02/02/2025: Ho trovato questo hotel di charme casualmente su Internet ed è stato amore a prima vista. Cercavo un luogo dove passare il Fine anno insieme ad amici.. eravamo tre famiglie con bambini. Già da subito durante le prenotazioni e gli scambi di mail Marco e sua moglie sono stati disponibili e gentili. Al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato esattamente ciò che cercavamo..un posto che sembra casa con un grande spazio comune dove rilassarsi e giocare insieme davanti al fuoco. La nostra camera stupenda. Il ristornate di livello molto alto. Insomma tutto oltre le mie aspettative con una gentilezza che ormai purtroppo è fuori dal comune! Torneremo in primavera per vedere le vostre meravigliose ortensie 😉

10/04/2025: The unmotivated cellar, who doesn't pay attention to you, makes you wait over 15 minutes for your Aperol Spritz, even though there were only 2 guests present. Food is bland and, like almost everything, simply overpriced. The disregard ends with the glasses being cleared away (even if there was still something in them, it is covered) because you don't dare order anything more. There are better restaurants in the area where you are still valued as a guest.

13/04/2025: Beautiful Location, Disastrous Service Despite the restaurant’s picturesque setting by the harbor, our dining experience at Windsurf was profoundly disappointing. As a trained hotel manager, chef, and waiter, I found the service standards here to be alarmingly subpar.  Upon arrival, we were seated at a table still cluttered with the previous guests’ dirty dishes. It took 15 minutes for the staff to clear the table, yet it remained unwiped, leaving it visibly unclean. After another 15-minute wait, we had to actively request to place our order. Our waiter, Luca, approached us reluctantly and seemed more engaged in conversations with his colleagues than attending to us. We had to repeat our order three times due to his inattentiveness. We ordered sparkling mineral water but received still water. Our request for Prosecco with ice was ignored, and it was served without. I received my pizza unsliced and without any cutlery. After waiting 7 minutes and 38 seconds for utensils that never arrived, I had to retrieve them myself, by which time my pizza had gone cold. While the food itself was very good and the location undeniably charming, the overall experience was marred by disorganization and a lack of professionalism. It’s disheartening to see such potential squandered by poor service.

13/04/2025: The land and sea starter was good, the seafood was excellent and fresh. Good redfish tubes, but too many fish bones on the plate, little or almost no presence of fish. Excellent service and dessert. Overall a good lunch though.

21/03/2025: Beautiful place, clean and welcoming, Halloween themed evening, scary setting 🎃, beautiful. Friendly staff, fast service. We went in 15 with children, both adults and children had fun and were amazed. I recommend.

24/11/2024: Hands down the best place in Palermo. The skill and professionalism of the staff left me with a wonderful memory that pushed me to return the next day for the first time. Marzia and Cesare (two very young boys) know how to take care of customers and the passion that they both convey for what they do is evident. The cocktails are prepared impeccably by Cesare. Initially we ordered following the menu, an espresso Martini which I highly recommend, the best I have ever drunk, but the (very pleasant) surprise came when we tried one of his Signatures, which he recommended and described carefully, it won us over from the first sip, so I advise you to ask for off-menu items and rely on his skill because you will be more than satisfied. I hope to be able to return soon, fantastic experience.
