22/07/2025: The bar in Cervignano's main square. A classic and a local must. Where you can find classy aperitifs, coffees, and digestifs.

13/08/2025: For me, the delicacies are delicious: croissants, braids, and muffins. This place is a great start to the day, I recommend it 🙂

02/08/2025: A nicely decorated bar with dark green leather, plenty of seating, a large bar, and a good selection of food and drinks. The chandeliers are famous, intertwined with flowers like some beautiful installation. The staff is sometimes very friendly, sometimes not. The coffee is sometimes very good, sometimes not. As a visitor to that city, I like that they open early, even before 7 am.

14/07/2025: We ate at Ristorante Da Afro and can honestly say it was the best meal of our entire trip. The welcome was something special: they made us feel right at home. The food was simply fantastic. An authentic experience in a relaxed, friendly atmosphere. It’s truly worth visiting Spilimbergo just to eat here. It’s a place you absolutely can’t miss. 25/07/2025: Solid pizza place. I ordered the capricciosa, which was fantastic. For dessert, I had the panna cotta. That was a great, too. The restaurant must be related to the local football club Udinese somehow because there are plenty to jerseys and boots as decoration.

08/08/2025: An oasis of tranquility in a remote area...varied menu choice with gluten-free option...definitely worth considering!

26/07/2025: It's our favorite place because it's also close to our house, which is a blessing both because we walk there and because everything is always REALLY good! The atmosphere is very informal and takes us back in time, like being in our grandfather's tavern! In the summer, they also set up an outdoor area with umbrellas and plastic tables (I recommend bringing mosquito repellent if you want to dine outside). The place is run by a very '80s-style team of very kind and helpful people. Sometimes there may be even fewer, but they deserve your patience because they are truly adorable: the sandwiches and dishes are excellent, the fries are out of this world, and the double Nutella crepes are a MUST. We'll be moving to another city soon, but when we return to Trieste, it will DEFINITELY be a must-visit!

10/08/2025: Ordered pizza because other pizzerias were closed and we were hungry. The pizza was very good.

09/08/2025: We didn't have a reservation on a Saturday evening in August. Despite it being busy, the staff made us a spot. The staff were very friendly, and the pizza was delicious. Highly recommended.

14/04/2025: e’ già la seconda volta che prendo dei pasticcini qui e devo dire che sono ottimi! specialmente quelli alla ricotta (?). Li ho presi da asporto, ma in caso una persona voglia fermarsi qui in questo periodo, consiglio di sedersi ai tavolini fuori: la vista sul campanile e la piazzetta sono uno spettacolo:)

19/07/2025: You have to speak German to get a table right away. If you speak English, you stand and wait. I thought Italians had more dignity.

09/07/2025: We had an excellent meal at da ovidio today. Reservations are recommended. We had an antipasti platter of cold and warm fish for starters, and a steak main course. Everything was of excellent quality, with the meat tender as butter. The service was very friendly, attentive, and very child-friendly.

28/07/2025: Siamo andati dopo aver letto le recensioni su Tripadvisor e siamo tornati la sera dopo, prima di partire. Confermo in pieno i giudizi dati: tutto davvero eccellente. Bellissima location. Gestione familiare gentilissima con un menu' davvero speciale: presentazione gourmet con elevata qualità a prezzi e assolutamente corretti, circostanza davvero unica nello scenario eno-gastronomico di questo livello. Ad agosto torneremo e consigliamo a tutti i lettori di andare.

02/05/2025: Nice corner spot at the head of a two-way street. Not very large, but welcoming. Outside there is space for several tables. Friendly and prepared staff. Above average service. The sandwiches are good and very varied and they also serve cocktails. More than decent coffee. They sell cigarettes. Definitely worth going if in the area.

25/07/2025: L'hamburger che ho gustato era semplicemente delizioso, con una carne succosa e condimenti freschi. Il pane era morbido e leggermente tostato, creando un perfetto equilibrio di sapori. La birra si abbinava magnificamente, rinfrescante e con un retrogusto piacevole. L'atmosfera del locale era accogliente e rilassante, ideale per una serata tra amici. Consiglio vivamente questa esperienza culinaria a Udine, un vero piacere per il palato.
