21/07/2024: Service at the outside table is terrible given that not everything can be booked. For example, for a simple ice cream in a cup you have to go directly to the counter. At 9pm the bar is still preparing for the evening. A crepe is not available before 9.20pm.
I don't want to add anything else

27/05/2024: Perfetto sharing di location. A pranzo un servizio familiare, semplice ma non per questo non curato e buono. Ricette italiane e qualche piatto della tradizione della famiglia che gestisce (Egitto). Cous cous, bamia insieme a insalate, spaghetti o arrosti. Consiglio x pausa pranzo rilassante, dal giusto prezzo nella giungla dei prezzi in Isola.... La sera il ben noto TajMahal .. su cui poco c'è da dire, sempre buonissimo!!

23/07/2024: I came here to this restaurant because I chose full board at the National hotel. Very refined restaurant that prepares contemporary fish and meat dishes, with a lot of experimentation. All dishes and service are impeccably prepared. Very suitable for couples and perhaps less suitable for families with children precisely because it includes very particular dishes. The only advice I would like to give, being a hotel restaurant, is to also include a children's menu, with simpler and less elaborate dishes, more easily appreciated by younger children. For the rest it is a really nice place, with a beautiful view, an excellent chef and very kind waiters.

02/08/2024: Too hot, no shade, bombed by wasps. When four wasps were on my plate we asked to move to the lower level. There were too many noisy fans blowing hot air around us and no atmosphere. We left after two courses, I wouldn’t recommend it. We were disappointed.
31/07/2024: Te hacen pagar un importe mínimo de 40 euros cuando reservas , que pierdes en caso de no presentarte . Cuando pedimos no había el plato que queríamos y su solución fue “tenemos ternera en vez de pato” bochornoso …. No merece la pena para nada , caro, pequeño, descuidado y encima se permiten el lujo de no tener uno de los 5 platos principales de su carta de carnes,,, no sabemos si tenían únicamente ternera porque es lo único que nos ofrecieron ,,,, lamentable

23/08/2024: A very pleasant experience, with beautiful views, very beautiful and clean rooms, very close to the coliseum, very very good stay in this hotel.
21/08/2024: Excellent location, nice room but little attention to detail (for the type of hotel not up to par) very good room cleanliness. Friendly and helpful breakfast room staff, good breakfast (top cappuccino). Reception staff unfriendly, cold, impersonal. There is a complete lack of customer focus.

07/08/2024: I went to the organic restaurant in the bar.... The dishes and the flavor didn't seem anything special to me even though being organic they were certainly healthy..... The service was a little slow and the kindness was normal....
The environment was small but nice.

09/08/2024: It's the third time we've gone to this restaurant for dinner! For a romantic dinner it is the right place, very refined but without exaggerating! We went on Friday evening and had a fried dish and a plate of fresh pasta with beetroot cream, if I'm not mistaken, unfortunately it was overcooked and I asked to send it back, the waiter (I think it's the owner) apologized a thousand times and told me brought back another dish! Despite this small mix-up, I will gladly return because these things can happen but the important thing is knowing how to fix it! Apart from the beauty of this place, I really like the kindness and simplicity of those who work there (even the youngest waiter who I don't know his name, very professional)! Well done

24/01/2024: The venue is beautiful. The food is good, but not excellent (so the prices are perhaps a little high). The service was cold and lacked a bit of attention (we took the menu and the waitress put the plates down for us without a word, when it was time to pay we had to go to the kitchen because no one had been there for more than 10 minutes in the room). Plus they put us at a table at the back of a completely empty room.

20/08/2024: A very beautiful environment for a lunch in which the satisfaction of sight and taste find an ideal combination. Located in an ancient noble villa, the restaurant offers the possibility of having lunch in frescoed rooms. The dishes are prepared with care and excellent raw materials. The service is discreet and accurate. We booked for an event and were given a reserved room with dedicated service. Truly unforgettable.
24/07/2024: I will try to be as objective as possible. On Tuesday 07/23/2024, 4 people showed up at the restaurant at 1.10 pm (10 minutes after opening). There were us and another table so very few people. The room was very nice, clean and well-kept and practically everything was at our disposal. We all ordered a first and second course, the first arrived after an hour and the second after almost another hour (I was really hungry). Now the food was definitely good but sitting at the table for 2 hours for lunch was too long. I'm sorry but for the price we spent I won't go back.

06/08/2023: I entered this restaurant for the first time in several years and was surprised by how much it has changed.
When the store was new, it was bright and clean, with two pleasant young women working there. It was a lovely shop, with a lively atmosphere and delicious cheesecakes.
When I visited this time, the walls and paint were peeling in places and the floor was covered in dirt. When I sat down, there was a pile of bread crumbs from the previous person on the corner of the table and the table top was sticky. There were paper and pens on the table and from the countless drawings hanging on the walls it seemed that they invited us to draw freely. This might be fine for families with children, but I don't like it when these things are already on the table when you sit down. It is messy and lacks a sense of cleanliness.
The restaurant was dimly lit and when I looked, only one of several lamps was on. There was no air conditioning, so it was very hot and humid.
The food wasn't bad. But the atmosphere of the restaurant is very bad. It's rare to find such a dirty restaurant. The menu is different from when the restaurant opened and the management may have changed.
Unfortunately I won't be coming here anymore. It's a shame because I really liked this restaurant.

21/06/2024: Sono rimasta molto delusa in questa mia ultima esperienza perché essendo celiaca non si può farmi pagare a me il pane e agli altri no: per gli altri, cosiddetti normali compreso nel prezzo a me aggiunto al prezzo in quanto ora è aumentato il costo. Complimenti se lo vuoi come celiaca il pane te lo devi pagare. Grazie
