31/12/2025: A truly special place. I haven't found anything like it anywhere else, and I've traveled the world. Deaf people work there, but everything runs exactly like a "normal" place. The amazing thing is that you don't just encounter Italian sign language here, but international sign language! Because people from different cultures work there, which is fantastic. Sign language is different all over the world!!
I recommend this special place to everyone! I love it!!!
09/11/2025: The owners are friendly, and the concept is commendable, but unfortunately, running a venue requires more organization, better food, and cleanliness. I had to constantly chase up the owners, asking for missing items—water, glasses, napkins... Music was guaranteed, but then it was completely absent. I strongly advise against hosting private parties (whether graduation or not) here; there are much better options out there.

15/02/2026: I've been here three times now, and everytime it’s such a lovely experience. Everyone is incredibly nice, and the food is just tasty. I haven’t tried anything here that wasn’t. It’s really the perfect spot to pick up something for a quiet breakfast. The prices are good and fair. Should I ever return to Parma, this is definitely one of the spots I'd visit again.

02/03/2026: Terrible service. We ordered a first course to share, followed by a sliced steak. After over an hour, both courses arrived at the same time, without respecting our request. Extremely insistent service. They brought us the spices for the meat, but they literally took them away after two minutes to be brought to the table next to ours. The same treatment occurred when clearing the table, where they ask if they can clear your plate more than once, even while you're finishing your meal. Despite this, the ingredients are good and well-prepared, even for gluten-free options.
01/03/2026: One star just because they have gluten free options approved for celiacs by the Italian celiac association. Everything else was horrible, no space between the tables, we had a table next to a very stinking toilet and the entrance to the kitchen. The pizza was too thick and therefore soaked, the personnel was rude. On top of that the extra payment for a table is 5 euros, the most we ever payed in bologna and 2 euros for tab water with smelly glasses! I don't know how they approved it for a gluten free certification, but they should definitely inspect it for higenic standards! I hope I didn't get glutened as well!

The staff is friendly and makes me feel a little at home.

And from other reviews, I understand we weren't the only ones.
If we were planning on going back, no more.
Oh, and change the menus/clean them every now and then, they're filthy.

17/08/2025: My girlfriend and I ordered two piadinas for lunch around 12:30/1pm. We had to wait almost an hour to eat two empty piadinas with quality products that weren't exactly poor. We obviously ate them the next day, paying too much for a piadina that was better, made at home. As soon as we entered, we obviously said hello out of politeness and they didn't even give us a response. We absolutely wouldn't go there again...
