03/08/2025: Small, quiet restaurant, we were well received by the owner and the server. We had the parpadelle al ragu dish, very good, homemade pasta al dente, with veal and green beans, a glass of house red wine, and a very good cappuccino, for a total of 60 Euros for two. The server offered us biscotis to accompany our coffee. Very satisfied, we will return.

02/08/2025: Unfortunately, the place has changed a lot. A friend and I went for dinner on Thursday and left without dinner. Now I understand why I can go in without a reservation, as finding a table earlier would have been impossible. The welcome was terrible, and the owner, after acknowledging us as customers but giving us a terrible reception (perhaps because it was the first time we went with a reservation at The Fork???), demanded that our dogs, politely lying still under the table (the restaurant emptied at 8 pm), be placed at the outside tables and eat the rubbish (not even edible, by the way) left by the imperfect cleaning of the floor. When we pointed this out, he even wanted to be right, making himself heard by passersby and tables at the next restaurant. We changed restaurants, and the evening was perfect.

06/09/2025: I just had lunch with a friend. The place was practically empty when we ordered. €16 for three tiny skewers, literally three of them. €7 for fries (which weren't fries, but probably chips from the bag) that never arrived despite our requests. They even asked us if we still wanted them after we'd finished eating and drinking... I'd say no. At the counter, the waiter excused himself by saying, "Oh, the fries didn't come out at the end... ehhh." €8 for an undrinkable Hugo, €3 for a bottle of water. In total, I spent €25 each to leave hungry and certain I'll never return.

28/08/2025: When I have an opportunity, I buy coffee from this brand, which has shops all around Italy. Last time it was in Treviso, and I was happy to buy some good quality coffee. And ladies at the counter are really friendly.

21/07/2025: In a somewhat retro-style shop, unfortunately without tables, but functional, enlivened by the presence of very friendly and kind ladies, you can enjoy a sublime coffee, the likes of which I haven't found anywhere else, not even in the city that prides itself on its absolute quality. Goppion is my go-to coffee shop, one that I want to enjoy every time I return to Treviso. Well done! Keep up the good work! Thank you.

27/07/2025: Excellent, well-seasoned salads, complete with a piada, at a more than fair price. It's happened a few times that they've made a mistake with the salad dressing or forgotten to include the piada in the order, but that can happen given the volume of orders and the number of customers in the restaurant.

04/09/2025: Rude waiter (man with dark hair and a beard) shouted at us when we arrived in assuming that we were going to use the toilet without buying anything, seemed unbothered when I told him that we were leaving because of his attitude

08/06/2025: June 2nd we booked at this place, because it was recommended on the museum website, for lunch. Some of the first courses indicated on the menu were not present. For the second courses of meat, limited choice We were a little disappointed.

22/08/2025: Terrible...I've been going to La Thuile for years, and I'm very sorry about this chocolate shop, too. Besides having rude and uninformed staff, it was disconcerting to see the price (for the same exact things) skyrocket overnight. I would advise the owner to supervise and manage the employees as best as possible so as not to upset the CUSTOMER.

15/07/2025: A volte l’immaginazione batte la realtà. Un buon hamburger da ordinare a casa, ormai tradizione di zona, la cui presenza fisica richiede rassegnazione. Rewind. Un buon hamburger, senza patatine (da ordinare a parte) con un fritto misto iniziale che non conquista ed un sevizio quasi scazzato. È luglio inoltrato, Milano vacilla di silenzio e zanzare, ma su.. basterebbe un sorriso in più. E quel garbo culinario dell’unico tavolo apparecchiato.

14/07/2025: Quality ingredients, and we loved the burgers we ordered. The location is also worth a visit, with attention to detail. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

26/07/2025: It's our favorite place because it's also close to our house, which is a blessing both because we walk there and because everything is always REALLY good! The atmosphere is very informal and takes us back in time, like being in our grandfather's tavern! In the summer, they also set up an outdoor area with umbrellas and plastic tables (I recommend bringing mosquito repellent if you want to dine outside). The place is run by a very '80s-style team of very kind and helpful people. Sometimes there may be even fewer, but they deserve your patience because they are truly adorable: the sandwiches and dishes are excellent, the fries are out of this world, and the double Nutella crepes are a MUST. We'll be moving to another city soon, but when we return to Trieste, it will DEFINITELY be a must-visit!
