26/06/2025: Tiramisu in a glass, made before serving, had nothing to do with this dessert. Horrible...for 8 Euros

21/04/2025: Very popular place near the cathedral and this led us to stop. We tried an aperitif by ordering spritzes. The cost is not even high, 6 euros, considering that access to the buffet is included. The only negative note was that the spritzes were a little watery, with few bubbles and little alcohol.

29/07/2025: We ate authentic, expertly prepared seafood dishes in a location with a truly exceptional view of the Diamante sea. We would like to extend our heartfelt thanks to the owner, who was incredibly kind and empathetic. We had forgotten our daughter's pasta in the apartment, and he made himself available by sharing his son's pasta and preparing baby food with the sauce for our little one. Since the restaurant doesn't offer children's dishes on the menu, it was a gesture we will never forget. God bless you.

15/07/2025: I'm giving it one star because zero isn't an option. The staff is shoddy and sloppy, and they made the wrong dishes. The food is tasteless, something even a third-rate seafood restaurant would know how to prepare. The bill is steep, and they don't acknowledge their own professional mistakes. A complete fail! Absolutely avoid.

14/07/2025: A place that makes you feel right at home, with good food and very kind people. My sister and I had lunch, sampling excellent spaghetti alla puttanesca and capocollo steak. Then in the evening we tried the pizza: fantastic! A truly exceptional pizza with mushrooms (chanterelles!!!), cooked to perfection. The restaurant is family-run; the owner is incredibly nice and friendly, as are her daughter and son. If you prefer, as we did, you can eat outside, but always protected from the wind (and possible rain). Parking is easy to find. This pizzeria restaurant is highly recommended if you want good food and a welcoming atmosphere. Thank you!

29/07/2025: Viajando con un grupo de 33 personas, cenamos en este atractivo restaurante anoche. Pasando por el comedor principal hacia atrás hay un comedor al aire libre con plantas y arbustos. El servicio fue rápido y eficiente. Empezamos con una ensalada mixta, que tenía muchos trozos de tomate. Lo siguiente fue muy buen risotto de hongos, y una galette de queso y espinacas. Me hubiera gustado tener algo de guarnición en el plato.

20/07/2025: Certo, non sarà il Grand Hotel Et Des Iles Borromees, ma se cercate un buon alberghetto tranquillo, in pieno centro a Stresa, a 3 minuti a piedi dal lago e dall'imbarcadero, con camere essenziali ma pulitissime e perfettamente insonorizzate con bagno con sanitari rinnovati, e letto supercomodo, il Fiorentino fa per voi. Molto gentili il signor Federico e i suoi collaboratori, pronti a soddisfare ogni necessità; convenzionale, ma con prodotti di qualità dolci e salati (veramente ottime le marmellate) la colazione, con bevande calde espresse direttamente dal bar. Prezzo nella norma. Possibilità di usufruire di un ottimo servizio ristorante (che ho già valutato positivamente in passato).

06/07/2025: The evenings at Palazzo Colleoni of the Rotary Club Romano di Lombardia are always interesting. The already beautiful place is always enriched with new experiences. The photos refer to the evening dedicated to the Accademia Carrara with the current director as speaker. The cuisine is excellent and the tables for eight are made especially for meeting new interesting people.

30/07/2025: We stayed at this Tobia for 4 days. The rooms were decent, the breakfast service poor. Lunch and dinner were decent, even if the prices were high. The only downside was the rude owner, who smelled like she was already drunk early in the morning.

03/06/2025: Il Corona per me il miglior ristorante della zona. Sabato abbiamo cenato fuori sulla terrazzetta nella bellissima location. Personale gentilissimo e molto attento ai dettagli. Menù spettacolare: grande scelta di ottimi antipasti, carne squisita, e…..le acciughe fritte fantastiche. Grande scelta dei vini grazie anche alla loro fornitissima cantina con acquisti anche online. Il mio posto del cuore.

24/04/2025: Viaggio di piacere, su consiglio della proprietaria del B&B siamo stati a cena in questo grazioso ristorante. Atmosfera rilassante e cordiale. Piatti gustosi e curati. Servizio ottimo. Cantina dei vini molto fornita e di ottima qualità. Prezzo un po’ più alto della norma.

12/05/2025: Lunch break during the week at midday. They also have a slightly more expensive menu than the usual trattoria but all of this is justified by the quality of the food, the service and the environment is also very comfortable. I highly recommend 👍

23/04/2025: Smartbox dinner not recommended. Ultra-small, hasty menu. Service not up to par, you still have food in your mouth and they took away the plate... even though there was no one in the room... because dinner was included otherwise I would have gone elsewhere

The atmosphere on the stunning piazza adds the perfect touch. Hassan, our waiter, is fantastic—attentive, friendly, and always makes us feel welcome. We’ll definitely be back!

13/07/2025: Unclear and dishonest pricing; you can get the exact same products at other locations at normal prices. (They add service charges, creating prices like €12.65, €14.68, etc.)

06/07/2025: We found ourselves with 15% on the bill under the service heading. Sorry, since when is the service valued as a percentage? Bah

04/07/2025: Simple and very well-kept and air-conditioned place. The service is precise and fast. The waiting staff is attentive and helpful. A wide menu of appetizers, first courses and pizzas. Generous portions and carefully cooked dishes. Good wine list. Personally I chose a Valtellina pizza: truly exquisite. The coffee could be improved. Honest price. Easy to park in the immediate vicinity.
