As English man this is a the best to go it was you are staying in euro hotel, the owner is gracious, understanding and friendly. All staff follow his great hospitality and the place is lovely.

Nice tabacchi which is in Milano more a bar than a shop where you only can buy cigarettes. Very good coffee, friendly service, nothing to complain.

16/06/2026: It was a big day for us, but I couldn't help but notice that in a place like this, with so many children, there were hordes of kids reminiscent of the Mare Fuori prison, using excessively and forcedly foul language. What a shame.

09/12/2025: Best meal we’ve had while traveling in Italy. Good food, good wine, good atmosphere, and such warm hospitality from the owner and family. We asked for recommendations from the owner, and ordered octopus “alla pignata” for appetizer. Next was amberjack carpaccio. For mains we got “Chitarrine” alla tarantina and Baked fish fillet. The octopus is fresh and tender, tomato base with the basil leaves is so fragrant. Tasting the dish somehow made me feel nostalgic. Amberjack carpaccio is also fresh and pairs surprisingly well with the red pepper and olive oil. Baked fish amberjack fillet was an aromatic treat. The meat was fresh and flavorful, and pairs nicely with the potatoes and vegetables. The “Chitarrine” alla tarantina was also very delicious, with the pasta cooked perfectly and the mussels fresh and flavorful as well. Overall it was an incredible meal, and we left wondering why it does not have at least a Michelin recommendation. Thank you for an unforgettable dinner.
