24/05/2025: A pleasant discovery in the historic center of Eboli, a pleasant little place with a very clean environment, excellent service, very good sandwiches and exceptional bruschetta, the waiters were very kind. The cashier was also friendly, excellent value for money.

07/07/2025: Very homely and characteristic place, really very good food and with very kind staff ... we really felt like we were at home ... we had dinner and we were treated really very well and when we asked for information to return to our b & b which was about 4 km from the restaurant the owner was surprisingly kind and genuine to accompany us with his car to the accommodation ... truly exceptional person, courteous and nice ... thank you so much for everything from me, my mother and my brother ❤️ you are wonderful

15/06/2025: Mi dispiace davvero notare come a tanta gentilezza e professionalità dei proprietari sia subentrata la scortesia al limite della maleducazione del figlio di questi. Col caldo torrido di oggi, in preda ad un calo di pressione, mi siedo nel locale semivuoto. Di lì a poco vengo invitato in modo sgarbato dal suddetto ragazzotto a liberare il tavolino perché la mia consumazione, una bottiglia d'acqua minerale (non posso bere altro per motivi di salute), non viene ritenuta sufficiente per occupare una.sedia. Peccato però che poco distante da me, un altro avventore beve seduto e indisturbato un caffè. Avrei consigliato il posto qualche tempo fa. Ora non me la sento proprio.

30/12/2024: Excellent food, nothing to say. Tasting menu with many courses, of excellent quality and variety. During the evening, however, the presence of the chef is VERY cumbersome, the fact that he interacts with all the customers in an excessive way can be burdensome. I understand the concept of Home restaurant but this is too much. Aside from this flaw, the food is exceptional.

17/12/2024: Went here to experience a chef counter tasting in Milan. The food was good but not worth the hefty price tag. The chef never came Over to introduce himself. Being a tourist (English speaking) we were always the last to be informed of everything. At one point we thought dinner was over bc everyone was leaving but we were just last to be told to move to another room. Unfortunately for a price tag of over 600 euros I would head else where. We have eaten and been treated far better in many restaurants in Milan.

17/07/2025: Listen, this is the best cappuccino in the world. My wife and I are coffee addicts, we started with one and it's a crazy coffee. We ended up ordering 5 cups. The salespeople, especially Fabio, are very tough at first. A typical Italian place. But they have a heart of gold. Tell them the coffee is number one in the world and you'll see wonders 🤫😎

12/07/2025: After what felt like an eternity of closed doors and disappointing glances, my friend and I finally found a café that didn't turn us away, and that was just for a restroom break! The employee was a true gentleman, friendly, uncomplicated, and simply human. In a time when you often get strange looks when you ask if you can use the restroom, this was a real relief. We even treated ourselves to a coffee afterward, which was really good, by the way! Cozy atmosphere, friendly staff—the whole package is just perfect here. Thanks for saving our time, we'll definitely be back.

05/07/2025: The server knocked over the appetizers and came back with a plate that had just been straightened and was missing ingredients. Nothing was picked up from the floor, the placemat was removed and not replaced, and the same went for the napkin. In short, the service was deplorable and the meal was more than basic and not very tasty. I was extremely disappointed to see a rating of 4.2 and such poor service quality. As for the food, it is not worthy of Rome. I highly recommend it.

12/06/2025: Lovely cocktail bar in Rome. Beautiful place to end the day in the evening with a tasty cocktail and a beautiful view. My hotel happened to be next to this bar and this was my regular place to end the day during the entire holiday. Staff was also very friendly!

04/06/2025: Really nice rooftop bar. Staff are lovely. The drink quality is really good. I had freshly blended fruit in my cocktail. Not syrups. It is a really relaxing bar and good value for the quality you get.

22/05/2025: I only went there for cappuccino and brioche, but I had a good time: they have lactose-free liquids for the cappuccino, a wide selection of jams and creams for the brioche, fast and courteous service. It's great for a short break.

16/06/2025: My wife and I stayed at this hotel to celebrate our anniversary. The experience was fabulous, the staff from the moment we arrived was helpful, very kind and welcoming. I will mention some of the people we interacted with the most: Fabiola who welcomed us at the beginning, Cristina, Giada and Juan at the restaurant, always available, professional and friendly. Dinner was always a moment of great culinary experience, excellent dishes always well presented by the guys, with local ingredients and accompanied by quality wines. A real experience to try. The room, a splendid 48 square meter suite, the cleanliness, the Spa, the location of this structure, in short, everything together made our stay truly special, an experience to repeat! A big hello to everyone!!

13/06/2025: Unfortunately, our visit to the in-house gourmet restaurant did not meet our expectations. When ordering, we were informed that we were not allowed to freely choose the main course from the menu – in particular, the venison dish we had been looking forward to was not available. This restriction came as a surprise and seemed rather inflexible. Our subsequent choice from the à la carte menu was also served lukewarm, which significantly diminished the enjoyment. After dessert, we were not asked for any further requests, nor was the wine refilled – in a restaurant of this caliber, we would have expected more attention. Particularly disappointing, however, was the lack of response to our letter of complaint, which we wrote immediately afterward. Such a lack of customer service unfortunately does not leave a good impression. Despite the otherwise positive aspects of our stay, the disappointing restaurant experience and the lack of complaint management raise the question of whether we will book again in the future. We hope that our feedback will be understood as constructive criticism.
