14/08/2025: I recently stopped at Caffè Italia in Formia, craving something more intriguing than a simple espresso. I must say I was immediately struck by the ambiance: an airy, well-maintained space with a lovely outdoor area, perfect for relaxing with friends, morning or evening. I ordered a cocktail and was pleasantly surprised by the selection: the menu offers a decidedly wide selection of cocktails and aperitifs, including various spritzes, classic long drinks, gin and tonics, mojitos, caipirinhas, margaritas, and much more. Prices are average for the area—roughly between €1 and €10. The cocktail I chose was well-balanced, carefully prepared, and served in a suitable glass, with an immediately striking presentation. Overall, the service was courteous and professional—at least for me. Regarding the price, my drink seemed in line with the quality offered: it's not cheap, but overall it reflected what you'd expect from a cocktail made with select ingredients in a pleasant setting. In short, for me, Caffè Italia remains an excellent choice for an aperitivo or evening drink: the atmosphere is inviting, the selection of drinks is extensive and well-curated, and the staff overall contributed to a pleasant experience. My only advice is to avoid the busiest hours if you want to enjoy your cocktail at a leisurely pace.

29/07/2025: Posto bellissimo gestito da Franca, gentilissima e attenta a tutto. Abbiamo pernottato per una notte in una bella camera confortevole e Franca ci ha invitato nella sua cucina anche se non era giorno di apertura: esperienza da agriturismo Sardo top! Il tutto in un quadro affascinante di campagna brulla e autentica. Consigliato veramente!

29/06/2025: Ambiente tipico sardo in un vero agriturismo, con allevamento di animali (capre soprattutto) e coltivazione di prodotti agricoli in un ambiente naturale splendido. Splendido l'angolo dove si arrostisce e il locale dove le forme di formaggio vengono stagionate. Siamo stati a cena eabhiamo mangiato molto bene, tutti piatti tipici molto ben cucinato. Da menzionare gli antipasti con la testa in cassetta di capra e una mousse di ricotta di capra sopra tutti e il porchetto e il capretto arrostiti al momento. Costo intorno ai 50 euro per una cena indimenticabile.

17/07/2025: Mi ci ha portato un’amica che spesso ci va e devo dire che mi è piaciuto molto! Molto buono tutto quello che abbiamo preso da mangiare, vino di qualità e localino all’aperto dove si sta proprio bene e riparati dalla via. Ci tornerò sicuramente.

Too bad that maybe they got carried away by packing the place (small and uncomfortable) to the point of being unbelievable... In addition, they do not take reservations into account, so those who arrive sit down and proceed without any criteria of civility and elegance. The place cannot currently be judged as it is not accessible without returning to the arrogance of the Middle Ages or the Wild West. Too bad!!! I confirm the review from a couple of years ago... a place where you are never sure of having booked and being able to sit down for organizational reasons does not exist in 2025... 11/10/2025: I bought tiramisu and gelato. It's located near St. Peter's Basilica in the Vatican, so it was perfect for a hot day! However, because it was so hot, it melted extremely quickly, so I had to eat it quickly...! It tasted great!

30/09/2025: Informal atmosphere. I dined on the veranda, the waiter was courteous and attentive. Large, thin, crunchy pizza, truly delicious, definitely recommended for pizza lovers. The platter of cured meats and cheeses with jams and honey was excellent.

20/09/2025: A charming, quiet, and relaxing location. The quality of the food was excellent, even the dry pastries and the torta della nonna were exquisite. The staff was courteous and helpful. We purchased some of their own pecorino cheeses outside.

16/10/2025: This was our first time at this restaurant. We had 3 appetizers, 2 first courses, water, and a bottle of wine. Food: Mixed appetizer, cold courses served in small glass bowls with very little to taste, but above all, very cold. Hot courses are even better, always served in tiny glass bowls. Service: The staff were really friendly and disappointed when the first courses came out while we were still eating our appetizers. 🤷🏼‍♂️ In fact, not all of us finished them. Ambience: I suffered greatly from the heat, in front of a sunny window, with over 25°C outside and no chance of a sliver of shade. I'm sorry. In any case, I wish you all the best.

05/10/2025: My husband and I visited this charming restaurant today; we happen to be a stranger to the area. Every course tastes excellent, from the traditional appetizers revisited with a modern twist, revealing the care and attention to detail that goes into the kitchen. The raw fish is excellent, with a delicate flavor. The fried foods, from those featured in the appetizer to the classic fried fish, are sublime for their lightness and crispiness on the outside, yet still retain a meaty fishy core. I won't dare describe the first courses or the dessert—we chose tiramisu—only because I might leave you with your mouth watering. All this is accompanied by impeccable service and the friendliness of the owners and staff. What can I say? I would recommend it with my eyes closed and will gladly return. Congratulations.

25/08/2025: Yesterday we went to Bracciano, there were five of us, my mother and my brothers, we didn't know where to eat, we found ourselves in front of the restaurant pizzeria l'Archetto so we went in, I must say, a quiet, clean place, very good pizza, supli made by them, wonderful and thin and crunchy pizza, 10 and praise
