Even in the Barolo region where restaurants are held to a very high standard Denise’s menu is a cut above. All these rhapsodic reviews from seasoned travelers are well deserved. I look forward to a third visit.

Every dish showcased local ingredients, deep knowledge, and a chef's touch that borders on magic. One of the highlights of our entire trip was the pasta-making class hosted by Denise herself. It was fun, hands-on, charmingly educational, and absolutely delicious. Denise has an incredible gift for teaching and making everyone feel like part of something special. We didn’t just learn how to make pasta — we created one of the happiest memories of our journey. If you're considering a stay at Castello di Sinio, don't hesitate. It’s rare to find a place where hospitality, warmth, expertise, and true passion come together so naturally. Denise and her staff have built something remarkable, and we are already dreaming of our next visit.

14/12/2025: The restaurant is in the Atlantic complex, where the B&B is located. The staff is very friendly and professional, and the food is excellent, with delicious options. The price is reasonable.

27/08/2025: We had a wonderful time at this charming hotel. The staff was very attentive to our requests. The room was very pleasant. The view was magnificent. The private parking was really convenient. And the grounds were very beautiful, well-maintained, and clean.

23/08/2025: Beautiful location. Very friendly staff. Beautiful rooms. Cool in the summer even without A/C. It’s located up on a hill with nice evening breezes.

02/03/2026: Friendly staff, they have a special driver's menu, which is good. Parking is available behind the hotel, with space for about 25 cars. There's a bar at the front of the street near the hotel.

14/02/2026: Upon entering, it feels like being in a home, a unique display of artwork. Going up the stairs, you reach the restaurant area, a refined atmosphere. The cuisine is excellent, showcasing contrasts and tradition; the chef is a man of few words.

03/06/2025: Il Corona per me il miglior ristorante della zona. Sabato abbiamo cenato fuori sulla terrazzetta nella bellissima location. Personale gentilissimo e molto attento ai dettagli. Menù spettacolare: grande scelta di ottimi antipasti, carne squisita, e…..le acciughe fritte fantastiche. Grande scelta dei vini grazie anche alla loro fornitissima cantina con acquisti anche online. Il mio posto del cuore.

24/04/2025: Viaggio di piacere, su consiglio della proprietaria del B&B siamo stati a cena in questo grazioso ristorante. Atmosfera rilassante e cordiale. Piatti gustosi e curati. Servizio ottimo. Cantina dei vini molto fornita e di ottima qualità. Prezzo un po’ più alto della norma.

02/04/2026: I found this little place by chance and I have to say I really liked it. The food and staff were excellent and very friendly.

01/04/2026: Even though I was given a table almost immediately, I waited almost half an hour for someone to come clean and set the table. Once that was done, I had to wait another 10 minutes for a menu (only because I asked for it!). Finally, after almost 40 minutes, I managed to order. Unfortunately, what I had chosen was no longer available, so I opted for a pork steak. The meat was of extremely low quality. I took two bites and left (paying, of course), something that had never happened to me in my life. Maybe it was just my unlucky night, but the fact is, I had to go eat elsewhere. The service was in line with the quality of the products: low and poor.
