I leave home at 6.50, train and off I go, I arrive at 7.40 and I am 63rd in line (a gentleman contacted us 3 times), opening at 9 and delivery of the passes (bracelets) with a number written on them. They say that for the 1st step there are only 75 passes, I'll go back!! but when it's my turn they're already sold out 🤔 (I'm 15 and I'm ashamed to do myself justice), I'm the 6th excluded so I have to settle for the signing session. I feel bad😩, I get angry😡, I repress it thinking that the important thing will be to meet him. I enter school in 3rd period, I go out, I eat a sandwich on the fly and at 2pm I get back in line outside the library for the 6pm talk. At 4pm everyone stands, otherwise "we'll take up too much space" says one of the security guards. Finally I go in and enjoy the chat. They say NOW EVERYONE OUT AND WHO HAS A PASS FOR THE FIRMADILLO GET IN LINE FOR THE TIME GROUPS WRITTEN ON THE BRACELET. I go out, convinced that I will return almost immediately since I am number 6 in the first group, and here is another injustice, the line (60 people per hour) has already formed while the talk was taking place, I am second to last... My mother has joined me, worried about the time of returning to the train, she argues with the 2 security "gorillas" who do not enforce the order of the numbers assigned in the morning, the response of one of them is I DON'T CARE AT ALL ABOUT THE NUMBER. I am back inside to meet him, finally, even if I am the last one in the third time I have been in line since this morning. I look at the time and if everything goes well we will be able to take the 9.14 train and return home by 10pm... the director of the bookstore arrives and takes me by the hand and makes me climb among the first, perhaps she has understood that something has gone wrong? I thank her, but this is just not right, 3 times in line despite the numbered bracelet. What should be security, of indecent rudeness. I arrive home at 9 pm, very tired but still happy. Because to get justice you have to raise your voice, why?

20/07/2025: Sono stata alla tavernetta x festeggiare un compleanno. Alla prenotazione ci è stato proposto un giro pizza scegliendo tre tipi di pizza. La pizza è arrivata tiepida e sembrava pizza surgelata appena scaldata.. Nonostante le tre scelte effettuate telefonicamente, la base della pizza è stata sempre la stessa con la differenza che a fine cottura hanno aggiunto del prosciutto, del salame e pochissima salsiccia. Mi dispiace ma non consiglio la tavernetta come pizzeria almeno x tante persone.

10/08/2025: We really enjoyed our breakfast at this bar with the kids. All the staff are incredibly kind and helpful, Cristian in particular is on another level. He truly cares about making his customers feel comfortable and at ease. Aside from the friendly service, the food is also excellent.

13/09/2025: A highly regarded restaurant, first and foremost for its food, but also for the kindness and helpfulness of the waitresses. Prices are reasonable, not excessive as is often the case in Marina di Massa. Excellent fish, expertly prepared, generous portions, and the food is not overly decorated or overdone, but rather substantial. What you end up paying for is a dinner that satisfies both in terms of quantity and quality. A well-deserved shout-out to all the professional and attentive wait staff!

21/07/2025: Although the restaurant has a beautiful location, I was disappointed by the fish. I ordered the grilled fish mix, but everything was breaded and unseasoned. The vegetables served with it were raw and also unseasoned, and there was no dressing. This restaurant is only for people who are absolute raw food fans and want to enjoy everything in its purest form, even without salt or pepper. The prices were exorbitant, but the service was top-notch. All in all, this restaurant scores mainly because of its great location, not the food.

30/06/2025: Super welcoming atmosphere, the place is taken care of in the smallest details, the strong point are the cocktails each drink is made with care, top ingredients and lots of creativity, they are the masters. Highly recommended, both for a quiet evening and to start the night on the right foot! 🙌🏼✨

09/08/2025: Let's start by saying that my job is to create videos for restaurants and companies on social media, so I interact with pizza chefs and bakers on a daily basis, so I love this world. I stumbled upon this bakery by chance and bought Bruschetta bread Barese pizza Baguette Pangocciolo Cinammon rolls Chocolate brioche bread. The bread and pizzas were divine, clearly outclassing Bonci, Arnesno, Marè, and company, at a fair price. I didn't like the desserts, but that's just my opinion. Rating 10

25/08/2025: A cozy atmosphere, friendly, and approachable staff. The food is good, and the beers are always unique and delicious. The selection of draft and bottled beers is also huge. Great prices. One of my favorite places in Arezzo for a Saturday night.

11/09/2025: Very nice place, exceptional owner, courteous and friendly staff, and good food. Perfect for a pizza or to celebrate a birthday or event. The Sicilian antipasto is delicious, plentiful and varied in quantity, excellent for the quality of the food.

13/09/2025: IF YOU WANT TO RUIN YOUR WEDDING, GET THE CAKE HERE. We ordered the wedding cake in person, speaking with the OWNER, who asked us to WhatsApp the cake's specifications, including a photo. The request was a ROUND CAKE with Chantilly cream and wild strawberries—nothing complex, you might say… Too bad that on the morning of the wedding, in the midst of preparations, we received a message from the "pastry chef" telling us he was out of wild strawberries and could use strawberries instead (that's already mind-blowing and surreal). We agreed because there was no other way to do it ON THE DAY. Well, attached is what we received during the wedding: A TART WITH YELLOW CREAM AND MIXED FRUIT, LIKE A 2000'S BIRTHDAY CAKE, WITH GREEN TULLE DECORATING THE MESS WE HAD. Months have passed and I still think about it… Less than zero professionalism.
