19/02/2025: Does anyone know if this hotel is closed permanently or just during the winter months? Does this hotel mean it is definitive or only long-term in winter?

22/08/2025: Located in the heart of the city and very close to Piazza Fontanesi, it's a truly unique place to enjoy a cocktail or dinner along Via San Carlo, a lively street lined with people out and about in the evening. Fully stocked with alcoholic beverages, the bartenders are available to satisfy any cocktail cravings you may have. Also recommended for a romantic dinner or a chat with friends. Extremely courteous and helpful staff.

21/06/2025: I didn't try the food, just the bar. I had heard good things about it and they still managed to surprise me. Mixology done properly, a huge bottle rack and perfect cocktails even on a fairly crowded Friday night. If I have the chance, I'll definitely come back!

27/09/2025: I had lunch at the restaurant here twice, the pressed canederli were very good, I recommend them!

14/09/2025: Unfortunately, they didn't let us have lunch inside today, September 14, 2025, because we had a mixed-breed dog (Labrador-type, but smaller). We asked to sit at the tables outside, but they said no because it had rained an hour earlier and the waitresses might slip! But we're in the mountains, the sun was already out! It's a shame we've dined there both inside and out in the past with our dog without any problems. The place was almost empty...we won't be back.

17/01/2025: We went to this restaurant for our anniversary, and I have to say, everything was perfect! The location is fantastic, on the sixth floor of the Westin Excelsior Hotel, where the 360° view of Florence offers a breathtaking panorama! Refined, top-quality cuisine. Impeccable service and extremely friendly staff. At the end of the dinner, they brought us pastries with "Happy Anniversary" written on them, which we really appreciated! It's not an "everyday" restaurant, but it's definitely one of those places I recommend trying at least once in your life!

22/07/2025: Attracted by an event organized as "Paella and Sangria" we participated in four; the food was satisfactory but at the time of paying the surprise: the advertised price of 20 euros per person, sangria included, had become 25 euros, that is 25% more. A protest email with a request for compensation for the amount unduly paid had no response, neither reimbursement nor any form of justification. I would say two visits in one, the first and the last. 10/05/2025: My friend's wedding... the food was good... the environment was very nice... maybe just a little more attention to the service.

08/08/2025: Probably the only non-hip place on Via Bergamo, a simple and very casual place, with consistently good beers at reasonable prices. It may not seem like much, but places like this are rare!

29/07/2025: It's fine for a quiet evening with friends, even if the dance floors aren't professional. Some evenings they also host concerts by cover bands, which are very entertaining.

20/09/2025: We've been regular guests at the Graziani for years, both in winter and briefly in summer. What can I say? We're coming to stay with our Graziani family! Staying in quaint (very clean) rooms, excellent food, and the entire staff are simply commendable and welcoming. The location and the panorama are simply unbeatable. We're already looking forward to our next stay!

14/10/2025: I've tried calling several times to make a reservation, but never got an answer. There's been a sign on the door for weeks saying they're closed for employee holidays... I don't know.
