19/10/2025: Expensive, average quality, terrible service (very disorganized), they need more and younger staff, especially in administration, another management method, half an hour for them to bring us a cold pastry, the sandwich never arrived and the coffee was good but 5 euros for its size... You feel ripped off, not even the music was playing, you could hear a horrible and annoying static in the air, there were too many tables piled up in the place, unnecessary, which made circulation difficult, it was chaos

19/10/2025: Unfriendly treatment. Negative remarks about tourists, right to my wife's face, because she wanted a croissant and not the cream-filled Berliner. Absolutely outrageous. Please check the bill! Ours was €30 too expensive! This can't be an oversight. That was the most expensive and unpleasant breakfast in Rome. Warning.

22/04/2025: Non valuto la qualità dei prodotti (poco sotto la sufficienza, un bel 5.5 pieno) ma la maleducazione del personale. Dopo aver consumato gelati e due bottigliette d'acqua, prima di andare via andiamo a buttare la plastica nei bidoni posti difronte al locale . 4 bidoni, uno con scritto carta, uno organico uno chiuso e uno senza alcuna scritta. Butto le bottiglie in quest'ultimo nel cui interno vedo anche coppette di gelato usate e sporche e quindi penso sia indifferenziata. Esce un dipendente con fare strafottente dicendo ad alta voce che stavo buttando plastica nella carta, come se fossi un incivile (potevo lasciare tutto sul tavolo ma ho ben pensato di buttare io stesso le cose che avevamo consumato..). Chiedo dove fosse il cestino della plastica e mi risponde che non c'era. Consiglio ai gestori di valutare bene il personale perché se mancano buone maniere ed educazione non serve a nulla tutto il resto. Da evitare

10/04/2025: Personale stupido e incompetente. Presuntuoso, incompetente, sgarbato, molto brutto dopo la ristrutturazione, non più accogliente, in pessimo stato. Non più consigliato.

18/06/2025: Very nice place, located in the lively pub street of Latina. Excellent cocktails, well-crafted in both flavors and presentation, with original combinations. The staff is always kind and helpful. The possibility of sitting outside is also very pleasant, especially on warmer evenings. The only flaw is that on peak days and times it can be difficult to find a seat. In any case, highly recommended for an evening with friends or a quality drink!

25/04/2025: Together with my group of eight people we arrived on a Thursday evening at 11pm. For simple cocktails we were served at 12.21am, after numerous warnings to the staff on our part. Not only that. The girl who brought us the drinks also made a mistake, bringing only 4 drinks, instead of 8, concluding with "have a good evening", not even realizing that there were 4 other people totally unserved. Disastrous and not recommended experience

02/10/2025: It's no longer called 089 Cafè but Caffeina, I read it on the receipt...at least they served me that, but the friendliness and friendliness were absolutely zero! I came in for a coffee because I'd been told, a long time ago, that the coffee was excellent; evidently everything has changed because a few days ago (late September 2025) the coffee was absolutely mediocre. There were four people working (three at the counter and one at the register) and I was the only customer—I mention this to make it clear they were doing nothing—but they didn't even think to offer a glass of water with my coffee...Not to mention, as I mentioned, the total lack of friendliness...four pinched faces and not even the hint of a smile!! Gentlemen, this is not how you treat the public, especially in a bar... For €1.20, for a coffee that isn't excellent, a smile would be mandatory!! The only positive note, but it's far too little: the cup had been reheated.

I've been following Mordimi for a couple of months and last night I finally had the chance to meet the place in person, although small, it is very welcoming and cared for in detail, you are served by friendly and professional people who know how to make you feel good and at the same time serve you with truly quality products. But above all I had the chance to meet Silvia the owner, a person who is nothing short of wonderful, she manages to create a familiar and pleasant atmosphere, where you immediately feel at ease. 21/08/2025: The review is from a while back. Perhaps one of the best carbonaras I've ever seen. The appetizers were very good, and the list of #1 fried artichokes in milk was exceptional. See you soon.

29/07/2025: Historic pizzeria on the main street in Frosinone. Delicious, thin, and crunchy pizza. Seating isn't much since it's a small place. Perfect service, very friendly and fast staff. Really good pizza and fried food, with the option to order ahead of time. Great 👍

And then there's a menu that, to say the least, is an understatement. The owners and service are impeccable, both in their friendliness and their expertise in displaying the products.

25/09/2025: I'm sorry, but by 2025, dogs will be allowed on airplanes, in any restaurant, and even in supermarkets (10 meters further on, you can enter the supermarket with your pet on a leash, and no one, as far as I know, has died from this crazy idea yet). It's truly absurd that they won't be allowed in a place where, among other things, they wouldn't even have the logistical means to actually get close to the food being served. Let's not disguise this policy as customer care. Let's call it antipathy toward pet owners and toward the animals themselves, that way we'll get there quicker. I prefer to pay those who make hospitality the priority of their business. Let them be free to choose their customers, let the customers be free to choose someone else to spend their money on.

10/10/2025: A bar of average quality, like so many in every city. The quality doesn't magically improve just because it's located on the corner of Piazza Venezia and Via del Corso. Are table prices too high due to the incredible service charge? The only solution is to eat at the bar!

08/10/2025: The worst customer service, the lady there was shouting at us because we bought only one drink and only the drinker is allowed to use the toilet. In what world this makes sense. I will not recommend this place at all. Instead go down the road to the irish pub for nice music and drink
