16/03/2026: I went on Saturday evening for a Panuozzo, and I have to tell you, it wasn't bad. Some reviews say there's no toppings, but my friends and I had excellent food, with just the right amount of toppings. My Panuozzo Meatballs with Friarielli and Provola sauce was excellent. It's a fairly busy place, but the owner keeps calm and organizes the tables. As soon as I arrived, I gave my last name, and within 5 minutes he called us and a table for four was ready. One note: as soon as you enter, you can smell a strong odor of alcohol. I don't think they use alcohol to disinfect, but it must be a spray detergent to clean the tables. To be honest, it's slightly annoying as soon as you enter. In conclusion, if you're in the area, stop by Mascolo for a Panuozzo. Excellent value for money. Best regards, Carmine P.

20/02/2026: The Margherita pizza is good: well-topped and generously sized (they're classic individual pizzas, not meter-long ones). The potato croquettes also deserve praise, featuring a lovely crispy coating. However, the zeppoline were a disaster: the waiter promised they were "seaweed-filled," but there was no trace of seaweed. Instead, they were dusted with (alleged) oregano, which had an unpleasant flavor; they were also extremely hard and practically inedible. The most critical point was the welcome. We were seated in a cold room with the TVs turned off, a truly uninviting atmosphere. The service was extremely poor: they didn't bring us menus, they gave us incorrect information about available side dishes, and once the pizzas were finished, no one came to clear the table. The establishment doesn't have parking, which made getting there difficult. Finally, the price is definitely too high compared to other competitors in the area, especially considering the lack of attention to service and ambiance. I find the price of drinks absurd: charging €6 for a canned beer is out of line. You can definitely find better places in the area at more reasonable prices. I wouldn't return.

02/08/2025: Caseificio, yogurteria e forno dai sapori unici! Una sosta è obbligatoria. Purtroppo la mozzarella è talmente buona che va via subito! Consigliabile prenotarla per telefono.

27/12/2025: I admit that it can be quite crowded on Saturday evenings during the holidays, but you just need to be a little organized when it comes to orders and payments. Otherwise, everything else is exceptional. The sandwiches and fried food are worth the wait if you find a line.

15/12/2025: If you're hungry, I absolutely recommend trying this place. The sandwiches are very large, and you'll find a wide assortment of ingredients, from the most classic to the most sophisticated. The place is a bit shabby (with some unstable wooden tables and benches), and sandwiches cost around €9-10. Sometimes they get a bit confused with the orders, and the service is a bit slow.

31/12/2025: I'd give the service a 0 if I could. Table of 6. We were kicked out while we were still eating our order because they'd "promised a table for 14 people." Not exactly appropriate behavior. Not to mention the attitude at the cash register and the high prices.

06/12/2025: I wasn't crazy about it, just a place like any other, nothing special. The sandwich is standard, but there are better options. Prices are normal, but like all places, the cover charge is a rip-off, a waste of money on something worth 15 cents at most.

23/11/2025: The place is surrounded by greenery, giving a sense of peace and serenity. The dishes are typical of the place, featuring typical products, expertly combined. The service is impeccable, and the staff is friendly and welcoming. We'll definitely be happy to return.

Non c'è proporzione tra il menù completo, dall' antipasto al dolce, a 35€ con un antipasto, secondo e vino a30€ che ho pagato io... purtroppo non c'è un menù cartaceo e si scopre solo alla fine. E sinceramente anche se buono il nostro arrosto misto era veramente molto più piccolo delle porzioni che venivano portate agli altri commensali... Buono , ma molto deluso dal comportamento. Ovviamente non faccio storie..pago e non torno

14/02/2026: I have to be honest, it's the best. Excellent value for money, generous and delicious portions. Giovanni served us in the dining room. He's exceptional, friendly, and very knowledgeable in the field. He gave us excellent advice. Salvatore, despite being so young, is very knowledgeable about wine recommendations. I wholeheartedly recommend everyone to come here. Happy Valentine's Day!

10/03/2026: Years later, unfortunately, I have to say that the quality has deteriorated. We paid €30 for an appetizer with practically nothing. There were four of us with a reservation and we wanted to order two entrees, but the waiter immediately told us they couldn't be prepared. I don't understand why this wasn't communicated at the time of booking. Honestly, it was a disappointment. As for the service, the waiter was good and helpful.

08/03/2026: Coming here is an incredible culinary experience... plus the excellent welcome from the owner and staff. The restrooms are clean even after hours... highly recommended.

27/02/2026: The staff is fantastic, the food is delicious, and the 4 pizzas take 10 minutes to make. Kudos to all the staff. The only flaw is the outdoor garden, which needs improvement. 16/12/2025: The place is very large, the decor a bit run-down. It has a shabby feel, perhaps because of the low season. I ordered an octopus salad, a bit cold but not bad, but it was sparse; there was no celery, a few cherry tomatoes, nothing. Then came the scampi linguine, which was neither praise nor infamy, and a pre-packaged sorbet. Beautiful plating isn't enough if quality doesn't support the whole! Overall, I didn't have a bad meal, but the service was truly lacking and unprofessional. The quality-price ratio was very poor: €50 for a beer, an appetizer, and a first course; €6 for a commercial sorbet that costs less than a euro at the supermarket. And it doesn't end there: the bill was given on a slip of paper with no fiscal value, without a receipt. I don't recommend it.
