16/05/2025: Waiting over half an hour for two portions of chips and a hamburger with the place empty is ridiculous, €13 a €6 beer a portion of chips €6, which they call "seven chips" but were normal frozen chips. Finally the bill was €13, so they also made us pay for the two sauces (ketchup and mayonnaise) requested. The place is nice but I will definitely not return

09/11/2024: Disappointing experience: they allowed us to order products that were actually sold out and sold two beers that they no longer had. As if that wasn't enough, they forgot ingredients in the preparation of what we ordered. Little attention to the customer and organization. I don't recommend it.

12/03/2025: I'm sorry, but my experience in this bar in Cesena was really disappointing. I went with some friends to have breakfast, and right from the entrance we noticed a very cold and unwelcoming attitude from the barmaid. She didn't even greet us with a simple "good morning" and responded with "be easy, I have people upstairs", which would have been understandable, but then she went further. During our ordination, he began to make inappropriate and very inappropriate comments, criticizing us young people about not having a future and not wanting to work. After about 20-30 minutes, the bartender literally asked us when we were planning to leave, because there were "regular" customers arriving and we needed to vacate the table. He even started clearing away the saucers and cups while we were still there, as if he wanted to make us understand that our presence was not welcome. Extremely rude and disrespectful behavior which completely ruined the experience. I will never return to this bar again.

26/03/2025: Semplicemente il miglior pub di Cesenatico per far aperitivo. Col prezzo della drink si ha in omaggio un mega tagliere fornito di salumi,piada e formaggio. I drink sono fatti molto bene e il personale e’ molto alla mano e gentile. Quando sono a Cesenatico mi fermo sempre e solo da loro a bere.

03/01/2025: Ordinati 5 panettoni (non solo il classico ) pagati 43 € l’uno ,In parte da regalare e in parte da consumare . Apriamo il primo ed era totalmente secco,duro ,per niente alveolato. La speranza era che fosse solo quello lì ,ma a distanza di giorni ci arrivano i feedback da chi li aveva ricevuti in regalo ed erano tutti pessimi . Allego L ultimo ,corredato da chat e foto .

25/05/2025: I bought some pastries to take to a lunch I was invited to; I spent €25 for a tray for 6 people, and made a bad impression because the pastry was dry and unfortunately one of the pastries had a long hair in the dough with a bulb. Bad impression.

20/02/2025: I wanted to briefly illustrate my experience with this company, I placed an order a year ago with shipping to the UK, (naturally before processing everything we asked for timing and if they were in order for post-Brexit, and the answer was naturally "Yes of course") everything was needed for the surprise birthday of my owner who is a customer of the bakery, but everything was stuck in customs for a week and you understand well that the state of conservation of the cured meats was already altered by the fact that they had been stored at room temperature of 25 degrees, but the best is yet to come, the goods arrive two weeks late in disastrous conditions, I contact the company for a reimbursement of expenses and today we are still waiting for the reimbursement, they made me fill out forms, send emails, a lot of time wasted for nothing, and I can guarantee you that on a weekly basis we import products from all over Italy and if problems of this type occur, serious companies refund immediately

25/04/2025: We went for a drink after a long trip. It wasn't what we expected. Especially for the attention. A staff unwilling to understand foreigners, unfriendly and as if it were difficult to serve us. I ordered a very hot latte macchiato and they served it lukewarm, I had to ask for it to be heated and they put it in the microwave... Very little good will.

16/04/2025: One of the most spacious bars I've ever seen in Piacenza. From what other reviews say, I would have gladly discovered it a few years ago with the old management, but even being run by Asian people makes a good impression. The staff is numerous and well-coordinated, kind and quick in their service. Despite the size of the interior and the amount of customers, everything is cleaned immediately. I always appreciate when the right attention is given to details like this. Professionalism is essential for me, and here it is shown as it should be. What intrigued me in wanting to try breakfast here was the vast variety and diversity of the brioches, of even higher quality than the standard croissants in bars. Both the pastries and the latte macchiato were delicious; in smaller quantities than cups I've found elsewhere, but overall it was sufficient. Definitely one of the best bar breakfasts you can find in the city, if we don't also consider bakeries and pastry shops. I didn't dislike it at all as an experience.

16/06/2025: Terrible experience – avoid this place! I booked this accommodation through Booking.com, but when I arrived, the owner refused to let me in. He claimed there was a problem on my side, which was not true. He was extremely rude and unprofessional. Not only did he refuse to refund my money, but he also tried to pressure me into booking a more expensive place he offered elsewhere. It felt like a scam. I was left stranded without a place to stay and had to make last-minute arrangements on my own. I strongly advise against booking this place. Totally unacceptable behavior and zero respect for guests.
