A small pearl nestled in the tangle of Genoese alleys, not far from the aquarium and the old port, research and quality come together in their selection of coffees, prepared in various ways, from the Italian espresso to the more contemporary V60 and on these hot June days even the cold brew, a menu that satisfies for breakfast and brunch both sweet and savoury and why not, even for a quick lunch on a trip to the Rolli palaces, with them I rediscovered coffee after years of abstinence because it did not satisfy me, those expecting the classic bitter and burnt espresso will be disappointed, here sugar is not needed, the best coffee shop in Genoa and the surrounding area
