08/03/2026: The hottest dinner I've ever had, the room temperature above 20 degrees. Extremely slow service; we waited over an hour for two pasta dishes and two pizzas. Tonnarelli cacio e pepe was thrown onto the plate (one was actually falling off). The arrosticini were poor and rubbery. Oh, and the bathroom door kept opening even though it was supposed to be closed.
04/02/2026: Very nice place, delicious fried food and pizza. My only suggestion would be to improve the quality of the desserts a bit. Overall, highly recommended! We'll definitely be back.

03/01/2026: We went for lunch as soon as we arrived in Rome. Davide recommended the pastrami sandwich, and it was a spectacular choice. We ate very well, and in fact, we ended our Roman experience by dining there again. He recommended the pork shank, which was simply sublime. As Sicilians, if I were to return, I would definitely go. Highly recommended.
27/12/2025: Excellent place to drink good, unusual beers. Strategically located, aesthetically pleasing, and also has outdoor seating, though not the most comfortable.
Edit: After nine years, I can add that the place, which I no longer call Fabrik, has undergone a significant upgrade. Good food, slightly high but acceptable prices, and above all, a focus on what you drink is on a whole new level. Above all, the beer selection is very thoughtful and passionate. A place that definitely needs to be present in the area, both in terms of type and quality. The owner is knowledgeable and experienced, and the service is fast and communicative. Very satisfied. I'll be back often.

19/01/2026: Small but cozy pub. Excellent beers. Unfortunately, they were out of burgers, so we settled for sandwiches...excellent! We'll be back to try them.
24/12/2025: Stopped by hoping to watch some American football, have some snacks and a few beers. The food and drinks were good. The owner was extremely kind and made an extra effort to find a way to get the game on the television. Stop by and give these people your business.

14/10/2025: A generous aperitif for a birthday party held at this venue. Very good food and excellent cocktails! The modern, imaginative setting and great atmosphere! It's a shame about the outdoor seating, where we endured late-summer mosquitoes without mosquito coils or repellent!

30/01/2026: The coffee is terrible. I don't know how they do it, but it's always cold. It almost seems like they make it ahead of time.
The waiters are extremely rude and at times almost aggressive; the only redeeming features are the younger ones.
The prices are reasonable for the coffee, but exaggerated for everything else.
The atmosphere is objectively beautiful, and that's what people come for; the outdoor seating is special.

New atmosphere, everything on display, flavors that change with the seasons.
The only criticism, if I may, is that the brioche shouldn't be packaged but rather homemade and artisanal to be top-notch.

15/02/2026: The food was decidedly basic, comparable to a company cafeteria, with all due respect. This historic restaurant has lost its strength, significantly declining in quality. Service is fast and punctual, and the staff is young and dynamic, but not particularly welcoming. I wouldn't recommend it, especially if you're faced with long waits, which often occur on weekends.
13/02/2026: Really nice osteria with a patio (only open for food in summer) which serves typical food. We have some starters and then a main (musetto e bovarda) and It was all delicious. Service is very fast too. The walls are decorated with a bunch of old things. Recommended.

09/01/2026: Walked in and asked for an espresso, It's was like I committed a felony. The barista and the cashier kept cursing me in Italian - Thinking I don't speak Italian - annoyed that I called it espresso and not cafe.
18/12/2025: A meeting point for aperitifs on Viale Regina Margherita. Indoor and outdoor seating available. Friendly and welcoming staff, very good aperitif.
