13/05/2025: Premetto che in qst gelateria ci andavamo spesso e l'ultima volta era stata la domenica prima del 1 maggio. Mente facevo la fila x i gelati, mio marito e mio figlio di 3 anni erano seduti al tavolino e una cameriera è stata urtata da una imbecille (che poi se la rideva) e ha rovesciato un'intera coppa di gelato sulla schiena di mio figlio e sul passeggino. Un disastro, ma ci siamo seduti a mangiare il gelato...poco dopo un'altra cameriera ci ha detto che i tavoli erano solo per la consumazione (come se i gelati non li avessi pagati!). Le ho detto che non soltanto ci avevano gettato il gelato addosso, ma che ci stavano pure cacciando. Ci siamo alzati, mio figlio con il gelato ancora da finire, passeggino sporchissimo. 03/11/2025: It was a cold day and we decided to go there for an aperitivo. We sat down and only after half an hour realized we needed a receipt first, so whatever. We went to the counter and asked for seven aperitivos with a platter, but only six arrived with a meager basket of chips... we asked why and they said we hadn't asked for a platter!!! I ordered another aperitivo with a platter, and the cashier, really pissed off with all the customers passing by, threw my change at me!!!!! I wanted to leave it all there, but I had already paid. Terrible, incompetent, and rude...

14/10/2025: I used to come here often with my boyfriend before it changed management. We've always had a good experience—both in terms of service and food quality—but since the change in management, something has changed. We ordered two coffees and were told that "table service is no longer available starting today" (which seems unusual, but we ignore it and get the two coffees back). That was fine until we saw two girls serving our table a little further ahead, who, incidentally, had also ordered two coffees. Whether they were fooled or not, I think it was unprofessional... I hope this can be an area to work on and improve. Have a good day.

12/06/2025: Yesterday I bought cigarettes in this bar, I was very thoughtful and tired, I gave him 10 euros and 50 cents, I took the cigarette and left, not even 3 minutes passed when I remembered that he had not given me back 5 euros, I turned around and told him that he had not given me the change, he pushed me away rudely, I told him to look at the camera, that he really had not given them to him, no, call the police, he did not look at the camera at all, he is a cheeky guy, he will not adapt!!! 25/10/2025: What unbelievable scammers they are here! Three little cakes for €15,00 and they ask for it without even blinking. So if you’re in the area, feel free to skip them and keep your money in your pocket! But as a side note, I do have to say that everything is quite expensive here!

12/09/2025: Cozy street, But the pizza is very dry and barely topped. One table received a bread basket and oil, the other didn't. The staff is curt and easily offended. I'd recommend the neighbors across the street.

23/08/2025: My family and I stopped at this ice cream shop, sat down at the table, and ordered ice cream sundaes from the menu. After carefully reading the ingredients for each sundae, we ordered. My wife and daughter ordered the same sundae. As soon as they started tasting, my daughter said she could taste hazelnut with chopped hazelnuts on top, not cream (the only flavor of ice cream) with white chocolate chips, as was written on the menu. I called the girl to let her know there was this mistake, and instead of saying, "Sorry, you're right," she started saying that for them, the cream flavor was their choice, since they thought cream had multiple flavors. But what if my wife or daughter had been allergic to hazelnuts? If a ice cream shop writes a menu with all the ingredients listed, in my opinion, you should state that the cream flavor isn't the only flavor you can find in the sundae; it's the ice cream maker's choice. Even though their initial excuse was that they were out of white chocolate, another girl jumped in and said it wasn't the case, contradicting her colleague... everything made it seem like they were just making excuses. This made me really angry. Plus, as we were passing the main entrance, we heard a lady (who introduced herself as the mother of one of the shop assistants) say I was the one who made the mistake... I only meant to be a constructive comment, not a reprimand, but if you guys try to find any kind of excuse, then I get angry because I feel like I'm being mocked!!!

11/09/2025: Unfortunately, this place suddenly closed its doors after Easter and never reopened. I don't understand why it's still listed as open, with opening hours included. I even asked the shop next door if they knew what had happened, since I used to go there occasionally until the sudden closure, but they couldn't tell me anything.

01/10/2025: A nice bar with a nice atmosphere. The problem is the owner, who only knows how to drink. My girlfriend and I sat down and waited 25 minutes for this so-called owner, if you can call him that, to order. Then we waited another 15 minutes for two spritzes (€10) while the owner sat at a table with his friends, messing around. DO NOT OPEN A BAR IF YOU DON'T KNOW HOW TO RUN IT. DO NOT GO THERE!!!

18/08/2025: I couldn't give a lower rating. Dirty, unkempt place, dirty tables, and no one to clean them. Order refilled three times, even though it was placed on a smartphone! A biblical wait, and the croissants definitely didn't live up to the hype! I'd say this place is one to avoid.

26/05/2025: I had a very dry chicken schnitzel for €28.00 and a salad for €8.00, which was €36.00 for a kind of Caesar salad. Definitely way too much! The service was very friendly and attentive.

25/05/2025: Waited a long time for food. Waited, after asking twice, for bill. The waiter still didn't bring it. I had to ask another waiter and then go inside. Food was mediocre. Zero presentation. Won't bother again.
