06/11/2024: Having taken the "DELUXE SUITE WITH HYDROMASSAGE TUB" room € spent: €556 = finding ourselves with a non-functioning bathtub and with someone's hair in the surrounding areas. The receptionist told us that it was like this or we could go elsewhere and she would give us a refund complete, too bad he was aware of the fact that as it was a public holiday there wasn't much availability in the surrounding area. She only became friendly when we made it known we were staying. I suggest studying a little marketing, as it is important to retain customers.

04/04/2025: Booked on the Borgo di Ariccia report structure, Due to traffic problems and road accidents I arrived at 8pm after check-in was closed, at this point I was diverted to their other structure "MONTE DUE TORRI", checked in at the restaurant, paid for the room in advance. Unfortunately I found myself in a dump, I think they were stables arranged into rooms. Filth everywhere, dangerous electrical system, dirty bathroom and no seat, moldy shower silicone, rusty mirror, disgusting floor and so on and so forth. From the disgust and because it was too late to find other accommodation in the area I had to sleep dressed for fear of catching something. An absurd disgust, I don't know how you manage to work and what courage you have to sell rooms like this. ROOM 14 In my room there was also a cradle I don't dare to imagine who brings children here ... I will be sure to send photos taken to the competent body You can't take advantage of this Shame. 27/03/2025: I booked a dinner at this farmhouse thanks to an advertisement on Facebook for the evening with entertainment for children. When we arrived at the place the first surprise was that they said that the reservation had been cancelled, their mistake, but they still accommodated us. We immediately order chicken and potato cutlet for the little girl which was delicious (I tried it too) really excellent quality, but it's a shame that the wait was very long! Even when ordering an appetizer for 2, I was expecting a little more substantial, the wait was long, but even there the quality of the products was felt. The big flaw was that the second courses and side dishes arrived first rather than the first course of Fettuccine with truffle cream and we temporarily sent the second courses back so we could have the first course first. When we got to dessert we ordered 2 cheesecakes, one with Nutella and one with berries, but they both arrived with Nutella, another small flaw to add, I ate that one because by now it was getting very late and sending it back to wait any longer didn't seem appropriate. In conclusion, I have nothing to object to the quality and portions of the first courses, meats and side dishes, generous portions and of the highest quality, for what you eat the prices are more than fair. The staff are very kind, it's just a shame that they got lost in these little things about the service. The place is also warm and welcoming. I would like to come back a second time and maybe see if I can remove some negative notes through their improvements and add positive ones, maybe be able to give the fifth star.

05/03/2025: Unfortunately very negative experience. I had booked a table for eleven people the night before, specifying that we would have dinner. Upon arrival three people had joined but we were told it wouldn't be a problem. After an hour and a half the food still hadn't arrived. The first three crunchy chickens were served, and the other burgers had to wait another half hour but they still didn't arrive, because tired of waiting we got up early to leave. So not only did 3/4 of the table not eat, but they were watching three people eating. Unfortunately, another sore point regarding quality. The crunchy chicken was literally a supermarket cutlet. You could have it with chips or grilled vegetables. Asking what the vegetables were we were told "eggplant and courgette". When the dish arrived, there were only five slices of aubergine (courgette not received) in number, not quite comparable to a portion of chips. For the beauty of 11 euros. The small beer was 0.30, the medium should have been 0.40 but comparing the glasses the medium was a little more than the small. When we got up to leave (after an hour and a half of waiting) the burgers were all ready near the counter waiting for the girl to finish making the others and let them cool. The girl at the cash register explained to us that she found herself in difficulty as she had little staff, and as far as I understood the waitress who took the orders and brought the dishes was not in charge of the job (so said by the owner). It didn't seem to me that the place was packed, there were two ladies at a table besides us and some girls outside, but in any case the place knew that there would be a lot of us, and in any case an hour and a half for three chicken cutlets and some normal hamburger sandwiches seems absurd to me. In the end we paid for what we had consumed (two medium beers and two cutlets, 40 euros). I don't want to be venal, but at least for the inconvenience of not having fed a table of eleven people (who found themselves wandering around looking for something else at midnight) I would have at least offered a cover charge, which we paid instead.

03/02/2025: È la seconda volta che mi trovo a recensire questo locale , dopo esserci stato per altre volte mi scendono trovato male ho deciso di riprovarci. Questa volta la disorganizzazione e i biblici tempi di attesta riscontrati nell’altra visita sono spariti, lasciando spazio a cibo di scarsa qualità che alla quasi totalità della tavolata ha causato un bel mal di stomaco e una notte in piedi! Bocciato definitivamente

23/12/2024: Oltre ad essere sempre un ottimo pub da visitare la sera, ci ha stupiti anche a pranzo con pietanze di pesce squisite:antipasti, primi, fritture:tutto veramente buonissimo e cucinato in maniera impeccabile...inoltre la gentilezza del personale e del proprietario Gigi non manca mai...da non sottovalutare poi, l'accessibilità dei prezzi. 17/03/2025: Truly an evening to forget... Spent €960 to eat nothing... booked on Tuesday for 49 people... so 4 days before... But organization equal to 0... Low quality appetizer, frozen fried foods, and uncommentable pizzas, which he brought every quarter of an hour divided for 49 people What are we talking about???? A sad thing... We arrived at 8 and finished eating nothing at 10.30 when we had to leave out of exasperation.. Ignorant owner because after having told him several times that we had been waiting for a long time... his response was... oh well. I answer: just saying that out of 49 people... half didn't eat... What are we talking about??? And I can assure you that if you come to eat at our place... If you come in at 8, you will leave at 9.30 with an excellent quality starter, first course, second course, side dish and dessert... But above all with organization for 49 people... If you are not capable of managing these situations there is no point in making a reservation. Unfortunately, a trader or whatever, must be aware of his own qualities... And unfortunately you are not aware...
