking him for a fool." Disgusting.

29/10/2025: In the past few years, my husband and I have often gone to this café/pastry shop for breakfast and have always enjoyed it. One recent Sunday morning, while we were in the area, I was craving hot chocolate with cream, so we went there. It was a TOTAL DISAPPOINTMENT... First of all, there's no price displayed on the pastry counter, so after choosing two jam-filled Occhi di Bufala biscuits, we realized we'd paid 2.50 each. If only they'd been good! They were hard and dry, like toast. I had to throw them away, despite my hunger. Not to mention the hot chocolate, it tasted like they'd heated the water and hastily melted a teaspoon of cocoa... it had no flavor, and wasn't nearly as thick and creamy as a hot chocolate should be. I make it at home with a ciobar, and it turns out great; it just takes a little effort. After leaving that awful breakfast I paid for so much on the table and ruining my day, I have no choice but to leave this message to the owners: Raising prices while simultaneously (drastically) lowering quality only drives away customers. Is it worth it? In fact, I will never set foot in there again.

13/10/2025: A favorite pastry shop in Anzio. Whenever I'm in Anzio, it's my go-to for breakfast. Last night, my family and I also tried their delicious, freshly made filled bombe. Wonderful! Friendly and helpful staff. Excellent location in the center of Anzio, right in the square. Highly recommended.

27/10/2025: The wine was fine, but the service was shockingly bad. The staff were mentally absent, impossible to get hold of, and kept forgetting me completely. I literally almost walked out without paying because no one came back — not out of rudeness, but pure neglect. One of the worst service experiences I’ve had in Rome.

12/09/2025: The pastry shop is also good, with medium-high quality products, but rudeness reigns supreme! I felt uncomfortable the whole time while they made fun of older people! If you're stressed out working with the public, change sectors! A break turned into complete discomfort! I'll never go there again...

26/08/2025: Very good point and I was just purchased ICE CREAM. Well and Good The service MEN are not understanding what is my request for the purchase of ICE CREAM products.

01/12/2025: The bar service is terrible, no one pays attention to you, the bartenders look around and don't listen. The ice cream is horrible, practically colored ice. The bathroom is a disgrace. You'd better change your career!

22/11/2025: The coffee is not bad, the staff should smile more, I know, standing behind a counter is tiring.

18/10/2025: It seems like most people go to the annex instead of the main building. The annex elevator can only hold two people... It feels like an old building. However, the interior is clean and well-decorated! We had no problems resting except for the elevator. There were three of us, so we split the ride into two.

10/10/2025: The hotel bar is terrible. There are restrictions even on drinking soda. The air conditioning is centrally controlled, and you can't regulate it from your room.

18/06/2025: Very nice place, located in the lively pub street of Latina. Excellent cocktails, well-crafted in both flavors and presentation, with original combinations. The staff is always kind and helpful. The possibility of sitting outside is also very pleasant, especially on warmer evenings. The only flaw is that on peak days and times it can be difficult to find a seat. In any case, highly recommended for an evening with friends or a quality drink!

02/11/2025: The food has no price labelling and the restaurant overcharge for tourist. 3.5€ for Pitaschio croissant and 5€ for Mazitozzo. Wouldn’t recommend it taste okay. Better buy from neigbour cafe with cheaper price and better service, atmosphere and quality

14/10/2025: We had booked a photography session, and our photographer pulled us into this tiny cafe for breakfast. We were pretty apprehensive when we saw the ratings but didn’t want to be rude so we went in. It was full of locals grabbing breakfast on their way to work, which was a relief! I don’t know why they have such low ratings! Espresso was excellent! One of the best I have ever had. The pistachio croissant was delicious, but the raisin pastry was to die for. I would love to go back just for that! The place is pretty cheap too!

08/07/2025: La comida es insípida y sosa para los precios que se cobran. La pasta está demasiado salada para disimularlo y los productos cárnicos son gomosos. Sin embargo, lo que me motivó a tomarme el esfuerzo de crear una cuenta para escribir esta reseña fue la forma tan grosera en que nos apresuraron y trataron al final de la comida. Nos pidieron que enumeráramos lo que habíamos pedido y nos molestó que no diésemos una respuesta inmediata. Aunque hay varios camareros, en realidad interactuamos con cuatro personas diferentes que tomaban nuestros pedidos de comida y bebida. No parece que tengan una estructura lógica sobre cómo atienden a los clientes o dividen responsabilidades y mesas. Se convierte en un caos la tarea de conseguir que los clientes entren y salgan lo más rápido posible y hay mucha incompetencia por todos lados.

08/07/2025: ¡Una verdadera experiencia si estás en Roma! Mimmo te trata como a una familia. La comida es excelente. El ambiente es increíble. La decoración es perfecta. Las mesas estaban alineadas afuera y la gente seguía entrando. Fue un final increíble para nuestras vacaciones.

13/10/2025: Rude staff with the smallest ice cream scoop sizes known to mankind - ice cream also pretty ordinary.

10/10/2025: I only bought ice cream, and two gentlemen were chatting among themselves, which made the service a bit unpersonal. Perhaps that's why a café next to such a major tourist attraction was so empty.
