09/10/2025: An extraordinary dinner in a very well-appointed location. I'm not a fan of raw meat, but it was a spectacle: the crudo was amazing, the Florentine steak was unique, and the cut was simply exquisite. The host was able to guide and advise us on this wonderful journey. The price was in the medium-high range, but quality and expertise come at a price.

05/06/2025: I had the pleasure of staying at this family-run hotel and, working in the sector myself, I immediately perceived the passion and care that the managers put into their work. Genuine hospitality, made of attention to detail and that human warmth that is increasingly rare to find today. Breakfast was a pleasant surprise: good, varied and abundant, with fresh products that satisfy every taste. The quality dinner, with a wide choice of dishes for both first courses and second courses. The rooms are spacious, well-kept and quiet. The possibility of parking is also very convenient, included for those who, like me, travel by motorbike. A special applause to the 2 young and capable daughters, who with commitment and dedication proudly contribute to the continuity of this beautiful reality. It is nice to see a new generation carrying on the business with enthusiasm and professionalism.

21/05/2025: Comfortable, clean hotel, nice rooms. Nice restaurant, good food, simple, and tasty traditional dishes. Friendly and courteous staff. I often come here for work; I've known it for years. And I'm happy to return.

06/10/2025: It's located down a narrow alley off the main street. It's a homey restaurant that seems to cater to a lot of local customers. The portions are generous and filling. We tried a variety of dishes, and everything was delicious.

30/08/2025: It's a place that offers food at a fairly affordable price despite being close to the train station, near a busy street, and I appreciate it. The pizza is enough for one person, it's thin, has just the right amount of ingredients, the Aperol is delicious, as is the beer, the service is good, and the service is, in theory, fast. One of my favorite places to dine whenever I visit Venice.

16/11/2025: The hotel appears a little neglected in certain details. As soon as you enter, you get a different impression... the staff is very friendly, the rooms clean, although they could use some updating. The restaurant is very beautiful and well-kept, the staff is friendly, and the food is divine. Another truly beautiful and welcoming area is the breakfast room, whose atmosphere makes you feel at home. The breakfast is excellent. A 20-minute walk takes you to the beautiful center of Bassano... Recommended!!!

02/11/2025: I rarely give 5 stars, but this hotel is truly worthy of them. Nice hotel, nice rooms, quiet, clean, professional and courteous staff, excellent breakfast, free parking, great location. It was a great idea to put free water dispensers in the hallways. You deserve an extra star. Well done. I hope to return soon. Keep up the good work.

23/09/2025: We went there for dinner late in the evening on September 20th. Although we could barely communicate, we were advised and served using gestures. The food was delicious and very reasonably priced. The service was super friendly! Thank you very much!

23/09/2025: I stayed at the Tarthesh Hotel during a business trip and couldn't have been more pleased. The rooms are tastefully furnished and very comfortable, the restaurant is excellent, and the hotel itself is an oasis of peace thanks to the wonderful park surrounding it. Special mention goes to the staff: they are all extremely kind, always smiling, and ready to accommodate any need.

26/08/2025: Catastrophic experience – a hotel unworthy of its 4-star rating We stayed at this hotel in August 2025 and it was, without a doubt, the worst hotel experience of our lives. ➖ Old rooms, bed made of two single mattresses pushed together (despite having been assured by email that it was a real king-size bed), no duvet (just sheets and a bedspread). ➖ A closed door connected to the next room: non-existent soundproofing, we could hear absolutely everything, even the sighs of other guests. ➖ Dilapidated pool, uneven and dangerous floor. ➖ No elevator: we were placed on the first floor with a 10-month-old baby and a stroller, despite having emailed us in advance that we needed one. ➖ Upon late arrival, no food service (unacceptable for a 4★ hotel): we were only served a plate of cured meats and cheeses. But the worst came at check-out. The amount (almost €2,000) exceeded the card's limit. We immediately made an instant SEPA transfer, with proof in hand. Despite this, the management deliberately hid this payment from the police when they called, holding us in the lobby for four hours as if we were criminals. Only after the police discovered for themselves that the payment had been made did they apologize... but the damage was done. We were even escorted to our car by a hotel employee as if we were thieves. 👉 This hotel is a collection of lies, serious shortcomings, unworthy facilities, and abusive practices. Absolutely avoid. It in no way deserves its 4 stars.

09/09/2025: A true gem in the suburbs of Florence. Beautiful decor and the food was delicious. A mix of Lankan food and Italian. I asked for authentic Lankan taste and they made it so. The waitress was also very lovely. It was a great evening overall. I will be back if I return to Florence.

18/04/2025: Luogo intimo e pulito, curato nel dettaglio anche se da fuori non si direbbe. Abbiamo chiesto delle opzioni vegane che sono state subito accolte con ricette originali srilankesi molto buone, ben presentate, e moderatamente speziate. I titolari super carini e accoglienti, all'ingresso ci siamo messe a ballare al suono della musica (era il mio compleanno ed erevamo le uniche clienti in sala). Al dolce (buonissimo e sempre cingalese) ci hanno spento le luci e aiutato con le candele. Scelta bevande da rivedere (sopratutto la lista dei vini) sia nell'offerta che nel prezzo. Consigliato per occasioni speciali!

16/10/2025: It was recommended to me by a friend, and I can only thank him... Everything was very good and of the highest quality. I've been back several times, and my review hasn't changed... in fact, I'd add the kindness and friendliness of the owner and employees... A word of advice: come here if you want to enjoy a relaxing evening... good food, excellent drinks, and the staff are superb... now I feel like I'm going to a friend's house... thank you.

01/08/2025: Not good quality food. They did not bring the food that we asked, they brought us what they wanted. They imposed us starter that we did not ask and counted on the bill. Overall they were tricky and we do not go anymore. Also we paid a lot.
