11/08/2024: returned after many years and with new management by RARE, to celebrate the 40th of a person dear to me, I was pleasantly surprised from the beginning. Large car park, breathtaking view, luxury location with an infinite number of tables and seats to dine with a panoramic view of the strait. Among other things, the place owes its name to the two pylons that years ago connected Sicily and Calabria for the transport of electricity. They are now abandoned, but illuminated and create a pleasant nocturnal effect. as regards the service, nothing to complain about....courteous and knowledgeable staff (nothing to do with the improvisation of many places in the city). Another point in favor is the food....if at first glance the prices might seem a little high, and for those who often complain in the reviews, we must take into account the great quality of every single dish that was offered to us... (if instead you want to spend 2 money and eat so-so.... you can always celebrate at the MC on the ring road with the queue of cars as a panorama ;) ) What else to say.....magnificent and successful evening....far beyond my expectations and that of the birthday girl....the charm of the view overlooking the Strait alone is worth the money you spend!!! If you have an important event and/or a loved one to celebrate and you want to make them happy and make a great impression on the guests, well I can't help but recommend this place.

13/07/2024: They take advantage of tourists and charge you a commission for bringing something to the table that you bring yourself. They don't even let you take it to collect it. A trend of scammers established in many places in Rome. A disappointment that this scam is established for tourists who, even if they understand you, take advantage of you by speaking to you quickly in Italian and sending you away from the premises.

13/08/2024: Wonderful Dining Experience in Italy We recently had the pleasure of dining at this lovely restaurant during our stay in Italy. The food was absolutely delightful, full of rich flavors and expertly prepared. The prices were quite reasonable, especially considering the high quality of the dishes. Additionally, the location was very convenient, just a short distance from our hotel. Overall, it was an excellent experience, and we would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone visiting the area.

26/07/2024: Finally a proper burger!! I had been aiming for them for several months... but I never managed to go there. Now it seems that, from via Prenestina, they have moved to via Alberto da Giussano... and to an even bigger place!! Very well furnished and welcoming location. We take some homemade Cacioeova meatballs (a reinterpretation of the legendary Abruzzo ones), a Mexican pulled pork and a Sweet pulled pork. To drink water and an American IPA (I think that's what it was called). The cacioeova meatballs, excellent... I really appreciated the cheese cream on top with small tufts of chicory and the truly excellent beer, with a fruity aftertaste. This is around 9pm... then the girl with the orders disappears. The guys at the table with us (there were a group of us), due to tiredness and hunger, began to order more beers and chips. At 10pm when the girl comes to the table to leave us something else, we politely ask her what happened to our burgers... she tells us they are coming out of the kitchen! Ok... another 9 minutes pass and at 10.09pm (we arrived at 8.30pm) our orders finally arrive!! Delicious, a soft bread, just the right size, just the right amount of softness... very tender pulled pork... excellent quality ingredients!! Some of us then think better of it and get a dessert... my husband gets the caramel cheesecake. Truly delicious!! What can I say, recommended... really good, the only flaw, the waiting times. It was on a Thursday, it wasn't very full... I can't explain it. Maybe it was because I was very tired, I had had a busy day... But I was about to pass out on the table from hunger and tiredness. However, I will definitely return in a decidedly cooler period to try more!! Value for money, excellent!! Approved!!

18/07/2024: I liked the food. The environment is a bit noisy, as they played loud music that night. But I just had dinner and left.

17/08/2024: The ambiance and beverage quality is good. The only problem is that the price is out of date. We were charged 6 euros for a can of Redbull which was 4.5 euros on the menu. When I asked the waitress about it, she simply said that it’s out of date withiut any excuse or clarification about it. 1.5 euros is definitely not a big deal but customers have the right to know the prices before ordering and it’s really easy to keep update the menu on board !

20/08/2024: My favorite place in Fleming. Fixed weekly appointment to drink a good wine. Small, well looked after, very welcoming and very well managed. The dishes are delicious and the wine selection excellent.

14/06/2024: A place suitable for post-work aperitifs. The staff is friendly and they make good drinks. However, apart from the platter included in the aperitif which was good, I wasn't crazy about the sandwiches, probably due to the bread which I found a bit anonymous. The nachos also need improvement. However, the quality/price ratio is ok.

04/06/2024: Bel locale, ho passato un'ottima serata in compagnia di amici mentre guardavamo la partita. Cibo buono, serve ottimi hamburger con patatine, birra buona.
