04/05/2026: We had the misfortune of stopping for dinner here only because all the other restaurants in the historic center, without reservations, were full. Absolutely not recommended. We ordered a watered-down and flavorless chickpea and cabbage soup. Practically inedible. Next, a mixed platter of cured meats and cheeses, also including some rancid cured meats. A portion of crostata and two 33cl beers. I should point out that the place is minimal and sells traditional products at excessive prices. The previous evenings, we had dinner at truly beautiful places, with excellent service, quality food, and for less money, we left very satisfied.

29/05/2026: As noted in many other reviews, the atmosphere is refined and charming, the selection of drinks is very interesting, and the food (for what I've tried at an aperitivo) is average. However, the owners are so poorly trained in dealing with the public that the overall impression is very negative and puts me off returning. Since we were nearby and needed a base in the area, I had an aperitivo with about 7-8 people, some of whom were somewhat older, perhaps not accustomed to frequenting pubs and beer gardens. The owners did nothing to make them feel comfortable; for example, they didn't help them choose drinks or side dishes, appearing impatient regardless. Our request for additional food (obviously for a fee) resulted in a long wait, even though the place wasn't particularly crowded. Last but not least, when it came time to pay, we couldn't split the bill—something that's been done everywhere for years, I'd say—but we were forced to each pay for our own drinks, due to a management software that clearly needs updating. All this without a shred of friendliness or courtesy from the management. It's a shame, I don't think anyone here will want to return or recommend it to their children and grandchildren.

29/04/2026: Qualified staff, excellent beer selection, and, most importantly, dog-friendly. I asked for advice on what to choose since it was my first time here, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The ribs melted in your mouth, and the recommended beer to pair with them was fantastic. The atmosphere is very friendly, which really helps you feel at ease. I'll definitely be back.

20/09/2025: The place is worth a visit, with an atmosphere truly reminiscent of Anglo-Saxon pubs. The beer is also good.

04/01/2026: Excellent desserts, but it's a shame that two years ago (unfortunately, I only just remembered to write a review) an employee behaved very rudely towards me. I ordered a cream puff and found a hair on it. When I told her, she was visibly annoyed and said, "It's an arm hair, so what?", as if it were absolutely no problem and I was the one who was overreacting. It's a shame, because professionalism and politeness should always come first.

18/12/2025: My fiancé from Ceccano introduced me to your pasticceria. My first encounter with your Panettone was a year ago in Anzio, when he brought back the most delicious chocolate Panettone. We exchanged homemade wedding rings, ate this unforgettable Panettone, and washed it down with Prosecco. This year, I was lucky enough to try your classic Panettone, chocolate and pear, as well as Frutti Di Bosco. Each one was a separate explosion of magical, unforgettable flavors. 🔥❤️ But for now, my favorite remains the chocolate Panettone. I want to mention the aroma; when you inhale it, it's immediately clear that you use high-quality, natural ingredients. My beloved also spoils me with croissants and cakes for my birthday and my son's. I've hardly ever tasted anything more delicious than your croissants, even in France. Good luck to you, Maria! Keep delighting us with your delicious treats ❤️

29/12/2025: Best lemon 🍋 gelato — very refreshing and flavorful. Unfortunately, the service could be better. The lady seemed quite irritated, and the pricing wasn’t explained clearly.

25/12/2025: Absolutely great. Every time I am in Rome, my must-stop is Giolitti. They have many amazing ice cream options and very generous portions. Their scoops are really, really big, which is a blessing for ice cream lovers. Their ice cream, without any exaggeration, is the best I have had in my life. Getting your ice cream is very fast despite the huge lines. The staff, even though they are probably overwhelmed during peak season (the times I have gone), are always super nice. Highly recommended, you truly have to try it.

24/04/2026: A lovely neighborhood bar, run by two friendly and helpful guys. The coffee is excellent for one euro, the food is homemade, and the cocktails are delicious in the evening. I highly recommend trying it.

02/05/2026: A neighborhood restaurant we always enjoy, whether it's for excellent Roman pizza or fantastic spaghetti with clams, my favorite dish. The service is always attentive and the place is never noisy.

24/04/2026: One of the best restaurants in the area, with a very elegant atmosphere and friendly staff. I love the rosemary focaccia, one of the best. The pizza is thin, Roman-style, but sometimes it's too soft, like yesterday. However, I find the owner and staff to be very professional and courteous. In the summer, they have a very pleasant and well-kept outdoor area. Good wine selection. I forgot, being a tiramisu fan, theirs is truly delicious!

09/05/2026: A meticulously curated restaurant with characteristic fishing nets and sea-related paintings. Delicious, high-quality food, cooked to perfection, not to mention the fabulous raw fish. The fraschetta stew is delicious, they say it's for two people, but three or four people eat very well. Generous portions. Fast and attentive service, very good staff. Friendly, helpful, and attentive staff. On-street parking. Reservations are recommended. For birthdays, there's a special atmosphere; they dim the lights and all the waiters with the cake head toward the birthday boy or girl, while the background music of "Happy Birthday" plays, which is very nice. Excellent value for money considering the generous portions.

27/04/2026: The waiters were superb and welcoming. A group of seven of us went to grab a bite to eat, and we ordered pizzas for six of us and pasta for the last person. The pizzas were really good, and we were served within 20 minutes for an affordable price of around 15 euros per person. We even gave a 20 euro tip to Ibra, our waiter. Honestly, I recommend it to anyone who wants a great experience.
