22/07/2025: The restaurant is well-kept and very welcoming. The presence of cats is noticeable as soon as you enter, due to the distinctive smell of the animals and their litter. Therefore, I advise against it for those who don't like or tolerate the smell, which, in any case, fades away after a short while. Alternatively, you can reserve outside. The dishes are all vegetarian, so if you're used to classic flavors, you might be a little disappointed, but it must be said that they are absolutely refined and presented with care and grace. The staff is always kind and professional. The cats are present on the premises, but they don't bother you at all. They're used to people and go about their business, becoming an additional setting for the restaurant, which, after all, is also their home. They don't mind a few scratches, but they can easily do without! The prices are high in my opinion for the quantity, but the refinement and presentation are worth considering. It's definitely not suitable for those who are hungry, but I eat very little myself and in the end I was just the right amount full.

The venue itself is charming in itself, with a warm and welcoming atmosphere that makes you feel at home. But what made the difference was our waitress, Elena! This girl is a real service angel! Beautiful, talented and super professional, she made our evening unforgettable. His smile was the warmest welcome I could ask for, and his efficiency in service was impressive. But it's not just her skill that sets her apart, it's also her passion and dedication to her work. You can see that he loves what he does and that he works hard to ensure that customers have a unique experience. In short, if you are looking for a place where you can spend an unforgettable evening, "The Bells" is the right place! And if you are lucky enough to have Elena as a waitress, consider yourself privileged! Thank you, Elena, for making our evening so special! We will definitely be back!

20/06/2025: A lovely, neighbourhood cafe/bar with working A/C. The staff members are pleasant and so helpful. I made two visits one for a late lunch and a morning coffee stop: both excellent! All the cakes looked lovely and I can recommend the baked cheesecakes. Close enough to the Vatican and environs but tucked away from the busy traffic noise and air quality. Grazie!

07/07/2025: We chose Schola sarmenti for our wedding and we couldn't have made a better choice! From the first meeting, the staff proved to be professional, helpful and attentive to every detail. The wine was one of the elements most appreciated by the guests: excellent selection, impeccable quality and perfect combinations with the menu. They advised us with expertise, listening to our tastes and the needs of the catering. I thank the entire staff and I take this opportunity to give a special thanks to Mrs. Luciana

23/02/2025: I hadn't been to this bar in a while and I was pleasantly surprised. It is ideal for having a chat with friends because it is very quiet. Clean, friendly and fast staff, one of the few places in Ventimiglia where drinking a coffee doesn't cost a robbery. I haven't tried anything, but they have a wide assortment of appetizers and croissants. It deserves it.

14/07/2025: Honestly, I'm so disappointed that I'm wasting a few minutes trying to figure out the situation.... today we ordered 2 spritzes and they arrived in a few minutes..... tasteless..... without any food to accompany them..... without a smile from the aseptic waiters..... without a greeting even after paying 9.50 euros..... you have definitely lost 2 customers and the trust in you..... terrible impression from every point of view.

28/05/2025: I had already been to this restaurant and I had a great time. This evening I went back and unfortunately it was not up to par. Poor and uncommunicative service. Tuscan sliced ​​appetizer cut with the slicer and the burrata was little more than a cherry of mozzarella. The pasta was raw, the mussels were very small and without adequate hand towels, the spaghetti with clams and borage were something else compared to those served. The dessert was good. But the lack of attention to customers. I am very sorry but the rating for this dinner is not sufficient.

18/07/2025: A wonderful experience at this elegant venue. We arrived in the height of summer at the busiest time of the evening, and with kindness and courtesy, they explained how long it would take to take our order and found us a table (which was definitely not a given). We were seated inside and were able to witness the bartender's mastery. Our boyfriend had the chance to chat with the bartender after service and absolutely fell in love with the bartender's craft and professionalism. We ate divinely; the fried fish, tagliatelle with ragù, and focaccia with mortadella were out of this world!!!

24/05/2025: Disappointing experience… I asked what was there and they told me that there were pasticciotti, they came back saying that they were finished, later they offered me pasticciotto otto with Nutella and I was brought a pasticciotto with chocolate even though I specified that I wanted Nutella and not chocolate and as if that wasn't enough after not even eating it they made me pay for it; you'd do better to send that waiter into retirement because he doesn't understand anything. Have a good life
