07/02/2025: Este restaurante fue recomendado por nuestro gondolero. Parecen muchos restaurantes venecianos inteligentes, pero la comida, el servicio y el ambiente superaron nuestras expectativas en una ciudad de renombre por la comida mediocre cara. Los platos destacados fueron la pasta casera de tonnarelli con mariscos y una exquisita lingüina de cangrejo. El restaurante estaba lleno, pero era manejado por un atento maestro y su amable equipo. Este fue con mucho el mejor restaurante en el que hemos estado en nuestros viajes a Venecia y el paseo en góndola de 80 € resultó ser dinero bien gastado.

03/08/2025: Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. I was expecting quality service, amenities, and accommodations but it couldn’t be farther from that. The room was what I would expect from a 1 star hotel. A bed and a bathroom. No coffee maker, no amenities, just a bed and a bathroom. Not even a coffee maker? I booked a premiere stay that included a $100 experience credit. They said it was, in fact, only $90 and that it only applied to lunch, despite what the terms and conditions stated. Additionally, lunch just so happened to be between 12-2pm. Check in is at 2pm and checkout is at 12pm so it’s impossible to take advantage of this premium benefit you pay for. This place is a scam. The front desk couldn’t care less. Do not book from this place despite what other reviews might suggest.

01/08/2025: We always enjoy returning to this magical hotel for its elegant spaces, the courtesy of the staff, and the unwavering attention to guests. The restaurant is excellent, and the two terraces, one overlooking the Grand Canal and the other on the hotel's rooftop, offer breathtaking views. The event organization is impeccable. Highly recommended!

10/08/2025: They definitely need a new chef here, especially not ordering a salad. It looked lifeless and inedible, as if it had been sitting in the fridge for a few days. Then they took it out and put mayonnaise and Parmesan on it. When I complained, the response was, "They should have mixed the salad," without words. We paid full price for the salad, even though it was returned. Outrageous!!!

25/07/2025: Incredible. So delicious (we returned for a 2nd night) during our short stay in Venezia. Everything was absolutely delicious (the melanese was incredible!... Carbonara~ to die for! Rissoto & potato mouse~ wow! No words! We loved EVERYTHING. staff was wonderful, & patient. They should have had a line around the block (doubled) as the food was fabulous. A must visit when in Venezia.

23/07/2025: Between the cover and the surcharges, the price is higher than expected, but the food is good. The best part is the relaxed atmosphere between customers and service, making it a super pleasant place to get away from bustling Venice for a while.

21/07/2025: It's been a while since we've dined at this restaurant, and I have to say my opinion hasn't changed: the food and pizza are always top-notch, and the service always lives up to my expectations. I definitely recommend it as a restaurant in a quiet, welcoming atmosphere where you can enjoy excellent dishes. Prices are average.

26/07/2025: It was the first time I'd climbed those stairs... then that terrace overlooking the Grand Canal. I must say it was a unique experience, a charm I find hard to describe. I thank the staff who took care of my puppy and prepared his requested food. The service and food were impeccable. I'll be back soon because beautiful things are unforgettable. 08/04/2025: Ottima trattoria in posizione strategica per chi visita anche il Museo del Vetro, situato proprio di fronte, dall’altra parte del canale. Ottimi piatti di pesce, curati, con accostamenti innovativi (cenere di olive, aglio nero, ecc.) ma mantenendo comunque la tradizione del luogo. Personale molto gentile. Prezzi onesti: due primi di pesce, due contorni, acqua e due caffè per 59 euro. Segnalo il dehors, adornato da bellissimi globi di vetro colorato, che fanno ricordare che siamo a Murano, città del vetro per eccellenza.

30/03/2025: siamo andati a cena durante un breve soggiorno a Murano. Ci siamo trovati molto bene per cui siamo tornati la sera dopo. Piatti di pesce ottimi, sia i primi che i secondi, cucinati proprio in modo impeccabile, personale gentile e disponibile. Ottima scelta di vini, prezzi contenuti per la qualità del servizio

06/06/2025: While the service borders on excellence in its kindness and sincere attention, the rest of the experience struggles to keep up. This is a far cry from the standards required by the Michelin Guide. The setting, while charming in some respects, nevertheless suffers from a slightly gloomy atmosphere, as if the establishment were wavering between cozy intimacy and soulless decor. As for the menu, it stands out more for its brevity than its creativity. The selection is reduced to a meager portion, and the food, unfortunately, fails to make up for this lack of inspiration. The cuisine, while not unworthy, falls far short of the expectations a Michelin star arouses. The conventional dishes lack precision, depth, and, above all, emotion. We expected a sensory journey; instead, we witnessed a simple, forgettable stopover. The staff, smiling and attentive, remains the true strength of the establishment. But, on its own, it cannot carry the promise of a great restaurant.
