14/03/2026: I'm not from Trieste, but I stopped for an aperitif while passing through. The owners were very kind, the drinks were excellently presented (Hugo), and it was really well made. Congratulations!
13/12/2025: The best café in the area, no doubt about it. Good music, good service, very good coffee, and very good food products like croissants and sandwiches. A good place for an aperitif, a nice terrace, and good conversation. It's also important to note that they have soy milk and a wide variety of Lindt and other chocolates, but the most important mention goes to the music—always quality, varied, and tasteful.
GOOD EVERYTHING!
More than professional service and always attention to detail, even the coffees. The most beautiful coffees I've ever been served...

25/01/2026: We stopped here for a break on our trip to Italy. The coffee is some of the best around. I can highly recommend everything else as well. The staff is fun and friendly. Excellent value for money. I'll definitely be back.

Group of 7, total €150 and a nice... They don't keep separate bills, and we don't have cash... how can we do it? Their response... **Guys, do the bank transfer between yourselves**
Okay, they wrote it on the menu (on the last page, and if we'd read it, we'd have changed venues), but this doesn't exist. Everyone pays by debit card these days, and we have to adapt to these situations by keeping separate bills.
I also understand that they charge a percentage on each transaction, but on a €25 per person expense?? Come on... unreasonable. I could understand it for a €2-3 expense, but I can't justify it for a €25 expense.
Bottom line: we ate well, but due to the service, we won't be returning.
20/04/2026: Very nice and welcoming place, very large and tasty sandwiches, fair prices. The Lubjanske are unique and delicious!

01/12/2025: I ordered delivery this evening and asked for a change by calling the restaurant directly because they wouldn't let me do it via the app. They were really kind on the phone and the pizza was really excellent.
10/10/2025: As a Neapolitan and pizza lover, I can say that the food here is truly delicious.
The pizza by the slice is also worth it.
I recommend it...5 stars!!!

28/05/2026: I was looking for something to eat, then I saw this restaurant run by Neapolitans and I said it was impossible to eat badly. In fact, I was right: spaghetti with mussels and clams was amazing... I've never eaten such a good and super filling dish. Excellent service, nice place.

Seafood buffet, risotto as a first course, bluefin tuna and mashed potatoes, panna cotta and dried fruit as a second course, wine and water included.
The salmon was fabulous; we didn't like the tuna because it was too seasoned. Service was fast, friendly, and knowledgeable.

03/06/2026: Excellent Sorrentine pizza (different from the Neapolitan version), very crispy and made with carefully selected ingredients. Truly sublime cured meats (we tried the prosciutto and it melted in our mouths).
The atmosphere is relaxed, the staff friendly and helpful, and the price-quality ratio is excellent. Recommended for a simple, authentic evening.
