If you're looking for an appetizer that combines quality and speed, I absolutely recommend trying the octopus on creamed potatoes. It's a dish served very quickly, truly delicious, and excellent value, considering it costs only €16. To complete the experience, the ideal pairing is undoubtedly a nice glass of chilled white Falanghina, which perfectly enhances the flavor of the fish. An excellent stop in Capaccio Paestum if you're looking for substance and courtesy without long waits.

For our son Mattia's First Communion, we chose Hermanos, and we are truly happy to have entrusted them with such an important day. From our first meeting, the owner demonstrated extraordinary sensitivity and attention. He made sure to directly involve Mattia, dedicating time and listening to his preferences for the menu. This gesture made him feel important and involved in the organization of his special day. He offered us an excellent menu, carefully planned and characterized by a perfect balance between quality and price. Each course was appreciated by our guests, who repeatedly complimented the deliciousness of the dishes and the attention to preparation. The service was impeccable: professional, attentive, and always present without ever being intrusive. All the staff were kind, helpful, and ready to accommodate our every request with a smile and great courtesy. The atmosphere at Hermanos is one of its strengths: welcoming and familiar, capable of making guests feel at ease without sacrificing elegance and professionalism. Mattia's Communion was a success thanks in part to them, and the fact that everyone enjoyed the meal and had a pleasant day is testament to the quality of their work. Mediocre food, better service, the location is on state road 18 near Paestum, something to keep in mind if you're planning a quick visit to the temples of Paestum.
