16/09/2025: We ended our honeymoon with a 2-night stay at Palazzo del Corso. Our Prestige "Corallo" room was really good, with sophisticated decor and everything we needed. Notable was the quality of our breakfast, as well as the very corteous service. The rooftop dining and bar are perfect for a drink in a tranquil and serene setting. The pool area is small but who cares? Tbe beaches near Gallipoli are stunning so we never used the pool. The location is also great. A stone throw from the buzz of the historic centre, but quiet enough to have a restful sleep in our king size comfy bed! We loved it!

17/11/2025: Looking for a pizza place open during the off-season, we stumbled upon this place. Jets is a place where delicacies from Austria, Slovenia, and Italy blend, creating some very interesting combinations. We devoured the pizza with gusto :) and took another one to go.

11/11/2025: A wonderful experience, a heartfelt thank you to Mr. Eugenio and his staff. Yesterday we were at the Malcanton to celebrate my son's graduation. There were 14 of us, all thrilled with the atmosphere and service. Mr. Eugenio is a great host and a very helpful person.

Whichever dish you choose, you're in for an absolute masterpiece, both for the quality of the local produce and the ability to transform ingredients into flavor. This is thanks to a truly top-notch cuisine, capable of ensuring unparalleled quality year after year... for decades. When I enter this restaurant, I sometimes feel like I'm entering a church; a secular church, filled with the aromas of times past and the authenticity that has always been at home here.

Even from the large parking lot, though often crowded due to the large crowds, you can sense the atmosphere of a beloved destination, one where people willingly return because they know what awaits them. A FILM SET FROM ANOTHER TIME Crossing the threshold is like entering a film from another era, where elegance translates into sobriety and style into character. The venue's decor has a vintage feel, but not dated: rather, "classic." It's a place that retains its identity without chasing passing trends. The rooms are bright, spacious yet intimate, with corners that shelter conversation and offer privacy even when the venue is full. The light is bright yet warm, like an embrace that invites you to stay. THE MENU The menu tells the story of a cuisine that isn't afraid to branch out. Fish and meat, first courses, pizzas, desserts: everything finds its place in a balance that isn't distracting but generous. I chose fried calamari with chips, a classic that here becomes an everyday poem. Perfectly crispy, lightly fried, golden chips. 16/10/2025: On the two occasions we've dined with our dog, we've found the staff to be warm, professional, knowledgeable, and very friendly. The food, both meat and seafood, is delicious and beautifully prepared and served. The bill is fair, and the satisfaction we felt at the end of the meal naturally led us to compliment them on their ability to make us have a pleasant time. Thanks again.
