03/08/2024: Su consiglio richiesto alla titolare della struttura presso la quale abbiamo soggiornato di passaggio da Civita di Bagnoregio,abbiamo cenato a “La Cantina di Arianna”. Sin da subito l’impatto è stato positivo:personale estremamente preparato,cortese,gentile e accogliente.Il cliente viene sin dall’inizio assistito,seguito e messo a proprio agio.Location con sala interna molto caratteristica,tavoli all’aperto che danno sia sulla via che conduce alla piazza principale e altri dislocati in un interno cortile raccolto e suggestivo con le luci della sera.
Piatti realizzati con cura e attenzione oltre ai sapori veramente super. Nota di merito alla panzanella e al secondo di carne composto dalle puntarelle di maiale e la salsiccia grigliate con contorno di patate cotte nella cenere:cottura della carne eccezionale! La cicoria ripassata un must di queste zone,che non ha deluso le aspettative.
24/07/2024: Posto delizioso che si affaccia sulla piazzetta. Servizio gentile e veloce. Io sono celiaca e ho preso pollo e patate cotte alla cenere, posso dire stradelizioso, mio marito i picci buonissimi. Calice di vino delle cantine locali, davvvero un pranzo ottimo.

23/08/2024: Terrible ice cream with tasteless flavors that seemed to be made with sachets. There were 4 of us and after 2 tastings we all threw it away. Staff with very little desire to work (no smile, no "do you want some cream?"). It's a shame, I remember when years ago I went there to eat ice cream with my school friends and it was one of the best ice cream shops in Trastevere.

30/07/2024: A wonderful experience as a couple :) we booked here by chance to spend an evening at the port of Nettuno and I must say that the dinner was truly magnificent: kind and attentive staff, clean environment (with kitchen open to the customer, not hidden, which I always appreciate very much), beautiful and abundant dishes.
I highly recommend the trio of tartare and the calamarata: excellent flavours, you can feel the quality of the fish.
Desserts well served, very varied.

12/08/2024: questo ristorante quasi centenario ha avuto in tutti questi anni varie evoluzioni e cambiamenti di gestioni, questa è l'ennesima proprietà che secondo il mio parere è ancora confusa e disorientata.
Non è sufficiente pitturare le pareti per poter credere di aver rinnovato un ristorante. La strada da fare è lunga ma deve essere sopratutto determinata e chiara.
Attualmente questo ristorante non mi ha concquistato, manca la vera tradizione ma soprattutto l'innovazione, ho avvertito approssimazione e scarsa incisività nelle proposte.
Finchè ci si trova nei paraggi può starci una sosta presso questo ristorante, ma di certo non ci parto dalla capitale appositamente.
Speriamo che con il tempo si maturi una linea da intraprendere per le prossime stagioni.
02/07/2024: With its renovated terrace and revamped menu, 1929 is even better than when we first visited many years ago. Though they tout their daily catch, ask for the menu. I started with raw red shrimp, followed by a pasta with shrimp and asparagus, sprinkled with bottarga, that was so rich, I couldn’t eat dessert. And the server’s choice of wine, a Tuscan Vermentino for only 20 euros, was a perfect compliment.

Wide choice of first courses, second courses, side dishes and more. Quality and very fresh food, the right seasoning that enhances the flavor of the food.
All completed by the kindness, helpfulness and professionalism of the staff. Well done everyone!

19/07/2024: It is a half self-service bar - restaurant. You can opt for a typical Italian bar meal (panini, pizze, etc.) or for a more self-service formula with ready-made dishes (pasta, vegetables, salads, etc.). We opted for one or the other and both were very good, very fresh. The service is very attentive and allows you to compose to meet all your expectations. Very diligent and friendly staff. There is a large air-conditioned room and a shaded terrace. Mixed population, locals and tourists. We find a certain authenticity. In addition, the espresso - the coffee... - is particularly good, as strong as you like. It would almost be more of a Neapolitan café than a Roman one. Well done. We'll come back.
