19/02/2025: Local cafe with nice pastries at low prices

12/02/2025: Avoid this place, especially if you are a (international) student. My friends and I were heading towards this cafe, hoping for a relaxing afternoon. Nevertheless, as soon as we sat down, a waiter started speaking to us in a very rude tone because, according to him, we were occupying space as we were sitting there while only having ordered one cup of coffee and a croissant (despite the fact that the bar was half empty). Soon after, the manager approached us and started speaking to my friend in a very demeaning way, calling her badly mannered despite absolutely no impolite behavior from her part. If you don't appreciate a customer's behavior, it would be preferable to point that out before they have sat down and paid for their order.

02/02/2025: I don't usually leave reviews, but I was honestly sorry for the "mockery". My boyfriend, for my birthday, booked a cake with raspberries and coconut. Until the end and until delivery it was sold as a raspberry and coconut cake. But unfortunately, upon opening and tasting it, the coconut was non-existent. These are sugary, I honestly don't dare to know what coconut you know. I would have preferred a little more sincerity and respect, the young age does not justify such rudeness considering that the cake was paid for.

23/09/2024: Note: edited I have been to this bakery several times and really liked it. Unfortunately the lady shouted at me because I parked a mobike in front of the shop (not in front of the entrance but between one door and another). The app gave me parking exactly at that number, I explained it to him and he continued yelling at me. The parking lot /was not marked as mobike parking/ and there was a car instead of bikes, so I couldn't have parked it even if I had known. I wasn't blocking the entrance and would have moved her if she had simply asked without yelling. You cannot know what a person is feeling or their disabilities, and an encounter like this is destabilizing for everyone. You have lost a customer.

04/03/2025: pastry products made by them, friendly and professional staff, fast service even though the place was full, very central location and excellent value for money (a pinwheel, strudel, 2 small chestnuts, a cappuccino, a latte macchiato and a coffee €11.50 in total). I will definitely return

The atmosphere was warm and inviting, but the real highlights were Maria Rita and Claudio, whose friendliness and hospitality perfectly embodied Italian warmth. The drinks and food were absolutely delightful, and we all thoroughly enjoyed them. If you’re ever in the area, this is a spot you simply must visit! Abbiamo scoperto questo posto per caso ed è stata una meravigliosa sorpresa. L’atmosfera era calda e accogliente, ma i veri protagonisti sono stati Maria Rita e Claudio, la cui gentilezza e ospitalità rappresentano alla perfezione il calore italiano. Le bevande e il cibo erano assolutamente deliziosi, e li abbiamo gustati con grande piacere. Se vi trovate in zona, questo è un posto che dovete assolutamente visitare!

12/02/2025: Tranquillo locale (almeno al giovedì sera), dove poter gustare un paio di birre in compagnia senza doversi recare a Modena. Buone le birre alla spina, discreta la scelta dei vini, gustosi gli stuzzichini che accompagnano l'aperitivo, e cordiale il personale. Bello l'ambiente, con musica di sottofondo non invasiva. Ci tornerò sicuramente nel weekend. # UPDATE # Il locale è piacevole anche di mercoledì sera. I ragazzi che lo gestiscono sono simpatici e la birra è ancora buona. # UPDATE 10/2022 # Sabato sera la situazione è rilassata e piacevole. E la birra continua ad essere buona 😂 # UPDATE 04/2023 # Giovedì sera tutto tranquillo. Birra sempre buona, stuzzichini abbondanti e gustosi, i ragazzi al banco ed i camerieri simpatici efficienti e veloci.
