Juta is a historic venue on Via Taglio in downtown Modena. The beers are good and the cocktails are well-made. The staff is friendly. For some time now, the menu has also offered some appetizers and pinsa/piada, which is nice, but I don't understand the excessive price of €9 for onion rings, when a pinsa costs €6-7. Sorry, but it doesn't make much sense.

17/06/2026: Change of management. The quality has gone downhill, but it's still a nice, comfortable bar with plenty of space inside and an outdoor area for hardened smokers.
12/03/2026: Clean bar and always good selections. The prosciutto they use for their sandwiches is excellent! Managed by a highly efficient and friendly Chinese husband and wife team.
