15/06/2025: Zum 1. Mal in der neuen Osteria delle Aie in Castagnito. Sehr angenehmes Ambiente, freundlicher und flinker Service. Alle aufgetragenen Speisen schmeckten sehr herrlich, aber die hausgemachte Glace aus Aprikosen ist speziell erwähnenswert, so superfein. Das Haus befindet sich nach wie vor auf einem sehr hohen Niveau zu moderatem Preis. Gratulation an die freundliche Gastgeberin. Weiterhin viel Erfolg wünschen Urs mit Margrit und Christian

24/06/2025: Near the juvenile court, bar Sicilia 2 is a historic bar in Palermo that serves excellent Sicilian pastries and rotisserie. The coffee is also excellent. It's a shame that, as far as the rotisserie is concerned, there are few options for vegetarians. The place also offers fast service and express first and second courses, which are also very good and tasty. The place has a large gazebo with plenty of seating and a small outdoor area for smokers.

14/07/2025: Homemade food, well-cooked and well-served, clean and well-maintained. Large garden for photoshoots and picnics with food from the restaurant itself, just make arrangements in advance. The staff and owners are always very friendly and helpful. Ample private parking is available on site. Open on weekends or by reservation, although reservations are recommended.

27/07/2025: I visited your establishment today at 11:45 a.m. and had an experience I can't describe as positive. Upon entering, I wasn't greeted with a hello or a smile from the counter staff. I waited for three minutes before apologizing and making myself known, and even then, I was served without any courtesy or empathy. The service was impersonal and mechanical, with no attempt to create a welcoming atmosphere or connect with me as a customer. When I finished and left, I said "good morning" just to emphasize the lack of courtesy I'd experienced. Working with the public can be difficult, but it's also an opportunity to create a positive and memorable experience for customers. Unfortunately, your establishment doesn't seem to have seized this opportunity and missed the chance to make a positive impression on me. My "wow" didn't happen, and frankly, I don't plan on returning. I hope this review helps improve your service and customer relations. I hope your restaurant will take my feedback into consideration and work on improving the hospitality and courtesy of its staff. Since I can't respond to your reply, I'll post it here. I'd like to clarify that my review wasn't intended to denigrate anyone, but rather to provide constructive feedback on my experience. If you'd like to verify my presence at your store, I can send you a screenshot of the €34 payment I made, for which I also requested a receipt. I came for two first courses, but they told me they weren't available until 12:00. I'm sure that if you check more closely, you'll see. I'll wait for the screenshot to clear up any doubts you may have.

27/06/2025: 🍸 Surprisingly good – great cocktails at great prices! This small bar, run by a very friendly Chinese family team, was a real surprise. The atmosphere is relaxed, and the cocktails are truly excellent. Everything we tried was well-mixed. What was particularly nice was that the prices are surprisingly low – you can get really good drinks here. The staff were consistently very friendly, attentive, and quick, without being pushy. You just feel at home. Overall, an honest, friendly bar with very good value for money. Perfect for a relaxed evening drink – we'd love to go back!

20/07/2025: It was an excellent lunch; we ate on the terrace, which has a beautiful view. The dishes were good, especially the peppered mussels and the first course (strascinati with sausage, Matera bread, and crusco peppers on a caciocavallo cream that was out of this world). The ingredients seemed high-quality. My only complaint: the service was a bit slow. Good value (also considering the very central location).

13/07/2025: I returned to Kappador after some time away, and I can say that the experience was even better than I remembered. We dined on the terrace with a view, in a truly enchanting atmosphere. Everything was impeccable: attentive service, carefully prepared and flavorful dishes, quality ingredients, and a presentation that demonstrates care and passion. I found a place that had grown, improved in every detail, without losing its distinctive authenticity. An evening with friends that turned into an experience to remember. Congratulations!

It is not good that there is no menu with prices. There would also be something to complain about the quality of the food but let's leave it alone.
