A bakery just outside Alberobello. The lady who served us was incredibly kind and explained their focaccia doughs well, which always include a portion of whole wheat or semolina. The best focaccia I've eaten in Puglia. Unfortunately, we were only in the area for a few days, but if we return, this bakery will be our first choice!

The pasticcioti are delicious and the focaccia too, I don't remember the name of one that was a closed "masa", so we called it "empanada" but it brought artichokes, cheese and mortadella and I was delicious!! Very careful!

28/02/2025: Siamo stati venerdì alla serata karaoke. Devo dirvi che è stata davvero una serata fantastica. Ci siamo divertiti tantissimo. Bravissimo il dj. Personale davvero cordiale e alla mano, in particolare il nostro cameriere era simpaticissimo. Il cibo non è stato male, anzi, vasta scelta e menu vario. L'atmosfera che si è creata è stata molto coinvolgente. Locale stile americano. Ve lo CONSIGLIO. Noi sicuramente ci torneremo.
30/12/2024: POSTO MOLTO CARINO. ABBIAMO PRENOTATO E SIAMO ENTRATI SUBITO SENZA ATTESE NONOSTANTE FOSSE SABATO SERA. ZERO ATTESE LUNGHE ANCHE PER ORDINARE O AVERE IL NOSTRO ORDINE AL TAVOLO, NONOSTANTE IL LOCALE FOSSE PIENO. PIZZA BUONISSIMA E PANINI SPAZIALI.
