The staff is as always kind, but it is not enough to raise the rating. I saw that they are looking for 1 experienced pastry chef as well as 1 apprentice.. let's hope that the hiring is decisive to return to the levels of before.. GO

02/08/2025: Vi bestilte vann med en gang vi satt oss, fikk ikke vann før servitøren om lenge kom og ville ta bestilling. Da bestilte vi to carbonara, hvorav den ene måtte være glutenfri på grunn av cøliaki. Servitøren kunne knapt svare på spørsmål vedrørende glutenfritt, og ble tydelig oppgitt og irritert over spørsmål. Samtidig med bestilling av maten bestilte vi en spritz og ett glass rødvin. Lenge etter bestilling kom servitøren med vann og spritz, før hun irritert forsvant. Jeg måtte gå inn til manageren på stedet og etterspørre rødvinen min, og da kom servitøren og unnslyldte seg med at hun hadde glemt bestillingen. Manageren var ikke særlig imøtekommende eller interessert i å skape en bedre opplevelse for oss. Gjør oppmerksom på at dette stedet skriver i sin meny som en gimmick at alle kunder skal være fornøyd, og at de ber kunder si ifra med en gang dersom det skulle være noe - slik at de kan gjøre kunden fornøyd. Dette er første gang jeg har sett en meny med en slik oppfordring, og da blir det ekstra tåpelig å bli møtt med så elendig kundeservice. Maten var OK, veldig salt. Sure ansatte. Her tjener de penger bare på lokasjonen sin, og trenger ikke bry seg. Ikke bryr de seg heller.. Vil fraråde dette stedet. Det finne så mange bedre steder i Verona at det blir for dumt å legge igjen pengene sine her..

16/08/2025: After a year, they earned a 4-star review, and I deleted the previous one. They respond very well to feedback, the staff has improved their skills, and the quality remains good. There are two things that could be improved, however: the coffee, which is really too bitter and tastes burnt—only one waiter manages to make it good—and the croissants, which are sometimes nicely filled and sometimes completely empty (photo).

27/08/2025: Located in the Bufalotta area, this bar offers 24-hour service. You can sit inside or outside. Both classic and unusual croissants are available. The pastry and biscuit section is well-stocked. There's also a wide selection of donuts and sandwiches. The coffee and biscuits are good. If you want to relax and enjoy a coffee in peace, sit outside; you won't feel like you're in Rome amidst the chaos of the city. Service is fast and always friendly. Prices are reasonable.

20/08/2025: The café has indoor and outdoor tables, the staff is friendly, the croissants are very good, as is the pastry shop in general. Being open 24 hours a day is a lifesaver at times when you don't find many alternatives.

04/08/2025: I was really disappointed: the rooms weren't properly cleaned, the bathroom had a dirty shower and traces of mold. Breakfast was also terrible, way below expectations. I really don't think I'll be back.

26/06/2025: Smile guaranteed, entering a bar and finding staff who smile and say a kind word is rare nowadays but here it is guaranteed... thanks Giorgio and Tommy, clean, tidy, excellent products especially the sandwiches made with excellent quality products... for me who love savoury food I say super top ☺️ treating yourself to a post-work spritz here is like pampering yourself because you smile, always ☺️

05/04/2025: Prima volta nella città di Bergamo . Sono stata in questo ristorante dove ho potuto assaggiare Piatti tipici della tradizione. Carrello di formaggi e dolci, cibo davvero buono, presentazione e accoglienza attenta ad ogni esigenza. Lo consiglio.

05/04/2025: Siamo stati in questo locale dopo diverse recensioni da parte di amici e devo dire che ci ritorneremo molto volentieri: cortesia, qualità e professionalità fanno di questo ristorante un’eccellenza. Dall antipasto al secondo , tutto veramente buono e tipico bergamasco. Camerieri attenti e disponibili per ogni esigenza del cliente ( comprese allergie importanti) . Prezzi medi , qualità eccezionale! Da ritornarci!

21/06/2025: I can't give more than 2 stars... the big guy who "welcomed" me in the external branch (the kiosk of the former newsstand) was too rude. The guy inside was kind, welcoming, but he was sweating for three... thank goodness he washed his hands often (the minimum!!!). Luckily I'm not a big bar-goer... otherwise I would have trouble going back. P.S.: the idea of ​​the (quality) ice cream delivered from Florence in the wells was spot on. The 2 stars are only for that... otherwise I would have given less, or I would have refrained from reviewing.

21/06/2025: Great bakery. We lived in the same building, and the smell was fantastic every day! We tried all sorts of croissants, and they were truly delicious and highly recommended.

07/06/2025: We went for an aperitif on Saturday at 6pm. We ordered 2 proseccos, 1 iced tea and 1 iced coffee with some snacks. We brought the drinks to the outside table and we started off badly. After 5 minutes, 2 small savoury croissants cut into pieces and a bowl of crisps arrived. At 6.40pm a girl started to clear away the whole outdoor area, removing chairs, tables and closing the umbrella.... making us understand that we should have gotten up... So we did... I went in to pay... 28 EUROS FOR AN APERITIF THAT WAS WORTH HALF.... I brought everything to the table, there was nothing to eat and you gave me a prosecco for 10 euros???? NEVER AGAIN..... HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED!!!

23/06/2025: Terrible experience: DO NOT go if you have a dog! Despite the modest setting with village festival-style furnishings, the father or father-in-law (I didn't quite understand) of the lady who seated us railed against us, yelling at her to throw us out. He then accompanied with curses the exit of another couple who had a dog with them. I specify that both ours and the other were small and extremely well-behaved. We took a pizza, honestly of decent quality, only out of respect for the aforementioned lady. I specify that at the entrance there is a sign indicating the prohibition of smoking, but no prohibition of access to dogs

14/07/2025: 2** er ikke meget, men det som ramte vores borde var, desværre ikke længere end til 2**. Den bedste servering var den ene forret, helt simpelt bruschetta, var gode, og så alligevel også lidt ærgerligt at der var hældt tørret oregano ud over. Pasta retterne var, en spøjs sammensætning. Under krydret, og i den ene ret et ubestemmeligt krydderi som gjorde at retten ikke hang sammen. På gulvet var det en lidt træt aften, vinen kom efter forretterne, der blev foreslået dessert inden hovedretterne (pasta) var serveret etc. Lokalets indretning er jo ejerens valg, men uha der var mange køleskabe i rummet, om det styrke det etiske det tror jeg man skal være køleskabe sælger for at syntes.

21/07/2025: Le materie prime sono buone e lavorate bene. Non c'è proporzione tra il menù completo, dall' antipasto al dolce, a 35€ con un antipasto, secondo e vino a30€ che ho pagato io... purtroppo non c'è un menù cartaceo e si scopre solo alla fine. E sinceramente anche se buono il nostro arrosto misto era veramente molto più piccolo delle porzioni che venivano portate agli altri commensali... Buono , ma molto deluso dal comportamento. Ovviamente non faccio storie..pago e non torno

17/07/2025: The food was homemade and plentiful. Some dishes were excellent. The location was quiet and spacious. One note: you'd expect to see animals in all the greenery, but there were only a couple of donkeys and a few horses. Furthermore, there are no attractions; aside from a slide and a few swings for children, there isn't much. The rooms are nice, and the cleanliness and friendliness of the staff are a plus.
