04/08/2025: The venue has a very charming and relaxing outdoor plaza. The fair rating comes from the fact that the wine list is overpriced in my opinion (I don't think I've seen a bottle under €28-30) and there are only two types of draft beers (Baladin National Alley and Nazionale). Anyway, it's a good place for a different drink.

04/09/2025: Lo Stalliere in Modena offers a genuine experience, sometimes too much so: the waitresses are so rude and hasty that they remind us that the restaurant is right next to the highway, where you can drive through, eat, and leave again, without too many frills. Yet among the tables and plates, regulars mill about, seeming to find a sort of domestic comfort in the spartan atmosphere. The place is spacious and charming, and the menu offers interesting ideas. Everything is homemade, or so they assure us. The food is certainly authentic and of adequate quality, as you'd expect in this area. The tortellini are good, but those twenty kilometers from Bologna are definitely noticeable—the comparison, alas, doesn't hold up. The horse steak is noteworthy, if a bit chewy, while the potato side dish is excellent. The panna cotta is good, but best ordered without any additives. Ours was drowned in chocolate syrup, which completely overpowered the flavor. The real gem? The zuppa inglese, undoubtedly the best I've had in recent years, was a shame, though, because the alcohol was a bit too strong. The coffee? Better to forget it, as no one in Italy knows how to make or drink it anymore. The truly annoying part came when it came to paying: in line at the register, the customer in front of me (a couple who had consumed much less) was offered coffee with public effusiveness, while I—the three of us ate generously—had to pay for ours. It's not because of the €4 per se (which is still expensive for two coffees), but the rudeness and lack of attention are genuinely offensive. Truly out of place. It's a shame, because despite the zuppa inglese that deserved a standing ovation, I don't think I'll be back.

03/08/2025: My partner and I stopped by chance for a quick aperitif, we asked for two glasses of wine with aperitif. We received a platter with three types of delicious bruschetta and the wine was also really excellent, plus we were also offered some bread with local oil, delicious!!!! The girl who served us was very kind and very helpful, highly recommended and I would definitely go back to try the cuisine!!!

15/08/2025: A very nice restaurant, but the service is really bad! We waited a long time for our menu, then the waitress came and asked us for our order, even though we still didn't have it. Then we waited forever for our food, and the food arrived without our drinks being brought first. Our order wasn't complete either. I wouldn't recommend it.

08/05/2025: I had a truly wonderful experience at the Oasi Café! The owner "Francesco" is a very kind person, very helpful and professional. The service was excellent and fast, I immediately felt welcomed. The restaurant is located in Manfredonia and has a truly pleasant peculiarity: via a ladder you go up to the upper floor where there is a welcoming room, with very comfortable armchairs for relaxing and enjoying something in peace. I highly recommend this bar to anyone looking for a pleasant, well-run place!

24/05/2025: Bartolini è eccellente! Ho chiesto di fare delle crostate ricoperte di fragole e mi hanno saputo ascoltare, hanno saputo tradurre la mia richiesta in un desssert di gran livello. Il locale è accogliente, tutte le torte e i pasticcini sono fatti con grande cura e hanno il sapore di una volta. Bartolini es excelente! Les he pedido que hagan un pastel con fresas el pasado mes de abril. Me escucharon atentamente e hicieron un postre maravilloso para mí y mis amigos. Las miradas eran magníficas y sabía aún mejor. La panadería es muy agradable, estilo italiano clásico. Venden postres caseros. Sus pasteles tienen el sabor de un auténtico salto en el pasado, como en los viejos tiempos, aunque capaces de la modernidad necesaria cuando se requiere.
